  1. Do you like the older Bee Gees stuff that isn’t Alvin and the Chipmunks?
  2. The great King V!ncene:
  3. I love “Guilty”! I also loved The Bee Gees, both their early pop stuff and the disco era. This song from a few years back sort of reminds me of a Bee Gees song:
  4. I’d become obsessed with “Heartbreaker” all of a sudden earlier this year. It was never a huge radio staple when I was growing up, so it wasn’t overly familiar. Dionne was rarely one to go overboard with the melismas and hooting and hollering (like some of her contemporaries and followers), but she imbues the song with such feeling. Probably her best not written by Bacharach.
  5. RJP’s Bridgerton co-star Jonathan Bailey:
  6. Adam Hagenbuch looking sort of Henry Cavill-ish. Regé-Jean Page enjoying himself:
  7. Fûck. She meant so much to me as a teenager. I know she had such a bitter and tragic life from the jump, yet she made something of her life through her incredible voice and songwriting. I’d always hoped she’d find some peace, if not happiness, which I suppose was asking for too much.
  8. What a mess indeed. This and the Anthony Morina ordeal seems to indicate Sony largely looks away at this stuff. At least Morina got the boot.
  9. Unfortunately I’m unable to watch!
  10. It’s totally fake!
  11. Cheyenne Jackson looking great at 48:
  12. Jung Kook and Latto managed to keep Jason Aldean’s “Try That in a Small Town” out of the top spot. (Country has really taken up residence in the upper reaches of the Hot 100.)
  13. Some kisses for Monday
  14. I think a lot of it is just laziness and hoping audiences suspend their disbelief. The recent example I cite of course is Ryan Chamberlain walking all over Port Charles killing people, including in places of business, and not being picked up on a gazillion security cameras, even just on the street. They’d have to be more creative if they took modern-day advances into account.
