I have always loved Ali as an actress, but hated the one-note characterzation they gave Sami over the years. I would even bet that Ali maybe has gotten a little tired of always playing evil Sami. Now, she has some damn dept to her. Ali should send Monday's and today's show in for Emmy consideration. She really has me rooting for her now. That is much more powerful realizing your own faults and changing them instead of faking it over and over again and never taking any responsibility for anything.

My favorite thing about this episode and the wedding itself, was all the characters who showed up for the wedding ending up staying for the entire thing..Jennifer and Frankie didn't dissapear, which would have happened had JER been writing the show..

Ali Sweeney rocked today, and i loved that Sami called off the wedding on her own...Ali was great in her scene with Austin and Josh Taylor..I really felt bad for Sami, but i'm so glad she didn't marry that loser Austin...I got excited when EJ showed up, because we finally saw how dependent Sami has become on EJ..which might not be a good thing..

My only gripe about the show was i want max, chelsea, and stephanie to end..and i want the racing crap to stop being talked about....

Yet another fantastic performance from Ali Sweeney. The emmy people need to get over themselves because this girl is dynamite and has been carrying Days alot over the years. She should have at least two emmys already for the execution and Vegas wedding.

I love where they are going with her and that fact that Tek just let then cat out of the bag was much better then the usual big crowd watching Sami's downfall event. I also loved her running away from the wedding instead of just a regular wedding interuptus. Sami/Austin scenes were good. Peck did a ok job but Ali signed. Loved her scenes with Roman and how disappointed he was with her was apparent. I wonder though when Carrie and Austin will find out.

I liked Will today although the hair still annoys me. I thought he was within reason. I just love that Sami did something for her son and if this is the reformation of Sami then I will be a happy camper.

Loved the cop stuff. I am loving Tek this week and I am loving all these character interactiosn. I love how Sami's story just played out amongst everyone and she was the focus. Usually you would hear everyone talk about themselves. I just loved how no one left or disappeared from the wedding over the last 3 days. I was shocked when Eve came out of nowhere .

Great show today-SLG did another good job but all the writers seem to stepping up lately. Keep these shows coming Days .

Roman didn't know he had a daughter (Carrie) until Anna showed up in Salem with her in tow. Carrie was about five or six then because she was old enough for Anna to use to create problems with Roman just by telling her what to do and she would do it when Anna wasn't there. I wasn't watching from a little while after Anna and Carrie showed up so don't know first hand the story, but I have read it. Therefore, to Roman, Sami is his first born daughter that he was there for. I do keep forgetting Carrie is his daughter.

You guys, I am watching my tape right now and I am already amazed! Even with the spoiler preview after yesterday's episode, I did NOT see Sami actually sabotaging her OWN wedding! What an interesting twist! My gosh, I am SO hooked on "Days of Our Lives" right now!

That was NOT what I expected.

Although I had to laugh when Roman realized Sami hadn't really changed. Thank God people are soon going to realize that she hasn't "changed." And I've hated how Austin, Carrie, Lucas, Will and Roman have all flung that stupid word around for the past six months. She's "changed," she's "changed," she's "changed." It's become such a throwaway line! Thank God, we'll NEVER have to hear that about Sami again, because, as she stated, this !@#$%^&*] will NEVA change!!!

Chelsea, the family will NEVER love you as one of their own if you keep saying inappropriate [!@#$%^&*] like that! Can you believe she just said that to Carrie and Lucas? About Austin having eyes for Carrie? In front of Lucas?!! What a !@#$%^&*]!

Chelsea may have no tact, but she knows what's down. Pretty sad when an 18 year-old can see what's right in front of her face while the older characters don't.

Absolutely loved yesterday's show. Sami messes up but she is so good, she just pulls you in and makes you feel so sorry for her. Loved the scenes with Roman, and then esp. with EJ. Loved how she was worried about just wanting her dad to be proud of her just once. That was wonderful writing.

Loved that Chelsea is so blunt. I can't believe I used to hate/hate the character so much, but now you just love to have her. What a change.

And I will say with them at the wedding this week and around more people, I actually enjoyed the Steve and Kayla stuff. I like them so much more when they are used with other people.
