    Carl has a clandestine meeting

    Written by: C. Nathaniel Richardson

    Consultants: aMLCproductions, beebs, DRW50

AT THE BLAKES - A fully dressed and seemingly focused Felicia (Linda Dano) walks into the living room and grabs her laptop. Mitch (William Espy) greets her.
    Mitch: Headed out?
Felicia: Yes I have a meeting at Cory Productions.
Mitch: To discuss your movie deal.
    Felicia: Yes.
Felicia does not look at Mitch. She looks around, and sees her bracelet on the table. She goes to grab it and puts it on. Mitch comes up behind and starts to kiss her on her neck. Felicia starts to slow down and enjoy the kisses, but she refocuses and pulls away.
Mitch: Can’t your agent go in your place?
Felicia: I told him not to. I want to discuss this in person.
Mitch: Well...okay, but hurry back. I want to spend some quality time with my lovely wife.
    Felicia: Of course.
    Mitch: Good luck.
    Felicia: Thank you honey.
Felicia leaves and Mitch goes to his cell phone and makes a phone call.
Mitch: Hey it’s Mitch. Just checking on you. I know you had a lot to drink at Kirk and Charlie’s wedding reception. Call me back.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HUDSONS HOUSE - Sharlene (Anna Holbrook) comes downstairs as someone rings the doorbell. She puts her cell phone on the coffee table, closes her robe and opens the door for Frankie (Alice Barrett)
    Sharlene: Frankie!
    Frankie: Hi.
    They hug each other warmly.
Sharlene: I’m so glad you came.
    Frankie: How’s my favorite aunt?
Sharlene (sighing): I’m good. Come in. Do you want some tea?
    Frankie: No not right now.
    Sharlene: Are you sure?
Frankie: I just came to see how you were doing.
Sharlene: After my drunken rant at Charlie and Kirkland’s wedding. I owe you and Charlie a huge apology.
Frankie: No no no it’s okay.
Sharlene: I had a Sharly Watts moment.
Frankie: Thank God she’s gone. Where’s John?
Sharlene: He went to the hospital.
Frankie gets up and walks toward the kitchen.
Sharlene: I know what you’re going to make.
Frankie: Do you have chamomile or green?
    Sharlene smiles.
    Sharlene: Chamomile.
As Frankie walks away, Sharlene’s cell phone vibrates, alerting her of a voice mail. She listens to it and makes a phone call.
Sharlene: Mitch its me. I’m doing fine. Really? She’s back? I’m gonna talk to Frankie about it. Oh Matthew’s back. You must be thrilled.
Meanwhile, Frankie, unseen by Sharlene, is holding a tray with tea cups looking at Sharlene.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
CORY MANSION – Rachel (Victoria Wyndham) is in the living room as Matt (Matt Crane) walks in, and notices something…
    Matt: Mom.
Rachel: Hiii honey. Nice of you to drop in.
Rachel goes up and hugs Matt.
Matt: Sorry I’ve been busy at the office.
Rachel: When did you get back?
Matt: A couple of days ago.
Rachel: And you’re just now coming to see me? What kind of son are you?
    Matt: You’re sculpting.
Rachel: You’ve always had a keen eye for the obvious.
Matt: You only do that when something’s on your mind.
Rachel: Something is on my mind actually.
Matt: Care to talk about it?
Cory (Drew Tyler Bell) walks in and interrupts.
    Cory: It’s because of me.
    Matt: Cory. Hey little bro.
Cory: Hey Matt. Can I…talk to mom alone for a minute?
Matt: Um I…may have an idea of what this is about.
    Cory: You do?
    Matt: About your dad.
Rachel: Yes I…I told Matthew and Paulina where I was taking Carl.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CORY PRODUCTIONS – Paulina (Judi Evans) walks into Amanda’s (Sandra Dee Robinson) office, while Amanda is engrossed with whatever is on her computer. Paulina nervously approaches her with papers.
    Paulina: Amanda.
Amanda (not looking at Paulina): Hey.
Paulina: You…need to see these. I was gonna wait until Matthew came back, but this can’t wait.
Amanda still does not look at Paulina.
Amanda: Okay leave them on my desk and I’ll take a look at them.
Paulina: I got these off the printer. They didn’t do well at all.
    Paulina gives Amanda the papers.
Amanda: These are the ratings for the show we produced for Webflix?
    Paulina: Yeah unfortunately.
Amanda: This isn’t good at all.
Paulina: The board is getting very antsy.
Amanda: Oh they’ll be fine. I’m expecting Felicia to come by.
    Paulina: About the movie deal?
Felicia knocks on the open door. She walks in but does not shut the door.
Amanda: Hi Felicia. Come on in. Please have a seat.
    Felicia: Hi Paulina. Amanda.
    Paulina: Hi.
Felicia: How’s Rachel doing these days? I’m sure she’s been great since Carl’s returned.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rachel: I had to protect you and your sister.
Cory: So everybody knew that my dad was in Monticello except for me?
Rachel: No honey it wasn’t like that.
Matt: Reginald Love was still out there, and he didn’t want anyone to know that he was alive, so mom couldn’t tell you where she took Carl. It would have put all of us in danger.
Cory: But she told you and Paulina.
Rachel: I could not have you coming to see him at the Cavanaugh Clinic. He had to get well. There’s no telling what Reginald would have done.
Cory: You lied and said that he was in Springfield.
Rachel: I never said that Carl was in Springfield. Wherever did you get that idea?
Cory: We went there to look for dad, and we couldn’t find him.
Rachel: We? Who did you go with?
    Cory: Iris.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Amanda: Mom seems fine, but you never really know with her.
Felicia: I know…well let’s get down to business shall we? Do…you want to wait for Matthew to come?
Paulina: No. Let’s get right to it.
Amanda: I’ll inform him when he comes back to the office.
Iris (Catherine Hickland) walks up to the door and decides to listen as she notices Felicia in the office.
Felicia: Okay. Just so we’re clear, this is about me selling you the rights to three of my books, and make them into movies.
    Amanda: Yes of course.
Felicia: Normally my agent would speak to you, but since we’re all friends I…I thought I would come here myself and talk terms. We got your initial bid, but my agent and I thought that your price was too low.
    Iris now listens intently.

    PART 2
Rachel: I didn’t discuss Springfield with anyone except Matthew and Paulina.
Cory: I don’t know how she found out.
Rachel: She probably overheard us somehow.
Matt: I’m surprised you would even be spending any time with Iris.
Rachel: Me, too, given how she feels about your father.
Cory: She really helped me get through that. You weren’t even returning any of my phone calls.
Rachel: Honey, listen, I didn’t mean to make you worry, but I’m not going to apologize for protecting you.
Matt: All that matters now is that your dad is home. Reginald is in Tanquir and everybody’s safe.
Rachel: Are you still angry about it?
Cory (smiling): No. Like you said, dad is back home and he’s well.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Carl (Charles Keating) is upstairs on his cell phone.
Carl: I need to see you. I’m on my way.
Carl hangs up the phone, grabs a tissue, and blots it against his right nostril, and he looks at the blood on the tissue.
Carl: This can’t be happening again.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Frankie gently places the tray on the coffee table and sits next to Sharlene.
    Frankie: Who was that?
    Sharlene: That was Mitch.
    Frankie: Hmm.
Frankie takes a sip of her tea.
Sharlene: He was just checking on me.
Frankie: That’s nice of him. Seems like you two have become friends.
Sharlene: He helped me through the whole Janice thing, even when John didn’t. I’ll be forever grateful to him for that.
    Frankie: Yeah. You mentioned Matthew.
Sharlene: Mitch said he was back in town.
    Frankie: Talk about gratitude.
Sharlene: I bet you wanna talk to him.
    Frankie: He saved my life.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THE CENTER - Felicia is walking when Iris walks up behind her.
    Iris: Felicia.
    Felicia turns around.
    Felicia: Hi Iris.
Iris: Do you have a minute?
    Felicia: Thirty seconds.
Iris: Oh this won’t take long.
    Felicia: I hope not.
Iris: I hear you’re looking to turn three of your novels to movies.
Felicia: How did you find out about that?
    Iris: I have my ways.
    Felicia: I have to leave.
Iris: I’ll double what Cory Productions is paying you. Let KBAY produce your movies.
    Felicia laughs.
    Iris: Is something funny?
Felicia: Rachel is one my dearest friends. Do you really think I would align with you on anything?
Iris: This is business. This has nothing to do with Rachel.
Felicia: But it has everything to do with you wanting to hurt Cory Productions, and I’m not going to be part of that.
Felicia turns around to walk away…
    Iris: Triple.
Felicia turns back around to face Iris.
Iris: I will triple whatever Cory Productions is offering you. Talk to your agent. I’m sure he’ll tell you take my offer.
Felicia: Forget it Iris. I’m not going to take your offer.
Felicia walks away and Iris takes out her cell phone and makes a phone call.
Iris: I need papers drawn up, and delivered to Felicia Gallant.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Rachel and Cory hug.
    Cory: Well I’m headed out.
Rachel: Okay honey. I’ll see you later.
Cory leaves Matt and Rachel in the living room.
Matt: I’m gonna go to the office.
    Rachel: Matthew wait.
    Matt: What is it mom?
Rachel: You were right about one thing. I am a bit worried.
Matt: I thought it was about Cory.
Rachel: No, it’s about his father. He hasn’t been quite himself since he’s been back.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ROOM - Carl sits on a chair and someone wearing a lab coat walks in walks in with x-rays.
Carl: Thank you for making time for me doctor.
The doctor turns the lights on, and places the x-rays on them. On the pocket of the lab coat, there is an ID tag that reads: Russell Matthews, MD (Jed Allan).

    FELICIA'S LIVING ROOM

Mitch and Felicia share a romantic evening together. Felicia lies in Mitch's arms as they stare at the fireplace.
Mitch: You know we should have done this sooner.
    Felicia: Done what?
    Mitch: Gotten back together.
    Felicia: I agree. Long overdue.
Mitch: I always loved you. I wonder if I could say the same for you when weren't together.
Felicia lifts her head and looks at Mitch.
Felicia: Oh..and what am I supposed to say to that.
Mitch: I already know the answer.
    Felicia: Is that right?
Mitch: After we were married, there was Alexander Nikos, and Sergei.
Felicia laughs out loud and lies back on Mitch's chest.
Felicia: Sergei! That was totally a marriage of convenience.
Mitch: You didn't love them like you love me.
Felicia: You're so sure of that huh?
    Mitch: Yep.
    Felicia: Prove it to me.
Mitch plants a kiss on Felicia.
    -------------------------------------------------
    BAY CITY CENTER
Cass is texting on his cell phone, and walking in, and he bumps into a familar person...Frankie.
    Cass: Frankie hi.
    Frankie: Cass.
Cass: I was just texting back and forth with Charlie.
    Frankie: Oh...umm how is she?
Cass: She loves it. You know I didn't want her to go away to school.
Frankie: You and she were always close.
Cass: Hey I'm...going to see to see her this weekend. Wanna come?
    --------------------------------------------------
    CARLINO'S RESIDENCE
    Paulina opens the door.
Paulina: Grant. What are you doing here?
Grant: I was in the neighborhood and I decided to stop by.
    Paulina: Oh really?
    Grant: May I come in?
    Paulina (reluctantly): Sure.
    ----------------------------------------------------
Mitch and Felicia lie in bed after having made love.
Felicia: Have you talked to Matt?
Mitch: Matt and Jasmine are having a grand old time in New York.
Felicia: When is he bringing her here?
Mitch: He hasn't mentioned coming to Bay City.
Felicia: We can go visit them.
Mitch: You know I don't wanna push. The relationship between Matt and I is just thawing out. He thinks of Mac as his father.
Felicia: Honey you can't keep kicking yourself for not being there for Matt. I mean look at me and Lorna. We weren't always close.
Mitch: It's not exactly the same. I just take every thing as it comes you know. I don't try to get more than I'm given.
Felicia: He's your son, and Jasmine is your granddaughter. You owe it to yourself to be close to them. Have you checked in on Rachel?
Mitch: Not in the last couple of days.
Felicia: I think it's great that you're there for her and the kids. Especially since Carl passed away.
Mitch: It's the least I can do. We're all friends, and she's Matt's mother.
    -------------------------------------------------------
    Paulina greets Grant.
Paulina: Do you want some tea?
Grant: No I...I won't be long...I just wanted to stop by and see how you and Dante were doing.
    Paulina: We're fine Grant.
    Grant: Paulina...
Paulina: My son and I do not need you checking in on us okay. We're just fine.
Grant: I owe it to you.
Paulina: You don't owe us anything.
Grant: I've treated you so badly over the years. I feel horrible about what happened with Joe.
Paulina: My God Grant, for the last time, it is NOT your fault. Stop blaming yourself for his death.
Grant: If I hadn't been so hell bent on getting that Senate seat...
Paulina: Joe's job was to protect you, and he took a bullet in the process. I understand that it was part of his job. While I appreciate you checking in on me and Dante, it's not necessary okay. We're fine, and I don't blame you for my husband's death....so stop blaming yourself...okay?
    --------------------------------------------------------
Cass and Frankie continue their awkward exchange.
Frankie: I'm...not sure if Charlie wants to see me.
Cass: Frankie you've got to break the ice. Deep down Charlie loves you, and she needs her mother.
Frankie: Charlie blames me for breaking up our family.
Cass takes a deep breath, knowing that Frankie's statement may partly be true.
Cass: If you hadn't stayed away, Fax Newman would've tried to finish you off. We all had to think that you were dead until the police captured him.
Frankie: Matt, Joe and Rachel saved my life. I think Charlie understands that I was in danger. What she doesn't understand is that you and I are not back together.
    Cass: Frankie...
Frankie: I found out that Fax was shot to death by Gary, so I did come back to town...under an assumed name.
Cass: Anne O'Donnell. That was you?
Frankie: I had to see for myself how you were doing. You and Charlie had moved on. You fell in love with Lila. You got married. I had no place in your lives anymore.
Cass moves closer to his ex-wife.
Cass: That's simply not true Frankie. You are Charlie's mother. I'm always going to love you.
Frankie: And I'm always going to love you, too Cass, but we're different now. We're not the same people who fell in love all those years ago, and we can't get together because Charlie wants it.
Cass: But we love each other. Why can't we give it a try?
Frankie: I'm not in love with you anymore. In my heart I've moved on.

