I don't really know. It was random. It was when the show first cast KL's Brady and John was being kind of a dick to everyone. He decided she was a gossipy busybody and was mean to her for a year or two. He helped her with the Konstatin situation right before Drake got ill, so I assume they actually liked one another in the end. Personally, I didn't think Maggie/John ever had a deep friendship, but I really am not much of a Maggie fan so I may have forgot some things.

Lol! Let's start the Deidre Hall smear campaign now. She carried the show for years and years. Suzanne did not. She got lucky for a few years when Dee and Drake got fired and they gave her kids and grandkids that are of no importance. John and Maggie weren't even close. In fact he strongly disliked her for awhile so why would I need her input on his death when there are 20 characters on the show that care more?

It really is. I mean I can't think of anyone on the show I would truly consider promiscuous as a female. I think we can all agree there are men on the show (named Sonny) that are but even he's had a real dry spell.

No. No one on this show is promiscuous. Except maybe Joss lol, but she's also in her 20's and I won't judge. I don't think the actual sex worker Jacinda seems promiscuous lol. BLQ wears a robe, 2 pairs of pj's, and long johns to bed. God, Britt ruins every episode.

Oh yeah! Suzanne or someone playing Suzanne tap dancing in red shoes while delivering Deidre's surrogate babies sounds like a performance I would watch!!

Valentin and Nina haven't been together in a long while. He's been whining over Anna for years and now moving in on Carly. I don't really think they are testing or toying Nina with Jack/Curtis. DT just seems to like working with Watros and Genie, not his actual love interests.

I don't even like Nina, but I don't think her body count is bad. She had a really intense backstory, but she seems on par with everyone else her age as far as love interests. She's been with, what, Sonny and Drew in the last 4 years? That's not promiscuous.

I wouldn't mind Chase dying at Willow's hands. He deserves it for being so dumb! I wonder if the show would start trying to pin Drew's shooting and Chase's hypothetical death on Michael with Willow plotting it all making Michael seem increasingly unhinged post-fire by drugging or stalking him. I'd watch that. I swear every time I post about recasting Maxie Kirsten Storms decides to make a statement or return. Stop reading my posts, girl!

I used to think Deidre was jealous of CC/Carly's airtime, but the more I have learned about Chappell over the years I have come to the conclusion Dee was on to something before everyone else lol. To me, Marlena tops Erica Kane, but I realize that's not how most people see it lol. Like I said, there have been enough stories over the years to make me think Deidre can be difficult. I do think she mellowed a lot after she got fired though and I don't think she woke up one day and said I hate Suzanne for no reason. There was obviously a catalyst and it something neither can get over. It shouldn't be so obvious on the show. They both should be more professional. There is no excuse. I was more responding to posts about Suzanne being some poor little victim of evil Deidre Hall. At least Suzanne got to appear in the masterpiece film "The Deidre Hall Story: Never Say Never" 😂

It really doesn't feel like something Abigail would have wanted so while I sympathize with them and their elongated grieving for her, I don't find their motivation clear enough to take the children away from their only surviving parent. Maybe they need Julie's bereavement book club? But I guess it all ended well, so that's that in true Days fashion. I suppose Thomas might whine a bit about it tomorrow.

It felt strange to bring up Jen's pill addiction and not mention the fact the addiction led to actual criminal activity like running down Gwen when high (I know no one cares lol) while Chad is maybe, kind of dating a girl they rightfully don't like so they should obviously get full custody of these children. The scenes were well done and all. The case for custody just seemed flimsy at best on Jack and Jen's side. I mean, they are already leaving Thomas in the care of a man that tried to drown his girlfriend in a hot tub and an 80-year-old woman most of the time.

I'll be honest and say I find Rory's Michael a bit too cold at times. It works, but I wonder how he'd do with an actual romance. Michael as a character isn't really burdened with an endgame coupling so it would be interesting to see him try to work with a non day player actress.

I feel like Jen's pill addiction was fine to bring up, but no mention of Jack being a rapist? Or Jennifer being married to Chad's brother that just tried to kill his whole family lol? To be fair, I am not sure if Chad knows about Jack's rapist past. There was a lot more dirt to bring up with Jack/Jen with all their history. Jeremy needs to stop having to act with children and people in his family. It would be nice if the show tried a little harder to integrate him with some characters in his age range.

It's clear Deidre adores sharing scenes with him. I don't think Deidre has that much input on who she shares scenes with anymore. I would assume Days just goes with what's the least difficult. If posters on this board know there are issues with Suzanne/Deidre people backstage know a lot more and probably avoid it. They don't have the time or the budget to deal with interruptions or nonsense. It's nice to have Maggie/Marlena scenes in theory, but they aren't really necessary for either character. I am not saying it's okay for either to act like that. I am just saying it might be easier to go on the path of least resistance on their $5 budget.

I rarely take the bait on the defending Leo nonsense. I even sort of complimented Leo the other day. But to say Leo is the most popular character on Days? Read the room here. I am sure Deidre is not the nicest person on Earth. She genuinely doesn't seem like it. But to say Suzanne is? Fine, I assume most people are nice in public at fan events or cocktail parties. I am in public lol. Not saying Suzanne isn't the loveliest person on the planet, but something happened that made Deidre really mad and the rumors are that it wasn't that innocent on Suzanne's part.

True. I mean he airs so rarely he doesn't really affect me one way or the other. Does he even have a reason to still be in PC (besides Trina)? Didn't he lose his scholarship because he can't play football?

I think the show will keep Willow too. I would be shocked if Kai was on this show in 3 months to be honest.

I don't recall every hearing KA/DH having an issue tbh. I think they were fine with one another. Deidre had an issue with Chappell which seems to be a common thing lol.
