  1. Okay. That's a good point, but then wouldn't every driver that passed by them be a bit guilty? We know Danny, Charlotte, BLQ, and Isaiah at the very least were on the road that night. And I am sure Pascal is probably the real culprit or something lol. All GH had to say is someone actually hit Jordan's car and the story would make a lot more sense. It seems like it's an easy way to walk back on the true culprit because they actually didn't hit them and didn't know.
  2. Right? It sucks no one stopped, but they aren't at fault. Wouldn't the police or EMT's be more at fault for not getting there sooner? It's odd to build a whole story around a person that possibly didn't know Jordan was a bad driver.
  3. I really don't get the true consequences of Jordan's crash for the other driver. Everyone said she was at fault in the crash. Sure, someone may or may not have stopped to help so it would be reckless driving, but we are adding a lot of what ifs to it all. Like would Jordan be less burned if BLQ stopped to help in her prairie uniform and had to pull Jordan out of a car with Curtis? I am with @Vee. The last thing GH needs is another freaking baby story.
  4. I feel similar. I think Doug 3 was supposed to be another cog in the Holly/Tate angst wheel, but when the actor was dumped Sophia had to basically take all the villain angle on, so she did everything instead. I assume the original thought was for everything to be slightly more balanced.
  5. I am not a Sophia fan, but Holly and Ari did say nasty things about her on instagram or twitter, wherever and a bunch of others joined in. Sophia was actually cyber bullied even if it was from her own making. I don't think Amy is being unreasonably looking at it from the outside when her child is presumed dead.
  6. Pascal is one of the most useless characters in recent memory. I don't "get" a lot of GH characters, but I truly don't understand why the butler is fighting with Lucas. No one, including Sidwell, takes him seriously, so what is he going to do? Try to kill Lucas at some point? UGH.
  7. I wonder if Ron even had long term plans for Tate, Holly, and Sophia. I know that sounds strange, but they lost Madelyn Keintz and Jamie Martin Mann within months of hiring them and Ashley Puzemis was gone for a really long time while Holly was in a coma. Maybe the original story was supposed to wrap up quickly and for whatever reason they decided to keep them all for longer. Perhaps Doug 3 was meant to play a larger role in the whole thing? They did lose OG Ari within a few months too so I am not sure what Days is doing with its younger cast. Marissa Reyes/Ari basically was just Holly's sidekick her entire run lol.
  8. To be fair, Brad is hardly on and has no real story. He is just so obnoxious it feels like he's some sort of main character. Lucas has talked to the Nutty Butler more than Brad these last few months. But, yes, Britt and Brad can go on a very long, extended White Lotus trip or something for sure.
  9. Thanks! Interesting Steve has time to tour, but I think his ex and children may be based in Nashville? I assumed he'd eventually be back but I was secretly seeing how long he'd take on his "leave".
  10. Well I assumed it wasn't famous. There's a difference between BB King showing up at Lukes and the guy from Aladdin being a main attraction. No offense to Aladdin! Love that movie! Yeah, Idk about the Britt romance, but do we even truly know if Steve's coming back? Will he extend his absence like he's Kirsten Storms in 2012 and hope KT bolts again lol?
  11. Lol! The show was good my lower ranking would be Cody/Molly talking about their travel compatibility. Like that's a real thing that needs to be discussed on national tv when Joss is getting choked out and Valentin has a gun on Brennan? The Savoy stuff was silly, but it did have a 90's feel where Luke's would host famous singers and bands and it would be a bit awkward too.
  12. Especially someone like Kristen who casually commits multiple crimes and has no consequence. I suppose since she's a Dimera we shouldn't care. That's what they do.
  13. I doubt Sophia is really dead mostly because I don't think they would let Kristen commit the murder of a teenage girl. Days seems to really want to hang on to that character for whatever reason. But it would be a bit funny if Days cut their losses with Sophia and was like THE END. She's dead.
  14. Kelly definitely stopped trying and sometimes looked unwell/hungover/tired? on screen. The show did basically discard her in a nothing pairing with Dante years before they actually fired her though. There were always rumors she was difficult backstage especially when the show fired Billy Miller and I always wonder if her unwillingness to be paired with Steve again was the final straw or if Frank was waiting all this time to dump her when a budget cut demand happened.
  15. I agree Boyd did fairly well with the birthing scenes, but mostly everything else has been rough. Especially considering MK was quite good in the role beforehand. I have no idea why the kept Boyd. She should have been written out once she had a breakdown. You could always revisit Sophia down the line but since spoiler
  16. The character of Valentin is too far gone. I don't see myself ever getting behind the pairing even with their chemistry. JPS also floats in and out of the show so it feels like Carly will spend half the year talking to people in her kitchen again.
  17. The recast is where they went wrong with Sophia. I rag on the Rachel Boyd regularly, but she really couldn't handle the material. At some point Days should have either recast again or figured out something that RB could handle. Honestly, though, I am not sure acting in general is her forte lol. The show also seemed to be writing this Sophia story as they went along. I don't ever think there was a strong idea for the middle and end of this story. Sophia kept doing things that were shocking in the moment but didn't make sense as an overall arc for the character. IMO, the show should have gotten rid of Sophia when she had the breakdown.
  18. I have seen quite a few people mention LW and JPS have great chemistry. It's a shame I can't take Valentin seriously. Perhaps if they tried this pairing years ago it would have worked better for me. Probably not because the Charlotte situation is too creepy. At least it gives Carly something new to do. I feel like she was in the non-story with Jack for so long.
  19. Haha! I think @Vee alerted me the minute the news came in about KeMo's firing and I have never been so thrilled.
  20. Well at least Sam's dead now lol Yeah that was icky, but it does seem like a convoluted plot AJ or Alan would come up with. Michael does need to stop oversharing with his mom though.
  21. I get what you are saying, but when his ex-wife is Willow who shot and is currently poisoning her husband, I let it slide. I think with his Q genes and upbringing it makes sense. Chad Duell's Michael was almost too nice, but also smugly superior. I think there was a clear pivot with Willow cheating and him getting burned where it makes sense for the darker turn.
  22. Forgive me. That was in the anyone can play Molly recast era so I have forgotten.
  23. I am not defending the show because you are correct, but TJ/Molly barely got any focus period. They mostly existed off screen.
  24. I mean GH certainly doesn't cater to POC at all and never has. Maybe briefly with the Wards? To be honest though I don't even remember anyone mentioning Molly and TJ were in an interracial relationship on the show. We mostly heard about Molly being scared of marriage.
  25. I would take that at this point. Like I said I don't care much about TJ/Molly, but the show pretends that relationship never existed. At least acknowledge Molly acts like a 16 year old around men because her only relationship was with TJ since she was a kid. It's better than what's happening now and Molly just acts like a weirdo because she's so "Type A". As far as, Liz I agree with everyone. She is the closest thing to Bobbie as a character. I get the feeling Becky is easy going, never pushes back (probably for fear of her job) and goes with the flow. The show certainly hasn't valued her in years unless it's to prop a pet so I don't see it changing anytime soon. Idk, the show is pretty good right now, but it's a bit depressing knowing Frank's MO and knowing things won't ever change.