ALLEN’S SUITE - Amanda is on her cell phone while in the bed with Allen.
Amanda: You’ve got things there? Good. Gives me some extra time with my man. Thanks Matt.
Amanda hangs up, puts her phone on the nightstand, and turns her attentions to Allen. She snuggles up against him.
Amanda: I got an extra couple hours.
She kisses him on his chest, but he doesn’t seem to be responding.
Amanda: Baby are you alright? I thought you liked my kisses.
Allen: I love them. I’m sorry. I’m just...thinking about my daughter.
    Amanda: K.C.
Allen sighs and looks up toward the door.
Allen: I haven’t heard anything since I saw her in Monticello.
Amanda: I’m sure it’s quite a shock for her. You might have to give her some time to process it all.
Allen: I want a relationship with her, and I don’t wanna waste one more minute.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BAY CITY CENTER...Joy is texting and walking very slowly. She sends a text to Steven…
Joy (texting): R u in the coffee shop?
    Steven (texting back): Yes.
Joy, still looking at her phone, smiles and walks slowly, still looking at her phone. Suddenly, someone bumps into Joy, and causes her to drop her phone. It’s K.C. Joy picks up her phone in disgust.
Joy: My God. My phone’s broken. You broke my phone!
K.C.: I didn’t do anything. You weren’t looking where you were going.
Joy: Look I need to get your information because you are going to pay for me to get a new phone, since you caused it to be broken.
K.C.: I can’t take responsibility for your clumsiness.
Joy: Look little girl, the grown up way to settle things is that you take responsibility for what you’ve done. You are gonna pay for me to get a new phone.
K.C.: This full grown adult is not paying for a damn thing. You should look where the hell you’re going.
Joy: Oh bitch you gon’ pay for this phone.
K.C.: You better watch who you’re calling a bitch or you’ll end up in the fountain.
Toni and Etta Mae quickly come between them.
Etta Mae: You leave her alone lady!
Toni: Nobody’s gonna end up anywhere. How much is the phone?
    Joy: Five hundred dollars.
K.C.: Oh please that’s more than what that thing is worth.
Toni: I’ll write you a check.
They all follow Toni to a nearby table, who takes out her checkbook, writes the check, and gives it to Joy.
Joy: I hope it doesn’t bounce.
K.C.: Maybe you should bounce before I kick your…
    Toni: K.C.! The check’s good.
    Joy: Um hm.
    Joy walks away.
    K.C.: Ugh! What a bitch!
Etta Mae: Watch yo mouth young lady!
Toni: Let’s focus and talk about why we’re here.
    K.C.: What’s that?
Eric, dressed in his work uniform, is outside of the coffee shop sweeping, and catches K.C.’s eye, and he gives her a look also, but he continues to sweep.
Etta Mae: Keneisha? Are you listening?
    K.C.: I’m sorry. What?
Etta Mae: You must not have heard what I said.
K.C.: Yeah I just finished looking for an apartment.
Etta Mae: And how you gon’ pay for it?
    K.C.: I guess I’ll...get a job.
Toni: So you’re gonna work and go to school full time? That’s a lot.
    K.C.: I can manage.
Etta Mae: Baby I can’t afford to pay your bills and mine.
K.C.: So what are you saying?
Toni: You can live with me.
    K.C.: No. Not gonna happen!
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
COFFEE SHOP...Steven and Joy are sitting at a table while Eric, who has just re-entered the place, notices them.
    Steven: Finally. You alright?
Joy: Yeah I’m gonna get a new phone.
    Steven: What happened?
Joy: Someone bumped into me outside and caused me to drop it. It’s all broken.
Joy shows it to Steven, and has a flashback.
    (EPISODE 174)
At the Monticello Police Station Interrogation Room, Reginald gives instructions to Joy...
Reginald: You don’t want Thomasina to get sick again do you? Get me my great grandson.
Joy flashes back to the present.
    Steven: Yeah it’s...pretty messed up.
Joy: I absolutely must have a phone. You know what. Come with me.
    Steven: Where?
Joy: Help me pick out a phone. Let’s go to the phone store.
Steven holds the door open for Joy as she leaves the coffee shop, and he follows.
    Joy: Such a gentleman.
    Steven: Thank you.
Joy then notices K.C. from a short distance.
Joy: Oh...there’s the little twit who broke my phone.
Steven: Hey, that little twit is my cousin.
    Joy: Your who?
Steven: Her father and my mother are cousins, so we’re related.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
KBAY- Allen is in his office when someone knocks on the door.
    Allen: Come in.
Allen is surprised at his visitor, who is carrying papers.
    Allen: Iris?
Iris: You missed the little celebration we had. I’m gonna buy the staff dinner from Tops. Just tell your secretary what you want and she’ll add it to the order.
Allen: Why would you be doing that? In fact why are you even here? The last time I tangled with you, you were in cahoots with my grandfather to take over Cory Productions, and I almost lost the woman I love.
Iris: So you think you love my sister?
Allen: Listen I got work to do.
Allen turns his attentions to his computer and starts left clicking the mouse...
    Allen: Where is that story?
Iris: Screw it! I am the story.
Allen: Iris, you need to leave. I’m gonna call security.
Iris: And I’d fire them if they put their hands on me.
    Allen: What?
Iris: You heard right. I own this TV station. I am the owner of KBAY.

    PART 2
BAY CITY CENTER….Steven and Joy are standing in front a phone store. Joy is holding a small bag.
Joy: I really like the phone you picked out for me.
Steven: Glad I could be of help, but I can’t take credit for the cover. I won’t take credit for the cover.
Joy takes out the touchscreen phone, with a pink sparkled cover, and they both look at the phone and the cover as if to examine them. Joy is turning the items back and forth.
Joy: This cover is pretty. What are you talking about?
Steven: I’m not a pink sparkle kind of guy.
Joy: Well I’m glad you didn’t pick the cover? It would probably would have been all black or something.
    Steven: You forgot brown.
    Joy: Those dark ‘guy’ colors.
Steven: Sorta kinda. You know it’s good to see you smiling. This is a hell of a lot of easier than the first time I got to see your grin. I still don’t even know your last name.
Steven moves closer to Joy, until they come face to face.
Steven: There’s still...so much I don’t know about you. Who is Joy? What makes her tick? You’re so beautiful....and mysterious.
    Steven begins to kiss Joy.
    Joy: I...I can’t do...this.
Joy tries to resist Steven, but she can no longer. She kisses him back.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, over at a table, the Burrells discuss KC’s situation…
Etta Mae: Well where else you think you gon’ live at?
K.C.: I told you I’ll get a job and I’ll get my own apartment.
Toni: Working full time and going to school full time is a tremendous. I don’t think you’ve thought about this.
K.C.: You mean that if Reginald never kidnapped me, I never would have known that Allen Love is my father? And that my mother and my sister are my grandmother and my mother, yes I think about that all the time.
Etta Mae: Look you can be mad all you want to, but don’t let it cloud your judgment. You’re smarter than that.
    Toni: Mom’s right.
Etta Mae: And you know damn well that you can’t afford to go to school full time and work full time!
K.C.: You don’t know what I can do!
Etta Mae: I told you not to come to Bay City. Toni and I tried to convince you not to but you wanted to come here!
K.C.: That’s because you wanted to hide your secret!
Toni: Look! K.C. we all know what the smart thing for you to do is, and that’s to live with me. You know how my job is. I’ll hardly be home. It’ll be like having your own apartment, and it’s walking distance to campus.
Etta Mae: And Toni ain’t gon make you pay no rent right?
Toni: As long as she stays in school.
K.C.’s wall starts to break down a little.
    K.C.: I...I could commute.
    Etta Mae: With whose car?
Toni: I guess you wanna get home late every single night.
Etta Mae: I got get on the road.
Toni (looking at her cell phone): Yeah I gotta get back to work.
Toni and Etta Mae get up and K.C. stays seated, and as they walk away…
K.C.: Wait. I’ll...I’ll live with you Toni.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Allen: What the hell are you talkin’ about?
Iris: Watch how you talk to your boss.
    Allen: When did this happen?
Iris: Not too long ago. KBAY hasn’t had the same flair since your Aunt Donna owned it. It’s time I added my own flavor to it.
Allen: Oh come on. You didn’t buy this TV station because you wanted to sprinkle some seasoning on it. Ooooh you got somethin’ else up your sleeve, and I bet it has something to do with getting back at Amanda doesn’t it?
Iris: Oh goodness, everything that I do does not involve Amanda or anything to do with the Corys.
Allen: Sure it does. You might not be Mac’s biological daughter, but he’s always gonna be your daddy, and you’re always gonna feel that anything he owned and built belongs to you, namely Cory Publishing, now Cory Productions.
Allen steps back a little as he comes to a realization…
Allen: You just came upon your rich Spaulding roots, and you bought up KBAY. Is Cory Productions next on your shopping list?
    Iris smiles.
Iris: Wouldn’t you like to know?
Iris walks toward the door and stops.
Iris: If you breathe a word of your theories to anyone, I’ll destroy you, your daughter, and anyone you love. With all my money and influence, you know I can do it.
Allen: Why? What are you up to?
Iris: You’ll see soon enough, just don’t get in my way.

BAY CITY CENTER, Jack is sitting at a table, and he has one flashback…
    (EPISODE 185)
Jack: Ladies! This isn’t getting us anywhere. Paulina let me talk to Carly alone please.
Carly: Oh no need for that. I had to see for myself how close you two have gotten, and I’ve seen enough. When I get back to Oakdale, I’m gonna call Jessica Griffin and file for divorce. This marriage is over! Happy homewrecking Paulina. You can marry Jack since it looks like you caught the bouquet.
    Then another flashback (EPISODE 185)
Paulina: She’s made up her mind. Don’t chase after someone who doesn’t want to be with you. Stay with someone who does. I love you Jack.
Paulina pulls Jack into a passionate kiss.
Then Jack flashes back to the present, and takes a nervous deep breath. Suddenly, he feels a hand on his right shoulder. He looks up and smiles at the familiar face...Vicky.
    Vicky: Hey friend. Long time.
Jack: Hey Vick. Have a seat.
Vicky: You look like I feel.
    Jack: Torn up.
Vicky: Let me guess, both of our problems are with our spouses.
Jack: That’s the last time we talked isn’t it?
Vicky: We really should be better friends to each other.
Jack: Carly filed for a separation.
Vicky: My, I’m sorry about that. You must be devastated.
Jack: I am, but I’m torn.
Vicky: I saw you at my son’s wedding with Paulina. Wow, have you and Paulina been seeing each other?
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CORY MANSION...Someone rings the doorbell and Carl answers it, and smiles.
    Carl: Paulina!
    Paulina: May I come in?
    Carl: Of course of course.
    The two hug.
Paulina: Rachel called and told me you were back. It’s great to see you Carl.
Carl: Likewise. How have you been?
    Paulina smiles.
    Paulina: Never better.
    Carl: You look happy.
Rachel joins them in the foyer.
Rachel: I agree with Carl. You’re glowing.
Paulina: I feel..happier than I’ve been in a long time.
    Rachel: What happened?
Paulina continues to smile at Carl and Rachel.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Jack continues his conversation with Vicky at the Center...
    Jack: No..not exactly.
Vicky: Not exactly? Your wife filed for a separation. The next step is…
Jack: Divorce? She threatened that, too.
Vicky: And it looks like you’re not gonna even fight for your marriage.
Jack: I really think it’s over for Carly and me.
Vicky: Is that what you guys do when you decide not work things out?
    Vicky looks away from Jack.
Vicky: After everything you and Carly have been through together? You’re just gonna...let it go?
Jack: Are we talking about me? Or Jake?
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LOVE MANSION...Jake rings the doorbell and Michele answers it.
    Jake: Hey there.
    Michele: Dad.
The two embrace in the foyer
Michele: Are you looking for mom? She went out, and I don’t know where Bridget is.
Jake: No...actually I came to talk to you. We have sooo much catching up to do.
    Michele: Right.
Jake: How are you feeling? Do you need anything?
    Michele: Umm...no.
Michele shuts the front door, and walks past Jake into the living room. He follows her.
Jake: Honey are you sure that you’re okay?
Michele: I’m fine. I’m just trying to get adjusted to life back at home again.
    Jake: Is that all?
Michele: Dad? What are you getting at?
Jake: I know what you did at the house.
Michele: I ransacked the living room. So what?
    Jake: That’s not all.
    Michele: Then what is it?
Jake: You smashed Bridget’s picture didn’t you?

    PART 2
Rachel, Paulina, and Carl are in the living room of the Cory Mansion sitting on the couch.
Paulina: Everything seemed to fall into place after Kirkland and I talked.
    Carl: So he forgave you?
Paulina: Not exactly. He never resented me for what I did all those years ago.
Rachel: Kirkland is a very mature young man. It doesn’t surprise me that he understood.
Paulina: He actually thanked me for saving his life. He said if it wasn’t for me, he wouldn’t be able to marry Charlie, and he invited me to his wedding. I mean I thought I’d be the last person he would want at his ceremony.
Carl: Kirkland is a way better man this his father.
Rachel: Carl...so Paulina what else happened?
Paulina: I was on the phone with my daughter, and she helped me to see that it may be time for to move on, then Jack insisted, sort of, that he take me to Kirkland and Charlie’s wedding. I caught the bouquet, and Jack and I kissed. Well...I kissed him.
Rachel: That all sounds lovely but isn’t he still married?
Paulina: I was hesitant for a long time because of that, but he and Carly have been having problems ever since he got hired by the Bay City Police, and I’m tired of waiting. Sometimes you have to just go for what you want. If you wait for the right time, it’ll never come. This has been building up since he broke up a fight between me and Iris. We were friends long before Carly came into the picture. She was so awful toward him.
Carl: I’m gonna go upstairs and lie down.
    Rachel: Sure honey.
Carl walks out and Rachel looks at Carl with concern, but then she turns her attentions to Paulina.
Rachel: Paulina, honey, I love you like a daughter, and I’m going to be honest with you. I don’t think you should pursue this with Jack.
    Paulina: Who’s pursuing something?
Rachel: You’re getting your hopes up and I think you could be making a big mistake. Jack and Carly have been in each other’s lives for a very long time. He might not be willing just to let that go.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Vicky snaps her finger.
    Vicky: Ya got me.
Jack: If you don’t wanna talk about it...
    Vicky: I screwed up...big time.
    Jack: How?
    Vicky: I lied to Jake.
Jack: Oh no...Vicky. What did you do?
Vicky: I didn’t tell him that Lindsay Winthrop was his daughter.
Jack: Wait a minute. She was one of the bridesmaids right?
    Vicky: Yep.
Jack: She’s Jake’s daughter. Why didn’t you tell him?
Vicky: Because I wanted to protect my family, and him.
Jack: Does Lindsay pose some kind of threat?
Vicky: No no no nothing like that, but we were just getting past the loss of Michele, whom we got back by the way, and…
    Jack: Wait a minute...Michele?
    Vicky: Yeah long story...my grandfather.
Jack: Yeah I know all about him.
Vicky: He actually saved her life, but enough about him.
Jack: Yeah about Jake. You were afraid he would neglect you and Bridget. Vicky you didn’t trust him, just like Carly didn’t trust me.
Vicky: And...we both gave our spouses reason not to.
Jack: Carly says she’s filing for divorce.
Vicky: And Jake might, too. I get the feeling he doesn’t want to fight for our marriage.
Vicky gets a text on her cell phone.
    Vicky: Oh I...I gotta go.
    Jack: So quickly.
Vicky: The cleaning company I hired just texted me. The living room is clean again.
Jack: Oh wow. We were just gettin warmed up.
Vicky: So we can move back in. I guess I’ll find out soon how Jake really feels.
Jack: You better keep in touch.
    Vicky (smiling): Will do.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Michele: What are you talking about?
Jake: Bridget’s picture frame...on the mantle. Everybody else’s picture was intact, but hers was the only one that was smashed.
Michele: I dunno I must have hit it by mistake. It wasn’t on purpose.
Jake: Why did you even do that? Why did you tear up the living room like that? Is there something you wanna talk about?
Vicky walks in and interrupts them.
Vicky: Hey I was wondering where everybody was.
    Michele: Mom hey.
Michele goes and hugs Vicky, as Vicky unknowingly saved Michele from Jake finding out why Michele tore up the McKinnons living room.
Vicky: The house is clean now. We can all move back in.
Michele: Great. I’ll go get my things.
Michele gladly goes upstairs and Vicky turns to Jake.
Vicky: I see Michele’s excited to go back to her room.
Jake: Vicky I was having an important conversation with her.
Vicky: Well I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to interrupt. Guess I’m just excited to be able to go back home.
    Jake: I’m not going.
Vicky: What do you mean? Of course you’re coming home. We just got Michele back.
    Jake: Vicky....I’m not coming home.

