Laura definitely needs more than one child (or zero) on the canvas. I’d love to see JJ and NAC in scenes together. (But not if it’s just a smugfest lol.)

It’s giving JJ’s Lucky for me. Thankfully, Tony Geary and GF were allowed to return serve in scenes with JJ for the most part. The Niks largely just sit there and take his abuse. (Neither Coloma nor Huss really has the gravitas to stand up to him anyway. TC, in his better days, probably could.) Which is so weird, as “threatening” used to be JPS’s forte. He just looks so wan on GH. I think a lot of it is in how he (and Victor) are written too. They are like skim-milk versions of Cassadines.

I find him very awkward to be honest. Great-looking but his performance screams placeholder (which is what he is but not someone who seems like they’d thrive full time in that role. He doesn’t really have a Cassadine vibe to me). Speaking of Chavez, he’s awesome but Spencer’s smugness in scenes with Nik is really grating.

Oh god. I was blocking out Sam. What an OBNOXIOUS character. Larry Lau almost made him tolerable, but only almost (because LL was hot).

We can also add Amelia Heinle (Victoria, Y&R; Steffi, Loving/The City), who acted with Debbi and Darnell on both soaps. Billy Miller/Jeff Branson/Elizabeth Hendrickson/Eden Riegel (Richie/Jonathan/Maggie/Bianca, AMC; Billy/Ronan/Chloe/Heather, Y&R) You can swap out Eden for Melissa Claire Egan (Annie, AMC; Chelsea, Y&R). They almost overlapped as well. I suppose Debbi and Darnell overlapped with most of them on both shows.

He got Richard Burgi’s hand-me-downs.

It felt like NBC pursued comedies with too narrow a potential audience in recent years. Yet, the Night Court reboot seems like a hit for them. ABC is doing gangbusters with Abbott Elementary and CBS is doing really well with Ghosts and their Thursday comedy block.

Jonathan Majors is so gorgeous. I first took notice of him playing gay in When We Rise, that Dustin Lance Black miniseries on ABC. He was easily the best part of it and it was so disappointing to see his character grow up to be Michael K. Williams (R.I.P., a great brave talent but miscast). Just a star. Can’t wait until that bodybuilding movie from Sundance that’s gotten him some early Oscar buzz. Supposedly it’s both disturbing and VERY homoerotic.

She was looking so good until a couple years ago (maybe a little fake-ish around 2018-19, but still resembled a human), then just butchered herself.

Who are people up in arms about this time?
