I think we all know Valentin is useless lol. I don't know why shows don't have teen vixens anymore. It feels like a show will start off with someone edgy or vixen-y and then reverse course almost immediately. Women are either good or psychotic like Esme or Sophia on Days. Brenda was the villain in her triangle, but she was just doing mostly low stakes schemes. It seems to be all or nothing now with the newer generation of teens being brought on.

IIRC, the girl that plays her is the right age currently, but I can't even remember what she looks like because we see her so rarely. I was using the term act very loosely lol. Weirdly AC looks so much hotter here. I always thought he looked dopey on the show and didn't think he was very attractive. It's clear Deidre loves Greg and working with him. I do think it's possible she pushes for scenes with him. At the same time, the show has consistently told us what great friends they are in both regimes. They are less campy now, but it appears to be a relationship everyone (but the audience lol) likes.

I give Days a little grace on this because I assume they didn't think Al Calderon would book another job. They've seen him act. So I think PP and Dmitri were a bit of a rush job to fill in the gap for the constant screentime Leo needs. And now GR and PP are trying to out camp one another due to boredom or something. I won't give Days grace on the amount of screen time Leo gets. I honestly wouldn't care if Leo was a very side player on the show. If he was a C character he'd probably not bother me at all. Days does have a problem with tone. It's either serious or complete idiocy.

Those Sly scenes were really good especially compared to the rather obnoxious Brenda/Jagger and Karen/Jason scenes. I know Karen/Jagger were popular, but ugh, they can be annoying. Ditch him now Brenda!

Yeah, it seems silly to even attempt a romance. Kate/Roman work fine. Marlena is easily involved in lots of stories that don't require finding a new love. Stefano did die years ago lol. He had incurable cancer when Hope shot him a decade ago, faked his death, Rolf tried to find a cure, but I guess he died before the cure was finished. Anyhow, Rolf buried Stefano in the crypt, but didn't tell anyone. No, I don't know why. When all the Dimeras were kidnapped recently they found remains. They were Stefano's, so now we know he's dead DEAD.

Is the show really teasing Roman/Marlena? Or are they trying to make Kate look like a jealous wife? I am really not here for that lol even though I do find Marlena/Roman sweet together lately. I like their friendship, but no romance please.