Special Appearance by Maura West as Carly Snyder
STACEY’S APARTMENT...Stacey is in the living room with Cass and Frankie.
Stacey: You two must be so happy. I’ll be feeling the same way when Lindsay ties the knot.
Frankie: You will, and we’ll be right here helping you just as you helped us.
Cass: And you gotta make sure she marries the right guy.
Frankie: Cass, your niece is strong and smart. I’m sure she’ll make the right decision where that’s concerned.
Stacey: I want the best for Lindsay.
    Cass: Of course you do.
Stacey: I want her to be happy...happier than I am.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE HUDSONS...Gregory comes downstairs while Lindsay gets up from the couch and faces Gregory.
    Lindsay: How’s your mom?
    Gregory: She’s out cold.
Lindsay: Bet she’s gonna have a killer headache in the morning.
Gregory: She had a lot to drink. I’ve never seen mom go off like that.
Lindsay: A lot of people seemed surprised.
    Gregory: I guess she’s just...tired of...everything.
    Lindsay: How do you mean?
Gregory: That whole thing with dad and Felicia.
Gregory puts his arms around Lindsay’s waist as Lindsay looks up at her boyfriend.
Lindsay: It’s taken a toll on all of you.
Gregory: I can’t help but think that I had a part in it, too.
Lindsay: You wanting to protect your mother?
Gregory: You think I went too far?
Lindsay: I...do think you overreacted a bit. You didn’t have any solid proof that John and Felicia were having an affair.
Gregory: I just don’t wanna lose my mom again. I don’t wanna see her sad anymore, like she was the first time dad cheated on her.
Lindsay: Guess we...both have that in common. We both worry about our moms.
    Gregory: Is Stacey okay?
Lindsay: She puts on a brave front. She stays busy with work and then we were in Charlie’s wedding, but deep down, I see a sadness in her, too. Ever since she broke up with Derek.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cass: Stace you’ll find it. Just as Frankie and I have.
    Stacey: From your lips.
Frankie: That’s right. Cass and I are not gonna let anything come between us this time.
    Cass: Not even Christy Carson.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GRANT’S HOUSE...Grant undoes his bowtie and when Christy walks in, he turns his attentions to her.
Grant: What the hell do you think were doing? Showing up at my son’s wedding reception!
Christy: Relax Grant! You’re not half as concerned about Kirkland as you are about yourself.
Grant: What are you talking about? Of course I’m concerned about my son’s happiness.
Christy: Oh please. I wasn’t going to tell everyone that you were the one who got me out of prison. I saw you sweating bullets when you saw me and my son.
Grant: You never mentioned that you had a son.
    Christy: You never asked.
Grant: With James Stenbeck no less.
Christy: Wasn’t it you who said this was a business arrangement?
Grant: Some things you should disclose to the people you’re working with.
Christy: I owed you no explanation about Eric. The only thing I need to tell you is that the recipient of your delivery should be seeing its contents as we speak.
    Grant smiles.
Grant: Good work, and let the destruction of Jack Snyder begin.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IN FRONT OF PAULINA’S HOUSE...Jack and Paulina walk arm in arm toward the door and stop. Paulina is holding the bouquet in her other hand.
Paulina: What a reception that was. Never a dull moment.
Jack: I still can’t believe that James Stenbeck had a fourth son.
Paulina: I think you mentioned that to me once.
Jack: Let’s see he’s got David Stenbeck, Paul Ryan, Henry Coleman, and now Eric.
Paulina: From what I’ve heard he was really evil. Were any of his sons like him?
    Jack: Only David, so far.
Paulina (sighing): Why don’t we talk about something positive?
    Jack (smiling): Like what?
Paulina: The great time we had tonight. I’m glad you took me to the wedding.
Jack: And to think you were hesitant when I asked you to go with me.
Meanwhile, a mystery person watches them from a real short distance.
Paulina (smiling): I’m sure you understand my apprehension.
Jack: You just need to relax a bit.
They face each other, give each other a look, and as they lean in to kiss, Carly Snyder, the mystery person, stops them by appearing and gets their attention, and she walks directly up to them.
Carly: Wow Jack! The ink isn’t even dry on the separation papers yet, and you’ve moved on?
Jack: What are you doing here Carly?
Carly: I knew something was happening between you two, and this confirmed it.
Carly shows Jack a picture of him and Paulina in the Center when Paulina put her right hand on Jack’s left hand on the table (taken by Eric), and Jack and Paulina are shocked.

    PART 2
Christy: Wow you really hate him don’t you?
Grant: I don’t hate anyone Christy.
Christy: What did Jack Snyder ever do to you?
Grant: He’s got what I want. He’s got who I want.
Christy: Paulina Carlino. From what I’ve heard about her I don’t see the appeal.
Grant: She’s a lovely, sweet, good person.
Christy: She came to Bay City to get her cut of Mac Cory’s money, and she shot Jake McKinnon. What makes her so wholesome all of a sudden. Nobody’s using those adjectives about me.
Grant: You poisoned your husband to death. You shouldn’t expect people to welcome you with open arms,
Christy: And by people, you mean Cass and Mary Frances.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cass: Come on sis don’t talk like that. You’ll find happiness, too.
Frankie: Look at what you have. You have your brother, you have me, you have a wonderful daughter, and Charlie.
Stacey: You guys are so sweet, and it’s true. I have all of that, but what I don’t have; what I’m devoid of, is the man that I love.
Cass: Stacey, honey, you’ve gotta try to move on. The wedding probably brought up all these emotions for you, but he’s not available.
Frankie: Who are you guys talking about?
Stacey: I might as well tell you. I’m still in love with Lindsay’s father.
Frankie: Jake? My God. He’s very married.
Stacey: You don’t have to tell me twice, and I’m very well aware of that, but the heart wants what it wants. That’s what I mean about Lindsay. I don’t want her to make the same mistakes I did. I want her to live a happy, prosperous life.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gregory: Our parents think that they’re the only ones who worry.
Lindsay: I thought my mom and Derek would be together forever.
Gregory: I thought the same about my parents. I don’t know what’s gonna happen to them.
Lindsay: One of the things I love about you.
    Gregory: Ohh what’s that?
Lindsay: That you’re crazy. You followed your dad when he went to see Felicia?
Gregory: I’m not proud of that.
    Lindsay: I’m kidding.
Gregory: Oh...the comedienne has delivered one of her jokes.
    Lindsay: Hmmmm.
They kiss and then Lindsay starts wincing.
    Gregory: What’s wrong?
Lindsay: I think I got an upset stomach. It won’t settle down.
Gregory: Something you ate at the reception?
Lindsay: I dunno. Might be just gas.
Gregory: I think we got some antacid. I'll get it for you.
Lindsay sits down on the couch as Gregory goes to the kitchen.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Grant: You didn’t know anybody else in Bay City when you were here before did you?
Christy: No I didn’t. I thought they were my friends.
Grant: Are you really gonna play the victim here? You were obsessed with Cass back then, and you still are.
Christy: Well Mary Frances forgave me.
Grant: Come on I know you’re smarter than that. Do you really think Frankie just forgot everything you’ve done; that you carefully planned to get her out of the way so you can have a clear path to Cass?
    Christy: I didn’t want that.
Grant: Sure you did Christy. You were fixated on Mr. Winthrop over twenty years ago, but what gives now? You got released from that mental health facility. You and your son could have left and started over in another place, but you decided to stay in Bay City. What are you up to?
Christy says nothing, but she looks at Grant in a way that answers his question.
Grant: My God. You’re trying to get revenge. How do you plan on doing that?
Christy: My plans for Cass are none of your concern. You need to worry about Paulina, and your fixation on her.
Grant: For the record, I am not obsessed with anyone.
Christy: Right. You're too self absorbed for that.
Grant: Jack is the one that needs to worry. Thanks to you, I’ve begun the process...of bringing him down.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jack: This picture doesn’t prove anything.
    Paulina: Who took this?
Carly: Does that matter? You two have been sneaking around.
Paulina: Jack had just gotten the separation papers from you when this picture was taken. He was devastated! Jack and I are friends.
Carly: From the looks of things it seems like it’s going to be a lot more.
    Jack: You’re jumping to conclusions.
Paulina: There’s nothing going on between me and Jack. I’m sure Jack has told you that a hundred times.
Carly: Are you proud of yourself Paulina? Frolicking around Bay City with someone else’s husband!
Paulina: Jack is a decent man, and you take him for granted!
    Carly: He is still married!
    Paulina: You wanted a separation!
Carly: You need to butt the hell out!
    Paulina: Bitch!
Carly walks off. Jack calls for her and begins to go after her, but Paulina stops him.
    Paulina: Jack wait. Don’t go.
Jack: I gotta talk to her.
Paulina: She’s made up her mind. Don’t chase after someone who doesn’t want to be with you. Stay with someone who does. I love you Jack.

AT TOPS...Cass is talking to Frankie near the elevator…
Frankie: I’m worried about Aunt Sharlene.
    Cass: I could tell.
Frankie: I’ve never seen her like that before.
Cass: She’s been through a lot.
Frankie: I know. That’s why I’m gonna be there for her.
Cass: Do you think that John was telling the truth about not having an affair with Felicia?
Frankie: You know what, Cass, I believe him. It was over twenty years ago that it happened, but yet it’s still affecting them today.
Meanwhile, Steven is at the bar nearby, and he’s sending a text to Joy…
Steven’s Text: I wish u were here w/me. It’s been a great and wild day at my little brother’s wedding. Hope ur well. Talk 2u soon...hopefully.
    Kirkland approaches him.
Kirkland: You heard about what happened at the house?
    Steven: No. What?
Kirkland: Someone broke in. They’re at the police station now.
Steven: Wow I gotta get down there.
Kirkland: Guess you’re too busy texting that mystery girl you were telling Jake and me about. I see that twinkle in your eye. You like her a lot don’t you?
    Steven: Where my cousin?
Kirkland: Which one? You’re, like, related to everybody in this town. Gregory left with his mom.
Steven: So full of jokes on your wedding day. Your wife, my cousin, Charlie.
They both turn and look over at Charlie and Stacey.
    Charlie: Where did Lindsay go?
Stacey: She went with Gregory to take Sharlene home. You must feel like you’re on top of the world right now.
Charlie: I am. I really am. I’ve married the man I love.
Stacey: I’m so happy for you. Look at my niece.
Charlie: You know I always thought that you and Uncle Derek were gonna be married forever.
Stacey: Things just didn’t work out.
Charlie: Is it because...you’re still in love with Jake? Where did he go?
Stacey: I think someone broke in their house. He went to the police station with Vicky.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
POLICE STATION...The McKinnons, along with Rachel and Carl, have just discovered that the girl who ransacked the McKinnons house, is their daughter Michele.
Carl: Jake the results from your paternity test with Steven was cross referenced with Michele’s DNA.
Rachel: We stopped in Oakdale and Dr. Hughes ran the test. It came back positive. This girl is your daughter.
Jake, Vicky, Bridget, Cory and Toni are all stunned.
Vicky: This...this can’t be true. She was brain dead.
    Carl: Reginald’s lackey, Margaret Allen…
Jake: Margaret Allen? She used to work for Jordan Stark at Lumina. What did she do to…?
Rachel: She gave Michele a drug to make it appear that she was brain dead.
Vicky: We all thought she died. Totally something Reginald would orchestrate.
Carl: He’s the Head of the Lumina Foundation now. He had the resources to save Michele.
Jake: It’s starting to all make sense.
Michele: I promise I didn’t tell Grandpa Reginald about the key.
Vicky: Only the family knows where the spare key is.
Vicky puts her right hand near her mouth as her eyes well up as she slowly approaches Michele.
Cory: Mom, dad? Are you absolutely sure about this?
Rachel: Yes dear. She is Jake and Vicky’s daughter.
    Bridget: My God.
Vicky: Take those cuffs off of her.
Toni: So I take it you’re not pressing charges.

    PART 2
    AT THE MCKINNONS…
Jake, Vicky, Bridget and Michele walk into a terribly messed up living room.
    Jake: What the…?
Vicky: Look at this place. This is horrible.
Jake walks over to the mantel and notices Bridget’s picture covered in cracked glass. He turns to his family to say something, but decides not to.
Bridget: Mom. There’s something I need to tell you.
Donna, Michael and Steven walk in and see the ransacked living room, and inadvertently interrupt Bridget. Donna steps over a coffee table leg trying to find a solid place to stand.
Donna: Victoria what happened here? Are you alright?
    Vicky: Yeah we’re...gonna be fine.
Donna: You all can’t stay here.
Vicky (looking around at the mess): You’re right about that.
Michael: Was there a tornado warning I didn’t receive?
Donna: There’s plenty of room at the mansion for all of you. We’ll hire cleaners to clean this and you can stay with your father and I in the meantime. Did they find the animal who did this?
    Michele steps up.
    Michele: That animal...is me.
Donna: Who are you? Why are you here? You should be in jail.
Michael: I take it the police are on their way.
Vicky: No we’re not pressing charges.
Donna: This girl ransacked this house. She needs to pay for that!
Michael: Why don’t you tell us who you are, and we’ll take you to the police station.
Jake: There’s not gonna be a need for any authorities Michael.
Steven: Do you know her or something? Mom?
Vicky looks at Michele with pride.
Vicky: Oh we know her. I carried her for nine months.
Michael: What are you talking about Vick?
    Jake: This girl is Michele.
    Donna: Michele? No. That’s impossible.
Vicky: Reginald got involved. He changed her face because he planned to keep her away from us.
Michael: You’re saying this girl is my granddaughter?
    Vicky: Yes.
Jake: Carl and Rachel got proof before they brought her home. She was being treated at the same clinic that Carl was. This is our little girl.
Bridget: So glad to have my sister back.
Bridget hugs Michele and Michele, who is facing Jake, notices Michele’s less than enthused look.
Bridget: Why did you do this? Why did you ransack the house?
Michele: I can’t explain all of that now.
Bridget: And you broke my picture.
Donna notices Bridget’s picture on the mantel covered in broken glass.
Donna: You did that? Why did you break Bridget’s picture?
Jake interjects because he has suspicions as to why Michele did what she did, but does not want them to be addressed now.
Jake: That’s not important right now. I just want to cherish that we have our daughter back. Our whole family’s back.
Michele: Dad is Kirkland coming here?
Jake: The reception should be coming to an end soon.
Vicky: I told him to stay there with Charlie.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TOPS...Mitch and Felicia are sitting at their table, and they turn their attentions to Kirkland and Charlie.
    Felicia: They look so happy.
Mitch: I remember when we first got married.
Felicia: The happiest day of our lives...that day.
Mitch: Second to the day we found out about children.
Felicia: Those kids are on top of the world today. It would seem that nothing can tear them apart.
Mitch: But it’s only the beginning for them. As you and I both know, it takes a lot to make a marriage work, and they will soon find out the same thing.
    Meanwhile, Grant talks to Kirkland...
Grant: You look really really happy son.
Kirkland: I am dad. I love her, and we’re married now. It’s like it’s not even real.
Grant: I’m glad that...Scott decided not to disrupt your wedding day.
Kirkland: He saw how happy that Charlie makes me. What happened between me and him is in the past. I’m not going back there, and I’m not going back to the guy that first came back to town.
Grant: I know I had a lot to do with that. All the tricks I pulled to get custody of you when you were young. I was too selfish to realize the toll it took on you.
Kirkland: Just like Scott’s in the past, so is all the things that you did. You have Charlie to thank for that.
Grant: I’m glad I’ve got my son back. There’s just one more thing missing in my life.
Grant looks over at Paulina and Jack.
Kirkland: Charlie and I have got a plane to catch soon for our honeymoon.
Frankie, Charlie, and Cass approach them.
Frankie: He’s right. Okay everyone! The bride and groom have to go on their honeymoooon!
An aisle is made with people on each side. Cass gives everyone rice as Frankie directs Kirkland and Charlie to go to the beginning of the aisle. Cass, Frankie and Felicia go to the end of the aisle next to the elevator.
    Cass: Come on kids!
Kirkland and Charlie walk arm in arm down the aisle as everyone lightly tosses rice over their heads. They get to the end near the elevators where Cass, Frankie and Felicia await them. Frankie and Felicia hug Charlie and Kirkland. Cass kisses Charlie on her left cheek and hugs her, and shakes Kirkland’s right hand. The elevator doors open, and Cass, Frankie, and Felicia’s joys quickly turn to horror.
Felicia: What the hell are you doing here?
    Cass: This can’t be.
Felicia, Cass, and everyone else, are shocked as Christy Carson and her son, Eric Stenbeck, have entered the reception.
Christy: Wow! Looks like we missed a wedding.

