What? Britt stole Lulu's embryos. She was an incubator. She isn't a second mother. This is the first time she's cared about Rocco in 15 years. I don't understand this uterus to mother bond. There are surrogates, babies put up for adoption, and horrible mothers everyday in this world. Lulu is his mother and there is not more of a bond there with Britt because she carried him for 9 months. This is all very Kristina logic about how "Adella" was her baby when it was not as well.

It's an odd choice of a character to bring back. Abby was the more obvious choice. Idk, I am still thinking this might be Lexie's unknown twin or the antidote/medicine doesn't work and Lexie dies again.

I never cared for Morgan much either, but he's arguably the more important character. Wild they never brought him back. Jason looked checked out for the latter half of his GH run. He was not enjoying the work at all. I think Patrick and Sam was his true low point.

I do remember liking Sabrina with Michael. I felt CD and TC actually had chemistry lol. It was always a mindf*ck to me that she was going to marry Patrick and then was with the little boy that Robin help raise in the beginning. I think Britt would have been an okay character if the show just cut her when she outlived her usefulness instead of trying to insert in 100 different places on the canvas. I do recall people liking Britt/Nik, but I never was into that pairing. I think anyone can argue Brian Craig/Morgan were much more important to the canvas and the show ditched him no problem. KT must be slightly easier to deal with?

I would argue Sabrina was much more irritating than Britt in the beginning. Both were cliches, but Sabrina acted like a tween girl needing a Prince Charming to come find her. Like GH, we obviously can see Sabrina is beautiful even if she has glasses and frizzy hair. It was like a 90's teen movie with grown adults lol.

Ha! I totally ignored her motivations for stealing the embryo. I feel like I either forgot or it was tacked on later. That send off was wild for Britt! If I wasn't on this board at the time I would swear I was crazy and Britt was a gay icon and super popular and I just didn't get it. Are there true Britt fans out there? I know people liked her with Jason, but the only time I liked Britt was when she was pitted against Sabrina. The Sabrina propping was so awful I liked Britt by default.

Desperation is practically Britt's personality. She stole Lulu's eggs to have a baby and keep Patrick. Throwing herself at a gay man is an upgrade for her.

Again, I still have no idea how Britt became a gay icon because she has 1 gay friend. I suppose 2 now including Lucas. The bar is low here. No one with that hairstyle should ever be considered an icon of anything.

I was pretty much out today when Lucas started fighting with the butler AGAIN. No one cares. Joss did wait a long time to run out of the room and that's why she's a horrible spy lol.

This is probably for the classic thread, but I think the show had casting issues in 1999/2000. They lost both Kimberly and Vanessa very closely so there was no new young female lead besides Sarah Brown's Carly. They tried with Hannah, Chloe, Angel, etc, but nothing really landed. Then Steve bolted. I do think early Carly/Sonny was very interesting.

Lol! You are probably right. I like the idea more in theory than I would in execution most likely. I feel like Guza at least knew how to make events happen. Right or wrong, he made GH exciting. I feel like the current regime has all the pieces to make an amazing show and fall flat a lot. Plus Guza would be more likely to call up Vanessa Marcil so for that I'd take him back alone.

Lol! They are so confident about their plans working too even though all evidence suggests it won't. I know they are kids, but Rocco seems to be the only one with a brain and even he makes horrible decisions.

I have to laugh at Charlotte and Danny. Every single one of their capers has failed miserably and they still think they are some sort of teenage spies. How Valetin managed to evade capture so long with that idiot of a daughter around is beyond me.

It really is odd they made the effort to bring Moss back and rarely use him. JJ has never been a favorite of mine, but when he actually gets story Moss does good work. I definitely think Tyler's portrayal seems realistic almost to a fault. It's almost like he is so focused on playing autism authentically he doesn't let go in scenes and work with the natural flow. As a viewer it's hard for me to gauge chemistry with him because I am not sure if it's an awkward interaction (like Joy yesterday) or it's his choice to make it awkward. But, hey, I am no actor so what do I know? Although I do think I could do a better job than Rachel Boyd lol!

Lol! You did. Well at least we know once Isaiah leaves the show they will somehow reverse the child back to being Curtis's because it's GH.

I'd take it, but we all know it's going to end up that Stella changed the paternity results and Curtis is NOT THE FATHER!

I don't think it's Nikki Crawford's fault either. It's mostly writing and the fact she's a bit miscast as Lexie or at least Renee Jones version of Lexie. She could be playing almost any other character and I would consider her very good. I think Theo should be in between Gabi and Ari in age. Ciara/Claire/Tripp's age, but Gabi did say she's known Theo since high school and was dating Jada, so I have no idea where he lands age wise. Lexie said he was a little boy when she "died" so that would imply he's in his mid 20's I suppose if she died 15 years ago. Basically Theo has no age at this point. Saddling Will/Gabi with a kid at 16 was a choice, but it really doesn't age them too much. Still puts them in the 35 year old ish range.

I'd ditch Stella too. She's fine with certain people like Tracy, but she annoys the crap out of me with Curtis, Portia, and Jordan. She's so highly invested in the Ashford family all being happy and getting along. Stop meddling. These people are almost 50.

I wonder why the show entirely gave up on Gabi/JJ. I don't think Phillip or Theo are the right match for Gabi. Theo probably had the most chemistry with MR's Ari, but the way the actor plays Theo it seems like it's tough for him to generate chemistry. I know he plays the autistic side of Theo and it makes a lot of interactions end up extremely stilted because of it. I could never imagine TJA's Theo with Olivia Rose Keegan's Claire for example. That's not really a knock on TJA's work or his portrayal of an autistic person, it just is what it is on screen.

The show could just have her wear it straight? It's extremely thick and beautiful so it doesn't need hot rollers in it. It's so dated lol. I am not taking Lexie's unknown twin off the table here either lol.

It's so poofy lol. I think it ages Hopkins a bit. The color is fine. I could see JPL as Dillon honestly. There's more goofiness to Dillon than there ever was in Phillip.

Yeah, I still feel like Lexie would be more compassionate in general of the situation? She was "dead" for 15 years, not a few months. So that's on the writing not NC specifically. The scenes didn't work for me especially since she has never met Paulina. It's all very judge-y and I am not much of a Paulina fan anyhow. JPL needs to stop making goofy faces all the time. It's not Phillip. AlexAnn Hopkins should have kept her long hair. Her styling with the curls and that hair makes her look like a 50's housewife lol.

The new Lexie doesn't feel like Lexie to me at all. Nikki Crawford isn't a bad actress and I know it's very early on, but none of the reactions she's having remind me of the Lexie I know. I don't get any Renee Jones vibes or softness from her. I know it's a recast and there will be a different take from a different actress. I am just not really buying the portrayal right now. Maybe it will grow on me?

It's true. Soaps are catered to white women like me. I can't tell you a single white female friend I know that watches soaps. It's not working.
