  1. Wednesday April 10, 2024 HW's: Patrick Mulcahey & Elizabeth Korte BDW: Lucky Gold SW: Cathy LePard Dir: Allison Reames Smith
  2. That actress is almost 37. She is also married to actor Sean Faris
  3. Ava taking Sonny's meds to get sleep is weird but knowing Patrick Mulcahey's writing I bet this is the only beginning of a new Story arc for Ava & yes its more than just her maybe finding out about Sonny's meds messed with.
  4. Educated Guess its clickbait
  5. The Episode that aired Tuesday April 9th 2024 was: Head-written by Elizabeth Korte & Patrick Mulcahey Breakdown by: Ashley D Cook Dialogue by: Stacey Pulwer
  6. Hell Luk raped Laura and they got married and had kids and that was under a female producer.
  7. Things I liked: Nina/Drew: Been saying that would happen and they both went in for it. This could make them both interesting John/Carly: They do have Chemistry and are good actors Kristina/Sonny: Loved the Dad/Daughter Talk and that Kristina is wary of Ava Ava: Still wondering what her end game is Willow: Understand she wants to be stay at home while her kids are young Not Liking: Diane/Jason: There was zero need for those scenes just Diane giving history that wasnt all correct Michael: He seemed to happy that Willow wanted not to work. Seems like he wants Willow to be a Society/Stepford Wife
  8. Well if the scuttlebutt is true you should be thanking Susan Seaforth Hayes for all these returns as she is supposedly the one who put this tribute together.
  9. That was Dena Higley in 2005
  10. Reruns usually air in these cases yes
  11. Laura is letting the fact that she had a mental breakdown, was catatonic & recovered cloud her judgment regarding Heather. With the Cobalt poisoning, Laura's asking what life would Heather have if not for the hip replacement. Both their situations are different though. I feel Laura needs to see someone to deal with the time she was catatonic and what caused that and finally start to deal with that. If she did this, she would see that her and Heather's situations are vastly different & unlike Laura, Heather may never get her life back. Damn I wish they would bring Denise Alexander as Lesley back so she could help Laura see that Laura and Heather's situations with Mental health are totally different. That Laura cannot make Heather what she used to be & Heather may never fully recover her previous life.
  12. Saw a Preview during 911 tonight. It was from ABC and said Solar Eclipse coverage begins Monday at 1pm
  13. Maybe PM/EK are following Marland's rules The rules: Watch the show. Learn the history of the show. You would be surprised at the ideas that you can get from the back story of your characters. Read the fan mail. The very characters that are not thrilling to you may be the audience’s favorites. Be objective. When I came in to ATWT, the first thing I said was, what is pleasing the audience? You have to put your own personal likes and dislikes aside and develop the characters that the audience wants to see. Talk to everyone; writers and actors especially. There may be something in a character’s history that will work beautifully for you, and who would know better than the actor who has been playing the role? Don’t change a core character. You can certainly give them edges they didn’t have before, or give them a logical reason to change their behavior. But when the audience says, He would never do that, then you have failed. Build new characters slowly. Everyone knows that it takes six months to a year for an audience to care about a new character. Tie them in to existing characters. Don’t shove them down the viewers’ throats. If you feel staff changes are in order, look within the organization first. P&G (Procter & Gamble) does a lot of promoting from within. Almost all of our producers worked their way up from staff positions, and that means they know the show. Don’t fire anyone for six months. I feel very deeply that you should look at the show’s canvas before you do anything. Good soap opera is good storytelling. It’s very simple.