AT THE MCKINNONS...Cory and Bridget have unknowingly encountered Michele, who just ransacked the living room.
    Cory: You did this?
Bridget: Who are you? Why did you do this to my picture?
Two police officers enter, and Bridget directs them to Michele.
Bridget: Officer. Arrest her. She broke in here and ransacked the living room.
Officer #1: Did you do this?
    Michele: Yes.
Officer #2: We gotta take you to the station. You’re under arrest.
Officer #2 reads Michele her Miranda rights as Bridget turns to Cory.
Bridget: I’m getting that feeling again.
Cory: The same one you got before.
    Bridget: Yeah.
    ----------------------------
TOPS...Donna talks to Vicky at Donna and Michael’s table as they look at Kirkland and Charlie. Vicky’s cell phone is on the table.
    Donna: Look at them.
Vicky: I’m so happy for my son.
Donna: Those two have been through so much in their lives, and now they’re married. It’s amazing. People can get through anything.
    Vicky: Look, don’t mention it.
    Donna: Mention what?
Vicky: You’re about to make a Jake reference.
Donna: I simply said people can get through anything. If it applies to you and Jake, then so be it.
    Vicky: Oh Donna whatever.
Donna: While we’re on the subject…
    Vicky: No…
Donna: I told you to tell Jake the truth about Lindsay, but you decided to keep it to yourself.
Vicky: I did what I had to do to protect my family. If he doesn’t understand that, then I don’t know what else to say.
Vicky’s cell phone vibrates with a text message, and it gets Vicky’s attention.
    Vicky: What’s this? From Bridget.
Vicky reads the text message that says “Someone broke into the house. They caught the person who did it. Meet us at the police station.”
    Vicky: Oh my God.
    Donna: What is it?
Vicky: Someone broke into the house.
    Donna: Oh no.
Vicky: I’m going to the police station.
Meanwhile, Jake is over with Cass at Cass and Frankie’s table.
Jake: So how long did it take you to give your blessing to this wedding?
Cass: It took me a little while, but I saw how happy my daughter was, and I couldn’t deny her that.
Jake: I mean, I...I understand. I’m gonna give a hard time to any man who wants marry any of my girls.
Cass: Any father would, but you gotta be careful not to alienate your daughters.
Jake: Of course not. Bridget and Lindsay are two strong minded girls.
    Cass: So you’ve...talked to Lindsay?
Jake: I did, right before the wedding.
    Cass: What about my sister?
    Jake: I...haven’t spoken to her.
Cass: Stacey didn’t want hurt anybody. Not you, not Vicky, not anyone.
Jake: They had no right to keep the truth from me, though, Cass.
Cass: Look I get that you’re angry about it, but you need to try to look at it from another point of view. You had your family, and Stacey didn’t want to disrupt it.
Vicky walks up to them with Donna.
    Cass: Hey Vicky.
Vicky: Cass hi. Jake we gotta get to the police station.
    Jake: What? Is everything alright?
Vicky: Bridget texted me. Someone broke into our house. They have the perpetrator at the station.
    Donna: I’ll go tell Michael.
Meanwhile, John is sitting at a table by himself when Michael walks over to him and puts his left hand on the chair opposite John.
    Michael: Hey bro.
    John: Michael.
    Michael: Mind if I sit?
John: Not at all, especially since you’ve pulled out the chair.
Michael: I see you haven’t lost your sense of humor after all these years.
    John: I’m gonna need it.
Michael: I heard Sharlene got released today. That’s great news isn’t it?
Sharlene taps Michael on his left shoulder.
    Sharlene: Yes it sure is!
    Michael: Hey, Sharlene.
    Sharlene: Hey...Michael!
Michael and Sharlene hug, but Michael pulls away as he slightly winces his face.
Michael: How many have you had?
Sharlene: A few. It’s a celebration isn’t it? My niece and your grandson got married, and I got to see it, but do you wanna know what happened on our way here?
    John gets up.
    John: Sharlene.
Sharlene raises her voice and draws everyone’s attention, particularly Mitch and Felicia’s.
Sharlene: All three of us rode to the wedding together. John, me, and his homewrecking slut!
Felicia, and Mitch and Gregory come over to his Sharlene, as he realizes she’s drunk.
    Felicia: You watch your mouth!
Sharlene: You shut up! You should know what it’s like to be drunk!
Felicia: I get that you’ve been through hell, because I am not gonna sit here and let you embarrass me.
Sharlene: You’re an embarrassment and a disgrace!
Felicia: John you need to do something about your wife.
Mitch gets between Felicia and Sharlene as Gregory comes along.
    Mitch: That’s enough.
Gregory: Come on mom. Let me take you home.
Sharlene: I’m not going anywhere until I’m ready! Attention everybody! My husband told me he’s not sleeping with Felicia. If any of you know the real truth, you need to tell me now!
Meanwhile, Jake and Vicky are with Kirkland and Charlie.
Jake: Sharlene seems like she’s had one too many.
Vicky: Yeah I can see that.
    Kirkland: What’s up mom?
Vicky: I got a text from Bridget.
Jake: Someone broke in the house.
Kirkland: What? Someone must known you were gone.
Charlie: Oh no. I’m gonna get my mom. I’ve never seen Aunt Sharlene like that. Vicky let us know if there’s anything we can do.
Vicky: You stay here and...enjoy your wedding day.
Kirkland: Do they know who did it?
Vicky: Bridget said yes. They’re on their way to the station.
Kirkland: Go ahead. Let us know what happens.
    Jake: We will.
Jake and Vicky walk up to the elevator. As the door opens, there are Rachel and Carl.
    Carl: Victoria.
Rachel: I’m glad we found you.
Vicky: Oh my God. Carl? You look great. When did you get out?
Carl: I’ll tell you another time, but there’s something we have to tell you.
    Rachel: It’s about your daughter.
    Vicky: We already know.
Rachel and Carl look at Jake and Vicky with confusion.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the officers are escorting a handcuffed Michele to the door, Bridget confronts her.
Bridget: Wait a minute. There’s something...so familiar about you.
Michele: Of course there is. If you haven’t figured it out by now, then you really are stupid.

AT TOPS…Rachel and Carl are shocked at what Jake and Vicky tell them.
    Rachel: You know?
Jake: Yeah Bridget said that someone broke into the house, and they’re at the police station.
Vicky: We’ve gotta go. I’m getting worried about Bridget.
    Rachel: We’ll go with you.
As the four of them enter the elevator and subsequently leave, Frankie goes over to Sharlene.
Frankie: Aunt Sharlene, this isn’t the time.
Sharlene: It’s the perfect time Frankie. I’m exposing to the whole town the cheater that my husband really is. I want a divorce!
Frankie: Gregory can you take your mom home please?
    Gregory: Of course.
    Sharlene: I’ll get myself home.
Frankie: Not when you’re drunk. You shouldn’t be alone right now. Please take your mother home Gregory.
As Gregory escorts Sharlene to the elevator so they can leave, Frankie turns to John.
    Frankie: What happened?
John: I don’t know Frankie, but whatever it is, it’s between me and Sharlene. Let us work it out.
    Frankie then turns to Felicia.
Frankie: Is it true? Are you having an affair with John again?
Felicia: I’m so tired of having to explain myself to everyone.
    Mitch: She’s not.
Frankie: I sure hope that’s true. Hasn’t my aunt been through enough?
Frankie walks past Donna and Michael.
Donna: Michael, we gotta go to the police station. Something’s happened to Bridget.
Michael: Where are Jake and Victoria?
Donna: They’ve already gone down there.
Meanwhile, Kirkland and Charlie sit at their table.
Kirkland: Wow. What a day this has been.
Charlie: I hope Aunt Sharlene’s gonna be okay.
    Kirkland: I’m sure she will.
Charlie: Ever since we got to the reception it’s been one thing after another.
Kirkland: Makes you wonder what other surprises are gonna happen.
Charlie: I hope your mom and Jake find out what happened at their house.

    POLICE STATION
Toni is with Michele at a desk in the front area.
Toni: Why did you break in the McKinnon’s house?
Michele: I didn’t break in. I got the key.
Toni: There were signs of forced entry. Is there something you wanted in there?
Michele: I’m not gonna tell you.
Toni: You know, you’re in a lot of trouble. Breaking and entering and vandalism are very serious. You still haven’t told me your name.
Michele: I’m not telling you that.
Toni: You’re not being very cooperative and that’s not helping your case young lady.
Michele: Why don’t you call my parents?
    Toni: Who are they?
    Bridget and Cory walk in...
Toni: Bridget, Cory. Are you guys here to give a statement?
Bridget: Yes. She told us that she broke in.
Toni: You saw her in the house?
Cory: Yeah we did. It was totally trashed.
Bridget: My parents are on their way.
Toni turns to Michele, and at this point, still nobody knows that this girl that ransacked the McKinnons is Michele.
Toni: So you care to stop playing games and tell us who you are?
    Michele pauses and continues…
Michele: I’ll tell you when my parents get here.
This statement catches Bridget’s attention, and Bridget flashes back to an earlier moments of the day…
    EPISODE 181
Bridget shows (Cory) her picture with the broken glass portrait.
Bridget: Look at this. My picture.
    -----
Bridget: I got that feeling again.
Cory: The one you were talking about at the church?
Bridget: Yep. It’s like I feel Michele. Almost as if she’s here.
    -------
Back to the present, Bridget shakes her head in apparent disbelief…
    Cory: Bridget what’s wrong?
    Bridget: No...this can’t be.
She then goes up to Michele, whom she still does not know that she’s Michele.
Bridget: Did my great-grandfather send you? You aren’t...you...aren’t who I think you are.
Michele: Is that right? Who am I then?
Bridget: No...no it isn’t true. You’re an impostor. Reginald changed your face.
Toni: Bridget what are you saying?
Bridget: She’s impersonating my dead sister Michele.
Michele: There’s only one problem with that. I’m very much alive.
    Bridget: You’re a fake!
Jake, Vicky, Rachel and Carl walk in, and Cory is shocked.
Cory: Mom? Dad? Dad when did you…?
    Carl: Son.
Rachel: I’ll tell you later son I promise.
Rachel notices Michele, and Toni approaches Jake and Vicky.
Toni: Jake, Vicky, this is the girl who broke into your house.
Bridget: She’s impersonating Michele. I think grandpa Reginald sent her.
    Vicky: What? Michele? She’s dead.
Bridget: She’s insinuating that she’s my sister.
Vicky: How dare you say that you’re Michele? She would never break in anyone’s house! I say we press charges.
Jake: Why did you do it?
Michele: I didn’t break in dad. I got the key from underneath the middle flower pot outside.
Vicky: How did you know where it was? Did Reginald tell you?
Michele: No. He doesn’t even know about it.
Jake: Michele and Bridget were identical. You don’t look anything like her. There’s no way you’re my daughter. Michele died in a car accident.
Michele: Mr. and Mrs. Hutchins. Please tell them.
    Rachel interrupts.
Rachel: Jake, Vicky, I have something to tell you both.
Rachel gives them the paper, and Jake and Vicky both read it over.
Vicky: No...I’m with Bridget. This is Reginald’s doing!
Carl: Jake the results from your paternity test with Steven was cross referenced with Michele’s DNA.
Rachel: We stopped in Oakdale and Dr. Hughes ran the test. It came back positive. This girl is your daughter.
Jake, Vicky, Bridget, Cory and Toni are all shocked.

    PART 1
CAR - Rachel and Carl are being driven…
Rachel: I wonder how she got away from us.
    Carl: We were careful.
Rachel: We left her only for a few minutes.
Carl: It reminds me of when you and I took care of Perry. He was an adventurous lad. We had to watch him every single second. If we turned our backs, he would disappear.
Rachel pauses and looks at Carl a little puzzled at his mention of Perry.
Rachel: Cory was a pretty obedient kid. Elizabeth was the wanderer.
    Carl: We’ll find Michele.
Rachel: I have a pretty good idea of where she went.
Carl: If she’s gone to Tops and tries to tell them who she is, nobody’s gonna recognize her.
Rachel: Reginald certainly had plans to keep Michele away from the McKinnons, that’s why he changed her face. Hopefully we can get there before she does, so we can tell her family.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TOPS - Kirkland and Charlie are slow dancing, as they gaze into each other’s eyes..
    Kirkland: Mrs. Harrison.
    Charlie: That’s me.
    Kirkland: How are you feeling?
Charlie: Alive; happy; overjoyed. Today’s just perfect.
    Kirkland: Just one thing missing.
Charlie: What’s that? That I haven’t thrown the bouquet yet?
Kirkland: No. My sister Michele. I wish she was alive to see this.
    Charlie: Her spirit is here.
Kirkland: You ready to throw the bouquet?
    Charlie: Yep.
Kirkland: You gotta stand over there where my mom is.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Michele emerges from behind a large plant and decides to follow Bridget into the crowd of dancing guests, but stops when Bridget joins Cory on the dance floor.
Bridget: I got that feeling again.
Cory: The one you were talking about at the church?
Bridget: Yep. It’s like I feel Michele. Almost as if she’s here.
Cory: Of course she’s here. Kirkland’s getting married. Your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa are all here. Steven’s back in town. Michele wouldn’t miss this day at all.
A dejected Michele backs away, turns around, and goes to the elevator. Vicky comes up behind her.
Vicky: Hi. Can I help you? Are you looking for someone?
Michele is seemingly frozen, as she hears her mother’s voice for the first time in a very long time, and turns around to face Vicky, and is shocked to see Vicky.
Vicky: Hello? I asked you a question. This is a private party.
Kirkland interrupts the encounter by tapping Vicky on her left shoulder. Vicky turns around.
    Vicky: Kirkland what’s up?
Kirkland: Mom you gotta move out the way for a second. Charlie’s about to throw the bouquet.
Vicky: Of course honey. I’m sorry I was just talking to…
Vicky turns back around and no longer sees Michele. Vicky blows it off and goes back to her seat as Charlie takes her place. Some women, including Stacey, Lindsay, Paulina, Donna, and Amanda take their places as Charlie goes to where Vicky was so she can throw the bouquet.
    Charlie: Are you guys ready?
The women scream “yeah” seemingly all at once. Meanwhile, Cory and Bridget are together.
Cory: Aren’t you gonna try to catch the bouquet?
Bridget: No. I’m right where I wanna be.
Charlie turns her back to the crowd and counts to three. She tosses the bouquet backward, and Paulina catches it. Paulina looks surprised as the women clap for her. Vicky walks up to Paulina as Jack rejoins Paulina.
Vicky: Looks like someone’s gonna get maaaarried.
Paulina: Oh Vicky don’t be silly.
Vicky: I think Joe would want you to move on.
    Jack: I agree.
Paulina: These are so beautiful. I need to put these in water.
Jack: That means I’ll have to take you home. Let me go call my daughter.
    Meanwhile, Donna finds Vicky...
Vicky: Why didn’t you catch the bouquet?
Donna: I certainly don’t need to catch flowers to get married Victoria. Have you heard from Tyrone and Marley?
Vicky: Marley’s not feeling well so Tyrone stayed home with her.
    Donna: Right. Bed rest.
Vicky: She sends her regards though.
Donna: Wow I can’t believe I’m gonna be a grandmother again soon. She’s almost due.
Vicky: Little Roman is gonna have all of his family there for him. His grandpa Michael, grandma Donna, Uncle Allen, Aunt Vicky…
Donna: And what about Uncle Jake?
Vicky: To be honest, I have no idea how it’s gonna turn out with him.
    Back on Cory and Bridget…
    Cory: Is that right?
    Bridget: Yep...that’s right.
Cory: I’m...where I wanna be, too.
They gaze at each other for a moment, then they engage in a French kiss. Michele re-emerges from behind the large plant and sees Cory and Bridget kissing. She is dejected...and angered, as the elevator doors open. Michele goes into the elevator so she can leave.

    PART 2
Grant approaches Paulina, who is holding the bouquet.
    Grant: Hello there.
Paulina: Hi Grant. Where’s your dad?
Grant: He’s not gonna make it. His flight got cancelled.
Paulina: Oh. I certainly didn’t think Spencer would miss his grandson’s wedding.
Grant: He sent his best, so are you enjoying your date with Jack?
Paulina: It’s not a date Grant. Just two friends going to a wedding.
Grant: I saw you and him at the church. There’s more than just a platonic friendship going on.
Paulina: Grant please this is not the time…
Grant: I felt that way about you. I still do.
    Paulina: Grant---
Grant: I love you Paulina. I felt so bad for you and Dante, especially after Joe died.
Paulina: You don’t have to explain yourself.
Grant: There’s not a day that goes by I don’t think about what I almost did to you and Dante.
Paulina: That was a long long time ago. We’re both different, and I’ve forgiven you for starting that fire.
Grant: You’ve always had a place in my heart, even though our lives went in very different directions.
Paulina: I’m very grateful for what you’ve done for us, but I...I don’t feel that way about you...Grant.
Grant: Paulina...please. Give me a chance to show you how happy you could be.
    Jack walks up to them.
    Jack: You heard the lady.
Grant: I was having a conversation with Paulina.
Jack: She doesn’t need you in her life, neither does Dante.
Grant: And that’s because you’re the alternative?
Jack: I’m not gonna let you hurt her again.
Grant: Just like you’re doing to your wife?
Jack goes face to face with Grant.
Jack: You shut up about Carly.
Jake gets between them to possibly prevent a fight.
Jake: Look guys I’m not gonna let you do this here; not at Kirkland’s wedding.
Meanwhile, Bridget and Cory walk up to Kirkland and Charlie.
    Kirkland: Hey squirt.
    Bridget: Congratulations. Both of you.
Charlie: Thank you. We’re family now.
Bridget: That’s right. Hey, Cory and I are leaving.
Charlie: Oh no. Are you sure you can’t stay?
Cory: I wanna be home in case my mom arrives.
Charlie: Is Carl, I mean my grandfather, coming home?
Cory: I don’t know. My mom hasn’t told me anything.
Kirkland: So you’re gonna take my sister home?
    Cory: Yep.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE MCKINNONS...Michele walks into the living room, and goes over to a mantle that has all the family pictures on it. She looks at Jake and Vicky’s picture, then at Kirkland’s picture. She then looks at Steven’s picture and smiles. She looks next at a picture of her holding a book up with her old face, then she sees Bridget’s picture, and frowns. She then has some flashbacks…
(EPISODE 13 at the McKinnons house)
Vicky: She’s going to Harvard in the fall.
Michele: Mom I didn’t decide yet.
Vicky: Oh I’m sorry. She’s trying to decide between Harvard or Columbia.
    Donna: My scholarly granddaughter.

    ------

    (EPISODE 179 at the McKinnons)
Michele: What’s going on? You guys keep looking at each other.
    Rachel: You can’t…
    Michele: Read? I can’t read? That’s impossible.
Carl: It could be a result of your brain injury. You may have to re-learn.
Michele: Learn how to read? I don’t have time for that! I was accepted to Harvard, now you’re telling me I might be illiterate?

    ----

(EPISODE 12 at BAY CITY CENTER)
Cory and Michele are at a table. Cory's hand is on top of Michele's.
    Cory: You excited?
Michele: Yeah it's been like magic. I can't believe this is actually happening.
Cory: Yeah. Me neither. You're going to Harvard. I'm going to Boston University.
Michele: And we're going to the prom tomorrow.
Cory: I've loved you since eighth grade.
    Michele: Have you?
Cory: Of course I have. You don't believe me?
Michele: If you give me a kiss, I might.

    ----------

    (EPISODE 14 - At the prom…)
Michele sees the water bottle on the table, and grabs it before Bridget can take it from her. She opens it and smells the vodka.
    Michele: No. You got drunk.
Cory: It's just punch. Bridget gave it to me.
    Michele: Bridget didn't do this...
Michele flashes back to when Vicky told her that Bridget opened her first Harvard acceptance letter.
Michele: Did you open the letter?
Bridget: What are you talking about?
Michele: My first acceptance letter from Harvard. Did you open it?
Bridget: Yes! I did! You're happy now? You and mom must work for the same firm.
    Michele: Why?
Bridget: Because they love you more than me! You're smart. You've got a boyfriend. What do I have?
Michele: My God you're jealous! That's why you were kissing my boyfriend!
Bridget: Now do I have your attention?
    (EPISODE 181 at Tops)
Michele re-emerges from behind the large plant and sees Cory and Bridget kissing. She is dejected...and angered, as the elevator doors open.
Then she flashes back to the present…
She picks Bridget’s picture up, and looks at it some more. Michele’s anger grows as she keeps replaying in her mind what Bridget said (Now do I have your attention?) She screams throws the picture against the staircase, which breaks the glass on the picture as it falls to the floor. Next, she goes to the closet, gets a bat out, walks over to the door, and opens it. She looks to see if anyone’s there, then strikes the door with the bat as screams loudly, creating a dent in it. She follows that up by hitting the doorknob, causing it to fall off. Michele re-enters the living room, and hits the back of the couch with the bat. The couch falls on its front.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, outside, Bridget is backing up to the door as Cory holds as the two are unknowingly synchronizing their steps closer to the damaged door. They do not notice the door, and they do not notice that Michele, who no longer has the bat, hears Cory and Bridget. She opens the door slightly, and watches them.
    Cory: You’re home.
Bridget: I don’t want this day to end.
    Cory: It...doesn’t have to.
They French kiss, then they unlock lips as Bridget smiles.
Bridget: My parents aren’t gonna be home for a while.
    Cory: Hmmm.
They face the door and notice the dent, and the missing doorknob.
    Bridget: Oh my God.
Cory: Who did this to the door?
Bridget: Someone must have broken in.
    Cory: Wait.
Cory pushes the front door open, and he and Bridget see the couch and chair turned over. They also see knocked over lamps, broken light bulbs, and broken glass.
Bridget: Call the police. Someone definitely broke in here.
As Cory takes out his cell phone and calls the police, Bridget slowly walks toward the staircase and picks up her portrait, which is still in the frame, in broken glass. Cory comes to Bridget.
Cory: Police are on their way.
Bridget shows him her picture with the broken glass portrait.
Bridget: Look at this. My picture.
Bridget then directs Cory to the mantle.
Cory: Everybody’s picture is still up there.
Bridget: Someone took my picture and threw it at the staircase. Why only my picture? Who would’ve done this? Who broke in here?
Michele emerges from the top of the staircase.
    Michele: I did.
Cory and Bridget, unknowingly, see Michele.

    CORY PRODUCTIONS
Amanda is in her office, sitting at her desk on the phone.
Amanda: You’re coming back to Bay City? When? Oh wow that soon. Of course. Mom will be thrilled. Me, too little brother. I sure could use the help at CP.
Iris walks in as Amanda looks up at her, and finishes up her conversation.
Amanda: I have to go. A vulture just flew in.
Iris: How apropo that you use that metaphor.
Amanda: Coming to get the rest of your things?
Amanda focuses on her monitor as she starts to type something.
Iris: I gave you a chance to work with me when I took over Cory Productions, and you called the police.
Amanda: I did what was right.
    Iris: You betrayed me.
Amanda: Shouldn’t you be answering to accessory charges?
Iris: That’s part of why I came to see you; to tell you the wonderful news.
Amanda: You’re going to jail? That would be great.
Iris: No. I’m not. Nice try, but did you really think you were gonna get rid of me that easily?
Amanda: I guess we were as effective as roach spray.
Iris: You making all these animal and pest references toward me are not becoming.
Amanda: They fit though, just like the orange jumpsuit you’re gonna be wearing.
Iris: Oh little sister, that won’t be happening.
Amanda: Did you use your Spaulding money to pay someone off?
Iris: Money was not necessary. Apparently the evidence you turned over to the police wasn’t enough. They dropped the charges.
Amanda looks up from her monitor as Iris has gotten her attention.
    Amanda: You’re lying.
Iris: It looks like you, Matthew, Paulina, and Michael are stuck with me.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE WEDDING...Michael and Donna are sitting together in the pew looking up front at Kirkland and Charlie at the altar.
    Michael: Look at our grandson.
Donna: He’s just as handsome as you were...at our second wedding.
Michael: And the first, third and fourth.
Meanwhile, Kirkland and Charlie are hand in hand, facing each other, with Frankie, Felicia, Lindsay, and Stacey on Charlie’s side, and Steven and Grant on Kirkland’s side as Minister Jones starts to marry them...as Eric Stenbeck creeps into the foyer, staring directly down the aisle at the couple.
Minister Jones: I’m not gonna go through all the formalities, and all that other stuff. We all know why we came here today in the presence of God. We want to see Kirkland Harrison and Charlotte Frame-Winthrop get married. I have to ask the question though. If there’s any reason that these two shouldn’t be joined together, speak now, or forever hold your peace.
Eric then flashes back to the flash drive he has of Kirkland sleeping with the bartender at Genoa City Athletic Club. Nobody responds, so the minister continues. Meanwhile, Cory and Bridget, who are sitting together on the same side of Kirkland’s family, steal a short little conversation started by Bridget putting on her lip gloss.
Cory: Come on what are you doing? Put that thing away.
Bridget: A girl’s gotta look good.
    Cory: You look fine.
Bridget: This is my favorite. I almost left it in my room.
Cory: Oh no, that would’ve been horrible.
Bridget: You think you’re funny right? I got the weirdest feeling when I was coming downstairs from my room.
Cory: Oh I know. You got your lip gloss out of your room but forgot your lips.
Bridget: No, I’m being serious. It’s probably the same feeling you get about Elizabeth.
    Cory: That twin feeling?
Bridget: Yeah. It was like Michele was close by.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE MCKINNONS...Michele has just learned that she can’t read. Rachel and Carl try to ease her pain as Rachel sits next to Michele. Carl is sitting in the adjacent chair.
Rachel: I agree with Carl, but I bet it’s just temporary.
Carl: You’ve had a traumatic injury. You were struck by a vehicle.
Michele: People get hit by cars all the time. They can still read! Can I...have a moment alone?
    Rachel: Sure...sure you can.
Carl: We’ll be right outside if you need us.
Michele: Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Hutchins...so much.
Rachel and Carl walk out the door, but Rachel leaves her cell phone on the coffee table, and Michele notices it.
Carl: Something’s a little off Rachel. Something isn’t right.
Rachel: I agree. I’m concerned about her.
    Carl: I am, too.
Rachel: Perhaps we should stay with her until Jake and Vicky come home.
Michele opens the door and hears what Carl and Rachel are saying.
Carl: That might take a while.
Rachel: Kirkland and Charlie’s wedding is today isn’t it?
    Carl: Yes.
Rachel: They’re gonna have reception at Tops. Yeah Jake and Vicky might not be home for hours.
    Michele slowly shuts the door.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE CHURCH...Kirkland and Charlie have already exchanged rings, and now Minister Jones asks Kirkland and Charlie the question they’ve been waiting to hear.
Minister Jones: Do you, Kirkland Harrison, take Charlotte Frame-Winthrop to be your lawfully wedded wife? To have and to hold from this day forward, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, forsaking all others, till death do you part?
    Kirkland: I do.
Minister Jones: Do you, Charlotte Frame-Winthrop, take Kirkland Harrison to be your lawfully wedded husband? To have and to hold from this day forward, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, forsaking all others, till death do you part?
    Charlie: I do.
Minister Jones: By the power vested in me, and the State of Illinois, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You can kiss her.
Kirkland caresses Charlie’s cheeks and kisses her. Meanwhile, Eric is outside in the foyer watching and utters “liar” to himself.

    AT CORY PRODUCTIONS…
Amanda: I had more than enough proof to put you away.
Iris: I stopped there on the way to seeing my granddaughter Sarah. They couldn’t prove that I knew what Tucker was doing.
Amanda: What about the money transfers?
Iris: I had no way of knowing that Tucker was going to buy poisoned paint. All I knew was that he was doing a reality show. I had nothing to do with what happened.
Amanda: Well don’t think about trying to take over Cory Productions again, because I won’t let you.
Iris: That’s another reason why I came.
    Amanda: It’s not for sale.
Iris: I have no interest in taking over daddy’s company.
Amanda: I have to go meet Allen.
    Amanda walks to the door.
Iris: Don’t you wanna know what I found out while I was out of town?
Amanda: Let me guess. You fed on carcasses.
Iris: Hmm on the vulture thing again huh? Unfortunately I didn’t scavenge for the info I found.
Amanda: For God’s sake just spit it out!
Iris: Okay here it goes. Martin Hudson is the Cory heir.
Amanda: He’s dead. He and Michael were twins.
Iris: Daddy only fathered one of them, and it was Martin, not Michael. Michael is as much a Cory as a...vulture.
Amanda: So what does all this supposed to mean? If Martin was the Cory heir and he died, it passed onto Michael because he wasn’t married, and he didn’t have any children.
Iris: And you’re sure about that?
Amanda: So...the Cory heir is still out there, and you know who it is, don’t you?
Iris: No sis, I don’t, but what I do know, is that I will not forget how you betrayed me. You’ll wish you didn’t.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    OUTSIDE THE MCKINNONS HOUSE…
Rachel: I’m not even sure what we’re gonna tell Cory when we get home.
Carl: We’re gonna have to make him understand why. We would have put him in danger if we told where you had taken me.
Rachel: Now that it’s public knowledge that Reginald’s alive, he’s out of danger. He might be a little more accepting of why I couldn’t tell him where you were.
Carl: We have to call him.
Rachel: Of course. Wait a minute where’s my phone?
    Carl: Let’s check inside.
Carl and Rachel go inside and Rachel retrieves her cell phone, but they don’t see Michele. Rachel calls out for her, and no response.
Rachel: My God where is she?
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT TOPS...The elevator doors open and Amanda, dressed in a short, off white dress and matching open toed heels, walks in. She sees all the wedding guests have all arrived and settled in at their round tables. The four level wedding cake is on a table next to the terrace. She spots Allen and walks over to him. Allen is at a table with Michael and Donna.
Allen: Hey babe. So glad you didn’t get stuck at the office.
    Amanda: Me, too. Donna, Michael.
Donna: Hi there Amanda. You missed a wonderful ceremony.
Amanda: I wish I could have made. Michael, may I talk to you for a moment?
    Michael: Sure.
Michael gets up and he and Amanda go to a semi- private spot.
    Michael: What’s up?
Amanda: Iris came by the office. She knows the truth.
    Michael: About Martin?
Amanda: Yes, and she hinted that Martin may have a child or a wife.
Michael: If they’re out there, then they would inherit everything that Mac left for my brother.
    Amanda: Including Cory Productions.
    -------
Meanwhile, Cory and Bridget are sitting together.
Cory: Your brother and my niece look so happy.
Bridget: They sure do. I hope I can be as happy as they are. I’m going to the ladies’ room. I’ll be right back.
Then Cass goes to the center of the room and asks for everyone’s attention.
Cass: It’s time for the bride and groom’s first dance.
Kirkland takes Charlie’s hand and escorts to the center of the floor as “If I Didn’t Have You” by Amanda Marshall starts to be played. As the song plays, the newlyweds look in each other’s eye the whole time.
    For the other couples...
Cass and Frankie are dancing together...
Frankie: I don’t want to wake up. These last few days seem like a dream.
    Cass: It’s real baby.
Frankie looks over at John and Sharlene...
Frankie: I want everybody to be this happy.
John looks at Sharlene, he extends his hand so they can dance together, but she grabs her purse, gets up, and walks away from the table. She walks by Felicia and Mitch, who are dancing together. Mitch watches Sharlene, Felicia looks at a dejected John, and then they look back at each other.
Gregory and Lindsay, while dancing, also saw what happened between John and Sharlene.
Lindsay: Wow. I hope your parents work things out.
Gregory: Trust me it’s...probably for the best.
Lindsay: Maybe you should go after her.
Gregory: No I...think she should be alone.
Jake and Vicky sit at their table.
    Vicky: So...you don’t wanna dance?
Jake: Vicky I’m not doing this here.
Vicky: Doing what? I just asked you to dance.
Jake: I still don’t trust you. I don’t know if I ever will.
Vicky: You want to throw away everything we’ve meant to each other?
Jake: You did that when you decided to keep the truth from me about Lindsay.
Vicky: You’re never gonna forgive me for that are you?
Vicky gets up and leaves the table.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sharlene approaches the bar near the elevator.

Sharlene: Double scotch please; on the rocks.

The elevator doors open and Michele, dressed in blue jeans, white sneakers, and a blue t-shirt, walks out. She notices Cory alone and smiles. Bridget unknowingly walks right by Michele, and Michele hides behind a large plant. Bridget suddenly stops.

Bridget: Oh my God. That feeling again.

Bridget continues to walk through the dancing couples, Michele re-emerges and decides to follow Bridget, but stops when Bridget joins Cory on the dance floor.

Bridget: I got that feeling again.

Cory: The one you were talking about at the church?

Bridget: Yep. It’s like I feel Michele. Almost as if she’s here.

A dejected Michele backs away, turns around, and goes to the elevator. Vicky comes up behind her.

Vicky: Hi. Can I help you? Are you looking for someone?

Michele is seemingly frozen, as she hears her mother’s voice for the first time in a very long time.

    MCKINNON’S HOUSE
Michele walks in slowly through the front door, looking around. Rachel and Carl are right behind her.
Rachel: How does it feel being back home?
Michele: It hasn’t changed that much since…
Carl: I’m sure your family will be thrilled once they learn of your return.
Michele: It feels so weird being back.
    Rachel: How so?
Michele: I dunno. I don’t know how anyone’s doing. My parents; my sister; Cory. I wanna see Cory. Can you guys take me to see him?
Rachel and Carl look at each other, wondering if Michele seeing Cory would be a good idea.
    --------------------------------------------
    CHURCH
Stacey and Lindsay are in the foyer as the guests file in.
Stacey: I’m gonna go help Felicia get ready.
After Stacey leaves, Gregory shows up.
Gregory: Wow. Look at my girl.
    Lindsay: Hey there handsome.
    They kiss.
Gregory: When is this thing getting started?
    Lindsay: Soon.
Gregory: I’m gonna...take my seat, and watch for you.
Jake, Vicky, and Bridget show up, and creates an awkward moment for the four of them.
    Gregory: The McKinnons. How’s everybody?
Bridget and Vicky each shoot a dirty look at Lindsay.
    Bridget: I’m going inside.
    Vicky: Good idea.
Vicky leads the way but Bridget turns around..
    Bridget: Dad aren’t you coming?
Jake: I wanna speak to Lindsay for a second.
    Bridget: Why?
Jake: Bridget, go in with your mother.
Bridget: I have no clue why you would wanna speak with this liar.
Bridget goes inside the church area, leaving Jake and Lindsay alone.
Lindsay: I thought I’d be the last person you’d wanna talk to.
Jake: I’m gonna make this quick. Look Lindsay I...I don’t blame you for what Vicky and Stacey did. They conspired to keep the truth from me. Nothing’s gonna change the fact that you’re my daughter.
Lindsay: I hate how all that went down.
Jake: Well..we can’t change the past, but if you’re willing, we can try and forge some type of relationship.
Lindsay: That might not go over well with Bridget.
Jake: I think in time she’ll learn to accept you. When I think about it it’s…almost like a miracle. I lost one daughter, but I gained another.
    -------------
    CHURCH
Bridget spots Cory sitting in a pew left of the aisle, and sits next to him.
    Bridget: Hey you.
    Cory: Hey. You look great.
    Bridget: Thank you. You, too.
The two smile at each other. Meanwhile, John and Sharlene are sitting in the same set of pews behind Bridget and Cory.
Sharlene: You’re gonna sit here? Kirkland’s family is sitting on the other side.
John: I wanna sit here with you...my wife.
John puts his right hand on Sharlene’s left thigh, and she scoots further to the right, creating a little space between them, causing John’s hand to be placed on the pew.
    Sharlene: Suit yourself.
Gregory comes up to them, and sits between John and Sharlene.
    ------
AT THE ALTAR, Vicky is there with Grant and her two sons, Kirkland and Steven.
    Vicky: Aren’t you excited?
Grant: Of course he is. Why wouldn’t he be?
Steven: No fights. Not here, not today guys.
Kirkland: Thank you big bro. The voice of reason.
Vicky: We wouldn’t dream of doing something like that right now. At least I wouldn’t. What about you Grant?
Grant: I certainly wouldn’t entertain the thought of ruining my son’s day.
    Steven: Where’s Jake?
Grant gets a call on his cell phone.
    Kirkland: Dad really?
Grant: Sorry son I gotta take this.
Grant goes off into a private corner and answers his call.
Grant: Christy this isn’t a good time. The delivery’s been made? Good.
    ----------------------------
    FOYER
Lindsay: Wow. I certainly didn’t expect this from you.
Jake: As you’ll learn I can be full of surprises.
    Lindsay: Pleasant ones I hope.
They hug, while Stacey and Felicia watch them.

Paulina, wearing a light fuchia spaghetti strapped dress, with white, open toed heels, opens the door, and it’s Jack, in a blue suit.
    Paulina: Wow. Hi there.
Jack: Wow is the operative word here. You look great.
    Paulina: Thank you.
    Jack: Are you ready?
The two go arm in arm to the car.
    ---------------------
    Carl: Maybe we should wait.
Rachel: Carl’s right. You have to give yourself some time to get back to your life. You’ve missed significant time with your family.
Michele: I’ll have plenty of time to do that. I really would like to see Cory.
Michele sees a tablet on the table and turns it on, but looks at it strangely.
Rachel: What are you looking at?
Michele: These words. I really can’t make them out. What does this say?
Carl and Rachel look at each other again.
Rachel: Nobody’s saying that at all darling.
Carl: Once we reunite you with your parents, they should take you to a neurologist.
    -------------------------
    BACK AT THE CHURCH
    Jake: Felicia you look great.
Felicia: Thank you very much. I thought I wasn’t going to make it on time.
    Stacey: Jake?
Jake looks at Stacey, and walks into the church. Stacey, a bit defeated, re-gathers herself, as Frankie, Cass, and Charlie join them.
    Frankie: Hey. Well..this is it.
    -------------------------
Meanwhile, Donna, Michael, Allen walk up to the altar to greet Kirkland and Steven.
Donna: Steven, honey when did you even get here? It’s so good to see you honey.
    Steven: I’ll explain later.
    Michael: Hey kid.
    Kirkland: Hey grandpa Michael.
    Michael: Where’s Spencer?
Grant (interjecting): Dad’s on his way. His flight got delayed.
    Allen: Congratulations cuz.
    Kirkland: Thanks.
Donna: Well it feels like they’re gonna start soon. We should know when a wedding’s about to start.
Michael: Yeah we’ve been married four times.
    Donna: Where’s Amanda?
Allen: She’s gonna meet us at the reception at Tops.
Michael: There he is. Minister Jones.
Minister Jones: Sorry I’m a bit late, but let’s get this thing going.
Donna, Michael, and Allen sit as the music begins to play. Grant thinks back to his conversation a few minutes ago about the “delivery” which puts a smile on his face, then he notices Jack and Paulina walk in together, and his smile turns quickly to a frown.
The double doors that connect the foyer and the front are opened, and Stacey is the first to walk down the aisle. Lindsay, Felicia, and Frankie do the same and take their places.
IN THE FOYER, Cass looks at Charlie smiling as the organist begins to play “Here Comes the Bride”. Cass sighs.
Cass: Time for me to give away my little girl. Are you ready?
    Charlie: Yes dad. Sure am.
The guests stand up and marvel at how Charlie looks in her wedding dress, as Cass escorts her down the aisle. Cass sits down in left pew up front, and leaves Charlie standing opposite Kirkland, as the two prepare to finally be married.

Frankie, Charlie, Stacey and Lindsay are marveling at how Charlie looks.
Lindsay: You look absolutely wonderful cuz.
Stacey: Look at my niece. You make a beautiful bride. Come on Lindsay. It’s almost time for us to take our places.
Someone knocks on the door, and Lindsay opens it.
    Lindsay: Uncle Cass.
    Cass: Hey there.
    Frankie: Hey honey.
Cass turns his attention to Charlie.
Cass: Oh my goodness. Do I really have to give you away?
Charlie: I only got one dad, so yes you do.
Stacey: Lindsay and I are gonna go.
Cass takes a deep breath after Stacey and Lindsay leave.
Cass: It’s almost time kid. We’re just waiting for Kirkland.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    KIRKLAND’S SUITE
Kirkland has his pants on, but is barechested when he flashes back to the text he got from Scott Granger, Jr. stating that Scott was coming to Bay City. He’s on the phone.
Kirkland: Dad I’m running a little behind, but I’m definitely coming. Okay.
Then he goes to answer a knock at the door. Steven walks in.
Steven: Bro we gotta get to the church, and you’re not even dressed yet.
Kirkland: Dude relax. I just gotta put my shirt and tie on.
    Steven: As I’ve noticed.
Kirkland: Do you have the rings?
    Steven: Yes.
Kirkland: I just got off the phone with my dad. You’re acting just like him.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    GRANT’S HOUSE
Grant walks into the living room in a full tuxedo and Christy is there.
Christy: My my don’t you look handsome.
Grant: I’m standing up for my son at his wedding. I have to look my best.
Christy: Gosh can’t you take a compliment?
Grant: Listen to me. We’re not friends. This is a business arrangement. You help me, and I help you. That’s how it goes.
Grant leaves and Christy reaches into her bag, grabs her phone, and pulls up the calendar. She looks at one particular date highlighted.
    Christy: That’s the day.
Then she looks up and sees Eric.
    Eric: What day is that?
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kirkland walks out of the bathroom dressed and ready.
    Steven: How you feelin?
Kirkland: I’m ready to marry the woman I love. Let’s go.
Steven opens the door, and there is Scott Granger, who has arrived from Genoa City.

    PART 2
Steven looks back and forth at Scott and Kirkland.
    Steven: Hey Scott.
    Scott: Steven how are you?
Steven: I think...you two need to talk. I’ll be downstairs in the car.
Steven leaves and Scott shuts the door.
Scott: Wow that’s your brother? He’s hot.
    Kirkland: He’s straight.
Scott: That’s what they all say, but anyway.
Kirkland: So you came all the way to Bay City to stop me from marrying Charlie? Cuz you’re not gonna do it.
Scott: Kirkland seriously? Why are you getting married to Charlie when you don’t even love her?
Kirkland: I love Charlie with all my heart, something you don’t seem to have a clue about.
Scott seems stung by Kirkland’s last statement.
Scott: I don’t have a clue about love? That’s what we had. You’re the only person I’ve ever loved. You and I were in love. How do you think it makes me feel to watch you marry someone else? I think you’re lying to yourself.
Kirkland: Lying? That’s all you’ve ever done Scott since you got back to Genoa City. You lied to Rafe. You’re lying to your mother. You’re lying to...what’s her name? Vandalism?
Scott: Vandalynn. Her name is Vandalynn.
Kirkland: Isn’t that the girl you slept with that…?
Scott: You can say it. It broke us up. I messed it up, and all this time I’ve been trying to figure out ways to make it up to you. I’ve been looking for you. Rafe is not you. I miss you Kirkland don’t you understand? I miss what we had back in school.
Kirkland: It was great, and I don’t regret it.
    Scott goes closer to Kirkland.
Scott: And we can have it again. You don’t love Charlie the way you love me. I know it. I see it.
Kirkland: You know when I...came back home. I was so angry. I was angry about the way we broke up. I was angry at my dad for what he did to my mom in the past. During all that time I was searching for ways to stick it to him, so I ran against him for mayor.
Scott: Is that when you slept with that bartender at the GCAC?
Kirkland: That was all part of me getting information on my dad. I already knew Charlie back from when were kids but, we got closer, because she was angry at her mom and...she managed to forgive her, and she taught me the power of forgiveness. I felt so stuck in my anger, and Charlie helped me out of all of that. Her love changed me. Her love makes me a better man. That’s why I’m marrying her.
    Scott slowly backs away.
Scott: But you haven’t told her...about us...have you?
Kirkland: No. I haven’t told her about my past, and she hasn’t told me much about hers. Like why she dropped out of school. All I know is that I love her, and she loves me.
Scott: We felt that way about each other once. We were in school, and we had a relationship. All we knew was that we loved each other.
Kirkland: I did love you, but I’ve moved on. I wish everybody could feel the way I feel right now about the woman I’m going to marry. One day, Scott, you are going to meet someone who blows you away so much that you just want to be a better person. You’re gonna realize that you’re stuck.
    Scott: I’m not stuck.
Kirkland’s eyes well up with tears, and puts his hands on Scott’s shoulders.
Kirkland: You...are...stuck. Stuck in the past; stuck in what we had; stuck in what we used to be. I’m not anymore because of Charlie. I want you to be happy Scotty. I want you to feel what I feel now.
    Scott starts to cry.
Scott: Stop this! I’m never gonna find anyone like you.
Kirkland: Yes you are. You’re gonna find someone better than me. Someone who makes you a better man.
    Scott: She...really makes you happy.
Kirkland: Yes man. Yes. I don’t know where I’d be without her. I want you to find that happiness, too. Come here man.
Kirkland embraces Scott in a long hug.
    Scott: Congratulations.
Kirkland: You will find it. I promise you.
Scott slowly backs away and then leaves.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Christy: What are you doing here? I told you to wait for me.
Eric: Is it so bad for me to want to spend some extra time with my mom.
Christy gets up and hugs him.
Christy: I’m sorry son. I miss you, too, but we’ve gotta stay focused.
Eric: So you went and had it done.
    Christy: Yes I did.
Eric: And it has something to do with that day you were talking about.
Christy: That’s when it’s gonna have its biggest effect.
Eric: Anything I can do to help?
Christy: You being here is the biggest help of all.
    Eric: Where’s Grant?
Christy: He went to his son’s and Charlie’s wedding.
Eric flashes back to (EPISODE 155) when he served Charlie a latte.
Eric: Caramel latte for the pretty lady?
Charlie: Thank you. How much is it?
    Eric: It’s on the house.
Eric then notices Charlie’s engagement ring.
Eric then flashes back to the present.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
    CHURCH
Grant is at the altar with Kirkland and Steven as the guests start filing in.
Grant: What took you so long?
    Steven: Traffic was backed up.
Grant: This doesn’t have anything to do with Scott Granger does it? If he tries to pull anything he’s gonna be sorry.
Kirkland: I don’t think he is dad. I think it sunk in for him that I love Charlie and I’m gonna be with her for the rest of my life.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Cass and Charlie are in a room together. Cass is dressed in a tuxedo, and Charlie in her wedding dress.
Cass: Look at this. After everything that you, your mother, and I have been through as a family, you’re getting married.
Charlie: I was too young, but I sensed trepidation with you and mom because of my heart condition.
Cass: We really didn’t know how long we’d have you. You’ve grown up, you went to school, and you’re going back to school.
    Charlie: Yes dad of course.
Cass: Lila texted me and said that she and Jasmine are gonna send your wedding gift soon. She said she was sorry she couldn’t make it.
Charlie: I know she wasn’t feeling well and Jasmine wanted to be with her. I wish they were here.
Cass: Lila was a mother figure for you.
Charlie: Yep, but we got mom back now.
Cass: And it’s time for you to get married.
    Charlie: Daddy.
    Cass: Yes.
Charlie: Thank you for showing me how a man should treat a woman. Thanks for being the greatest dad ever.
Cass smiles and hugs his daughter.
Cass: You’re welcome honey. Kirkland’s waiting for his beautiful bride.

    PART 1
    CAR
Rachel, Carl and Michele are riding in the back. Michele is looking out the window, and Rachel looks at her with concern.
    Rachel: You’ve been very quiet.
Carl: Understandably. She hasn’t seen her family in a very long time.
    Michele: I’m nervous.
Rachel: Carl and I will be right there with you. Nothing could prepare them for what’s gonna happen today.
    -----------------
    THE MCKINNONS HOUSE
Bridget is in the living room on her cell phone wearing a summery, light cranberry based, flowery spaghetti strap dress with matching shoes.
Bridget: I forgot Charlie was your niece. I’ll see you at the wedding. Maybe we can sit together. Okay bye.
Vicky walks into the living room from the kitchen wearing a sky blue fitted spaghetti strap dress with black, open-toed, high heeled shoes.
Vicky: Who were you on the phone with?
    Bridget: Cory. Why?
Jake comes downstairs in his black tuxedo.
Jake: Bridget don’t start. You both look beautiful.
    Vicky: Thank you.
    Bridget: Thank you dad.
    There’s an awkward silence…
Vicky: So do you want to ride with me to the wedding?
Bridget: No. Steven’s coming to pick us up.
    -----------
    MENTAL INSTITUTION ROOM
Steven, dressed in a black tuxedo, is with Sharlene.
    Steven: How are you?
    Sharlene: I’ve never been better.
    Steven: That’s great to hear.
Sharlene: John was here. We talked, and I know what I have to do.
Steven: Well…I’ve got some great news.
    -----------
    HUDSONS HOUSE
Gregory is in the living room at the mirror. He is tying his tie that matches his navy blue suit, as John, dressed in a gray suit, matching light gray striped tie, and black shoes. walks downstairs with a clothing bag. Gregory notices the bag through the mirror, but continues to look in the mirror.
    Gregory: What’s in the bag?
    John: It’s a dress.
Gregory (chuckling): Is it for Felicia, or are you planning on dressing in drag?
John sighs to resist Gregory’s attempt to start to argument.
John: No. It’s actually for your mother.
    ---------
Sharlene: Wait a minute. Kirkland and Charlie are getting married today. That’s why you look so handsome.
Steven: Is that what you think my news is?
Sharlene: Well yeah. Give them my best.
    Steven: You’re going, too.
    Sharlene: What?
Steven: We conferred and you are all integrated...for good this time, and you’ve just gotta sign your papers, and you will be officially released, and the charges will be dropped.
Sharlene: Oh my God. I...I thought I was gonna miss the wedding. Oh goodness. What am I gonna wear?
Steven: John is on his way with your dress. Come on did you think I was gonna let you miss this?
Sharlene hugs her nephew with gratitude.
    ---------
    AT THE CHURCH…
Frankie, Charlie , Stacey, and Lindsay are with Charlie in one of the rooms. Frankie, Lindsay and Stacey all have their light violet bridesmaid dresses on, and Charlie still has a terrycloth robe on. Frankie and Stacey are doing Charlie’s hair. Frankie is trying to hold Charlie’s hair up, while Stacey looks where to insert a pin.
Frankie: We’re gonna get it just right.
Stacey: Okay here we go. Right there.
Stacey and Frankie look at Charlie to admire their work. Charlie looks in the mirror.
Charlie: Can you put the bun a little to the right.
Frankie: Oh Charlie come on this is about the tenth time we’ve tried.
Stacey: Lindsay, we need Felicia. I know she can get this right.
Lindsay: I got a text from her. She said she and Mitch are on their way.
    --------
    CAR-
Mitch is driving Felicia to the church.
Mitch: You haven’t said a word since we left the house.
    Felicia: Neither have you.
Mitch: Are you still angry about me asking about John? Surely you understand why.
Felicia: I really don’t wanna talk about it. This is Charlie and Kirkland’s day.
Mitch: So when are we gonna talk about it? The tenth of never?
Suddenly they hear a loud pop, and metal scraping. This causes Mitch to pull over.
    Felicia: What was that?
Mitch: Judging from that sound, I think we got a flat tire.
    Felicia sighs with frustration.

    PART 2
    Steven: Are you excited?
Sharlene: It’s bittersweet. I think my real recovery is still ongoing, but I couldn’t have gotten through the first part without you.
Steven: I can’t take credit for that. You got yourself to this point.
Sharlene: I finally figured out why Janice emerged.
    Steven: And she won’t again.
    Sharlene: Damned right.
John knocks on the door and walks in with the clothing bag that has Sharlene’s dress in it.
    Steven: Hey uncle John.
    John: Steven. Sharlene.
    Sharlene: Hi John.
Steven: Well I gotta go pick up Kirkland and Bridget.
John: Do you think you’re gonna have enough time?
Steven: Probably not. I’ll text Bridget. Hopefully mom and Jake are still there. She can ride with them.
    --------
Vicky: Look Bridget I get that you’re mad as hell at me right now, but Steven’s gonna go pick up Kirkland, too. He might not have enough time to come get you, too.
Jake: She can go in my car. You both can.
Vicky smiles as Bridget gets Steven’s text. It says “Can she go with mom or Jake? I have to get Kirk, too. Not gonna have enough time.” Bridget sucks her teeth.
    Bridget: Yeah dad.
    Jake: The car’s out back.
Bridget walks out and Vicky smiles pensively.
    Vicky: Thank you.
Jake: I will put our differences aside for our children today. That’s all.
    Vicky: It’s a start isn’t it?
Jake: A family ride or a wedding is not gonna change what’s wrong between us. I can’t just flip on a switch and decide to trust you again.
Vicky: I’m not gonna explain my reasons for that anymore, and you’re not gonna keep us in limbo. It doesn’t seem like you want to try and work things out.
Jake: Did you even listen to what I said. I will put our differences aside for the childrens’ sake.
Vicky: Yes I heard that loud and clear, and after the wedding, you can start looking for a place to live. I want you out of this house.
    --------
Mitch presses “end call” on his cell phone.
    Felicia: Sooo?
Mitch: I’m gonna go out and change it myself.
Felicia: You can’t do that. You’re gonna get your suit dirty.
Mitch: Roadside Assistance said it would be at least an hour. You’ve gotta get there for Charlie.
Felicia: Oh no. I can’t wait that long.
Someone knocks on the driver’s side window. Mitch looks out and sees John.
    --------
    FIVE MINUTES LATER…
John drives Sharlene and Felicia. Felicia is in the back seat.
Felicia: That’s wonderful that you’ve been released today. Just in time for Charlie’s wedding.
Sharlene: Why do you care? Are you concerned that you’re not gonna be able to see my husband anymore?
Felicia: For the last time I’m not having an affair with John!
Sharlene: I hear you two have been spending a lot of time together.
Felicia: And you were doing the same with my husband!
John: Quiet. This day is for Kirkland and Charlie.
    Felicia: Charlie is my God-daughter.
Sharlene: And Charlie is my niece! My flesh and blood!
John: It doesn’t matter. We all love them and you two need to stop this arguing now!
    --------
JAKE’S CAR IN THE BACK OF THE MCKINNONS HOUSE
Jake and Vicky are in the front seat.
Jake: What’s taking Bridget so long?
Vicky: A girl needs her lip gloss. Hope she can find it in that room of hers.
    ------
Bridget is in her bedroom getting her lip gloss off of her dresser, and then as she walks downstairs, she is seemingly stopped right in her tracks by a feeling.
    Bridget: What was that?
    ------
Rachel, Carl and Michele are the front door of the McKinnons house. Michele goes to a row of five flower pots, and gets a key out of it the middle pot.
Michele: I remember where the spare key is.
She takes a deep breath, and looks back at Carl and Rachel.
    Michele: Here it goes.
Michele inserts the key into the keyhole and turns it…
    -----
Stacey, Lindsay, and Frankie are all standing next to each other.
Stacey: Well there she is. We finally got her hair right.
Lindsay: She looks like she’s ready.
Frankie: You look awesome. Mama would have been proud.
Frankie smiles proudly as she puts the white matching head piece on Charlie, who is wearing Emma’s white tailored wedding dress.

    PART 1
    MONTICELLO POLICE STATION
Allen has just discovered KC, his daughter. Toni and Etta Mae are with them. Allen slowly walks up to her, seemingly not knowing how to react to seeing K.C. for the first time.
Allen: My God. It’s really you. My daughter?
    K.C. backs away.
    K.C.: I don’t...know you.
    Etta Mae intervenes…
    Etta Mae: You’re scaring her.
Allen: We were robbed of all those years together. Toni and Etta Mae did that.
Etta Mae: This isn’t the place to talk about this. Why don’t we go home?
Allen: Why? So you and Toni can figure out more ways to keep me from my daughter!
Toni: KC you need to give your statement to Casey.
K.C.: Will you all stop it? I’m not a toy in your sandbox!
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Jack and Casey discuss Reginald.
Jack: This isn’t happening right now. He murdered Evan Frame; kidnapped Bridget McKinnon and K.C. Burrell, and you mean to tell me he’s gonna get away with it?
Casey: Reginald and his accomplice Margaret are citizens of Tanquir, so all we can do is have them deported.
    Cecile interrupts.
Cecile: That’s correct gentlemen. So it’s time for you to release my clients into my custody.
Jack and Casey look at Cecile, knowing that they have no choice but to comply.
Casey: You will get a police escort to the airport.
Cecile: The flight plan has been filed, and I can assure you that Reginald and Margaret will be flown to Tanquir.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WINTHROPS HOUSE - Cass walks into the living room and sees Frankie.
Frankie: Everything is clean. All the trash is by the door, but you’re gonna have to take it out. I’m not taking out the trash.
Cass: I will take out the garbage.
Frankie: You don’t have to do it right now.
Cass: What do you want me to do now?
    Frankie smiles.
Frankie: Do I have to show you everything?
    They kiss passionately.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE MONTICELLO AIRPORT - Reginald, Cecile, and Margaret on Cecile’s jet.
Margaret: I’m going to the ladies’ room.
Cecile: I hear there’s a storm coming. Why is the Monticello Police outside?
Reginald: Detective Casey Stoner is just making sure that I don’t try to give them the slip.
Cecile: It’s just as well. It’ll give me the chance to…
    Cecile stops herself…
Reginald: Do you want to finish your sentence or should I?
Cecile: I was gonna go make sure that the Monticello Police did everything they were supposed to do.
Reginald: Oh come on. We both know you’re going to Bay City to see your former love slave...Cass Winthrop.

    PART 2
AT THE BLAKES, Mitch confronts Felicia about what Gregory said at the institution...
Felicia: What are you talking about?
Mitch: I heard you were running around town helping John find Michael.
Felicia: Who did you hear that from?
    Mitch: That’s not important.
    Felicia: John is a friend.
    Mitch: Just friends?
Felicia: I can’t believe you’re actually asking me that!
Mitch: Are you having an affair with him?
Felicia: No! I am not cheating on you with anyone, and I am hurt that you would even think that I am having an affair with John again. It happened over twenty years ago.
Mitch: You didn’t even tell me about it.
Felicia: Just like you failed to mention the fact that Sharlene was confiding in you about one of her alters.
Mitch: That’s completely different. I’ve never had an affair with her.
Felicia: So you’re throwing my past in my face!
    Felicia sighs with exasperation..
Felicia: My god-daughter is getting married tomorrow. I need to rest.
    Mitch: Good idea.
Mitch tries to follow Felicia into the bedroom but she stops and turns around.
Felicia: You can sleep on the couch tonight. The blankets are in the linen closet.
She then slams the bedroom door.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cass is holding Frankie in bed after having made love.
Cass: Wow. This time tomorrow, Charlie will be married.
Frankie: I’m still a little surprised that you gave your blessing.
Cass: I guess I felt better about it after...
    Frankie: You can say it.
Cass: Charlie’s safety and well being are my only concerns.
Frankie: Mine, too. I thought Christy had changed, but the judge didn’t see it that way, but it shouldn’t come between us. I’ve always loved you Cass. I always will.
They kiss, and then Frankie reminds him of something.
Frankie: This would be a good time for…
    Cass: The trash.
Frankie: Yeah you don’t want it smelling up the living room.
    Cass: You’re...you’re…
    Frankie: Right?
    Cass: Yeah yeah you’re right.
Cass gets up and puts his robe on. He grabs the trash by the front door, and opens it, and his eyes widen as he is shocked by what he sees.
Cass: Cecile? What the hell are you doing here at this hour?
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT TONI’S APARTMENT - Toni, K.C. and Etta Mae walk in. K.C is quiet.
Etta Mae: Keneisha aren’t you gonna say something?
K.C.: What do you want me to say? That I understand why you kept me from my father all my life? Sorry I can’t wrap my head around that.
Toni: You may not understand right now, but I do need you to try. The situation was impossible.
K.C.: You had to know that he was looking for me. He was looking for me right?
Etta Mae and Toni look at each other.
Etta Mae: We told him that you were dead.
    K.C.: Oh it gets better.
Etta Mae: He left. It wasn’t like he was going to the military. He had no excuse leaving Toni pregnant!
K.C.: So you told him that I was dead.
Toni: We told him that I lost the baby.
    K.C.: Why did he leave?
Toni: He went looking for his mother.
K.C.: I guess she would be my grandmother right?
Toni: I couldn’t raise you by myself. I was in school.
Etta Mae: That’s when I stepped in. Toni needed to finish school, so I took care of you.
Toni: We didn’t want to confuse you.
Etta Mae: So we let you think that Toni was your sister.
Toni: I was devastated when he left. He didn’t even come back. Allen didn’t, and still doesn’t, deserve to be your father.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PLANE - The rain is beating up against the plane with claps of thunder in between as Reginald is being served a plate of food.
Reginald: This isn’t poisoned is it?
The servant looks at him puzzled by his statement.
    Reginald: Never mind.
    The servant walks away.
Reginald: I wish this storm would pass so we can get the hell out of here.
    Allen walks onto the aircraft.
    Allen: I second that.
Reginald: Well well. If it isn’t my grandson. Did you come to see me off?
Allen: I wanna know why you didn’t tell me about my daughter.
    Donna and Michael join Allen.
Michael: You’re not gonna get a straight answer from him Allen. Why don’t we just pound it out of him?
    Reginald laughs.
Reginald: Look at this. Our mini-family reunion.

    WINTHROP’S HOUSE
The Winthrop women (Charlie, Lindsay, Stacey) are with Felicia and Frankie. Felicia and Frankie are off to the side as Charlie, Lindsay and Stacey are gathered around the couch.
    Frankie: Did you call them?
Felicia: Yeah they should be here any minute.
Frankie: Felicia, listen. You don’t know how happy it makes me that you’re here for Charlie.
Felicia: I wouldn’t miss this for the world.
Frankie: And I’m happy that we’re friends. I know we had a lot of differences in the past.
Felicia: That was a lonnnng time ago.
    Frankie’s eyes well up.
Frankie: I was so self righteous about what happened with Aunt Sharlene. I’m...I’m sorry.
Felicia: Honey...I forgave you a long time ago. Forgive yourself. Tonight and tomorrow will be about Charlie. That’s who we’re here for.
    Frankie: Of course.
The two join the three Winthrop women at the couch. Stacey is sitting on couch, while Charlie and Lindsay are sitting on the floor leaning on the couch.
Stacey: So we’ve got two of them.
    Lindsay: Something old and borrowed.
Frankie: I think Emma’s wedding dress would qualify those.
Felicia: So we need something new and blue.
    Someone rings the doorbell…
    Frankie: I’ll get it.
Frankie opens the door, and it’s a hunky man in a Bay City Policeman’s uniform holding an envelope.
    Man: Is Cass here?
    Frankie: No. Why?
Man: I have to deliver this to him.
    Frankie: I’ll make sure he…
Frankie stops as the man walks in and Felicia approaches him.
Felicia: I didn’t hear her invite you in.
The man opens the envelope and a blue blindfold drops out. Charlie walks over and picks it up.
    Man: Put it on.
Lindsay brings over a chair and Charlie looks back at Lindsay.
Charlie: So this must be something new and blue.
    Lindsay: Have a seat girl.
Lindsay helps to plop Charlie in the chair by her shoulders. Felicia gets the remote and turns on rock music on the MP3 dock. Charlie takes off her blindfold and the hunky man, complete with a six pack stomach, chiseled chest and arms, and only wearing a speedo, starts to gyrate his hips in front of her, and the other ladies root him on. Meanwhile, Frankie tells something to Felicia…
Frankie: I wonder what my Aunt Sharlene would think of this.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE MENTAL INSTITUTION, MItch confronts John in front of Gregory and Sharlene in Sharlene’s room.
    Sharlene: Mitch.
Gregory: No mom I wanna hear what dad has to say about this.
John: I am not having an affair with Felicia. I told you she was helping me find Michael.
    Sharlene interjects.
Sharlene: Yes Mitch. That’s what he was doing. He was trying to find his brother.
Mitch: He’s still alive? Michael’s been dead for years.
Sharlene: No he’s not. He’s alive.
Mitch: John you could’ve had anyone else help you. Why my wife? She’s happily married.
John: Well maybe not. You knew what my wife was going through with the D.I.D. and you said nothing.
Mitch: You didn’t need Felicia’s help in finding your brother.
John: And you should’ve told me about Sharlene.
Sharlene: Look this isn’t getting us anywhere! Gregory, Mitch, I need to talk to my husband...alone!
    Gregory: But mom---
    Sharlene: Go Gregory!
    After Gregory and Mitch leave...
John: What’s going on with us? You confided in Mitch about what you were struggling with instead of coming to me?
Sharlene: Is there anything else you have to tell me John?
John: What does that supposed to mean?
Sharlene: Let’s do it! Let’s get everything out on the table! Because if you walk out that door with any more secrets, our marriage is over.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MCKINNONS HOUSE - Kirkland walks in and all the lights are off. Subsequently, he turns them on and, much to the surprise of Kirkland, sees a tanned, slightly petite, beautiful, blonde haired woman dressed in a two piece bikini. She slowly and seductively walks up to Kirkland and unbuttons his shirt.
    Kirkland: What are you doing?
    Jake and Steven appear…
Jake: What do you think this is?
Steven cues “Nasty Girl” by Vanity 6 on the MP3 dock, and the girl starts dancing seductively as Jake and Steven root the girl on.
Kirkland (to himself): So glad my dad didn’t come.

    PART 2
Felicia walks into her and Mitch’s apartment, turns the lights on, and finds Mitch sitting on the couch, staring at the wall.
    Felicia: Hi honey.
Felicia puts down her keys on the end table, and sits next to her husband, and Mitch continues to stare off away from Felicia.
    Mitch: How was the party?
Felicia: Oh it was great. We had so much fun. You should have seen the look on Charlie’s face. She had no idea we got her a stripper.
Mitch: You mean you didn’t tell her?
Felicia: Well of course not. That would’ve ruined the surprise.
Mitch: Surprises you are full of huh?
Felicia: She enjoyed that, and so did we.
Felicia leans on Mitch’s left shoulder and he is unresponsive.
Felicia: What’s going on? Are you okay?
Mitch gets up from the couch and turns his back to Felicia.
Mitch: I wonder if I should tell you.
    Felicia: Tell me what?
Mitch: Don’t you hate to be kept in the dark?
Felicia: Apparently you like to sit in it. Tell me what’s bothering you.
    Mitch: How’s Michael?
    Felicia: Michael?
Mitch turns around and faces his wife.
Mitch: I hope you and John found him...together.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
John: What do you want me to tell you?
Sharlene: The truth. What else are you hiding from me?
John: You’re my wife. Why would I hide anything from you?
Sharlene: Because that’s all you’ve done for these past few weeks. Or has it been longer?
    John: Sharlene---
    Sharlene: What else?
    John: That’s not important---
    Sharlene: What else John?!
    John: Okay. Dr. Taylor.
    Sharlene: What about him?
John: I told him...I told him to not let you remember anything about the day Grant was shot at the Center opening.
Sharlene starts shaking her head in apparent disbelief.
Sharlene: Why? Let me guess...for my protection.
John: I didn’t want you to end up in a place like this! Listen, all I want is for you to come home, and we can be the family that we’re supposed to be.
Sharlene: I...I have to think. I need time to think.
John: Whatever you think about, please always remember that I love you.
John slowly walks out and Sharlene breaks down crying.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Grant: Did you do it?
Christy: Oh it’s done, all thanks to you.
Grant: What else are you going to do?
Christy: Oh Grant, that’s for you to find out isn’t it?
    Grant: Do I want to?
    Christy pauses.
Christy: I hate having to do this to Mary Frances.
    Grant: You have a conscience?
Christy: Yes I do as a matter of fact. Mary Frances is the only friend I’ve ever had. What I’m about to do is going to hurt her very much.
Grant: Whatever this plan is that you have, you better leave my son out of this.
Christy: Don’t worry. I’m not targeting Kirkland.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MCKINNONS HOUSE - The stripper has left as Jake, Steven, and Kirkland are at the couch, and they’ve had a few drinks.
    Jake: Okay that’s enough.
Steven: You said that three shots ago.
Kirkland: Jake’s right. I don’t wanna be hung over at the altar.
Jake: Yeah that...that wouldn’t be good.
Kirkland and Steven look at each other, and then look at Jake as they heard a slur.
    Steven: He’s drunk.
    Jake: No I’m not.
Kirkland: Come on Jake you gotta stand up for me tomorrow.
Jake: I am gonna stand up for you. I wouldn’t miss...your big day.
Steven: Of course, but Jake you can’t have any more.
Jake: Kirkland, I hope your marriage turns out better than the one I have with your mother.
    Vicky and Bridget walk in.
Vicky: I see you guys had a lot of fun.
Bridget: Did you guys get a stripper?
    Kirkland: Mom.
Bridget: And it’s a shame that this is the first time I get to see my eldest brother.
    Steven: Comere kiddo.
    Steven and Bridget hug.
    Steven: I’m gonna….head out.
Bridget: And I’m goin’ to bed.
After Steven and Bridget leave, Kirkland turns his attention to Vicky.
Vicky: Well honey you should go and be ready for your big day.
Kirkland: Not until I find out what’s going on between you two.
They both look at Jake, who has passed out on the couch.
Kirkland: Whatever is going on, swallow your pride and solve it. I know you believe what you did was for the right reasons.
Vicky: Oh you think you know me so well.
Kirkland kisses his mom on her left cheek.
Kirkland: I’ll see you tomorrow mom. I love you.
    Vicky: Love you, too.
Kirkland leaves, and Vicky locks the door, turns around, and looks at Jake, who is sleeping on the couch. She takes the throw blanket that is on the arm of the couch, spreads it out, and lays it gently on Jake. Vicky turns off the light, and walks upstairs.

Amanda sits in the living room and flashes back to her and Paulina’s confrontation with Iris about Operation Loco...
Iris: Tucker was a dear friend of mine, but I don’t know what that has to do with this Operation Local or whatever it is you’re talking about.
Amanda: You’re gonna go with that Iris?
Paulina: Of course she is Amanda. She’s a world class liar.
Iris: Aww you two are such a force together. Daddy would be so proud.
Iris turns around and puts two more folders in her box, and turns back around to face the sisters.
Amanda: No daddy wouldn’t. Tucker tried to kill his own mother with poisoned paint, and you helped him.
Iris: First of all, I resent the fact that you are talking one of my dearest friends like that, and second, I would never have helped Tucker kill his mother. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.
Amanda: I wonder how stupid you think it would be if I turned the evidence I had over to the police.
Iris: They’ll laugh you right out of the precinct. You don’t have anything.
Paulina: I wouldn’t be so smug if I were you. You’re finally gonna get what you’ve long deserved.
Iris walks up to Paulina’s face.
Iris: Yeah because that’s worked so well for you hasn’t it? I mean, didn’t you hit Kirkland with your car while you were all doped up on pills?
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AT THE CARLINOS...Paulina opens the door about to leave, and Kirkland, who was about to ring the doorbell, is there. His appearance causes a bit of awkwardness on Paulina’s part.
Paulina: Umm...Kirkland what can I do for you? I was about to go out.
Kirkland: Do you have a minute? I don’t wanna keep you.
    Paulina: Uh...yeah sure. Come in.
There’s a silence between the two and Paulina breaks it.
Paulina: Congratulations are in order huh? Gonna be a husband.
Kirkland: Yep in a couple days.
Paulina: That’s really wonderful Kirkland I’m happy for you. Do you need some help or anything?
Kirkland: No. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t even be here to be able to get married. You see that’s what I came here for. I wanted to thank you.
    Paulina: Thank me?
Kirkland: If you hadn’t hit me with your car when I was a kid, I wouldn’t be alive today.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    BACK TO AMANDA’S FLASHBACK
Paulina: Is that how you’re playing? Because you don’t wanna get dirty with me.
Iris: Yes Paulina, pigs do wallow in mud.
    Paulina: You bitch!
Amanda then gets between them and continues to come after Iris.
Iris: Is that all you got Paulina? How many times are you gonna call me a bitch?
Amanda: You’re avoiding the subject. Insults aren’t gonna save you.
Iris: You know Amanda, what’s insulting, and just downright offensive, is your choices in men. Well, with a mother like Rachel, it stands to reason that you have mostly screwed up in this area. Evan Frame, Grant Harrison, Cameron Sinclair, and now Allen Love. I’ll give you credit for Sam Fowler because you two had Alli, but the others prove that you seem to gravitate toward men who have once hurt you or tried to hurt people in your family at one point or another. Your latest one is a mystery inside an enigma. Allen Love, he turned out to be another one of Reginald’s puppets like Peter was. My my, you sure know how to pick em don’t you?
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IN FRONT OF THE LOVE MANSION - Toni has just received a text from Reginald Love, and showed Etta Mae, who is horrified. Both are beside each other, facing the door.
    Etta Mae: Oh my God.
Toni: Don’t panic mom. I don’t think he’s gonna hurt her.
Etta Mae: How can you be so sure?
Toni: Come on. Think about it. KC is his great granddaughter. He’s not going to do anything to her.
Etta Mae: That doesn’t mean he won’t take her someplace we might never find her.
Toni: We just gotta give him what he wants.
They turn around, and to their surprise, Allen is standing there, looking at both of them as if he’s caught them doing something.

    PART 2
    AMANDA’S FLASHBACK CONTINUES…
Amanda: This isn’t about anyone’s past here. This is about you and what you’ve done. I’m giving you a chance to explain yourself before I decide that to do with the evidence.
    Iris: You’re bluffing.
Paulina: I say send it Amanda. Call the Genoa City Police Department as soon as possible and tell them you have evidence.
Amanda flashes back to the present, looks at her cell phone as if she’s a bit conflicted, then makes the call.
Amanda: Hi may I speak with Detective Paul Williams please?
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Paulina: That was a...very difficult time in my life.
Kirkland: My mom told me all about it. She told me what dad had done, too.
Paulina: I don’t blame Grant for my addiction to diet pills, and I certainly don’t blame him for what I did to you.
Kirkland: But if you hadn’t hit me with your car, they would never have found the aneurysm that was in my brain. Don’t you see? You saved my life. I couldn’t be happy if you never did what you did.
    Paulina chuckles nervously.
Paulina: Kirkland you really don’t have to…
Kirkland: I know that my dad was supplying you with diet pills, and set your house on fire.
Paulina: I’ve forgiven him for all of that.
Kirkland: As have I, but you see everything fell into place. I’m marrying Charlie in a couple days. I’ve never been happier than i am now. None of this is possible without you.
Paulina: You give me way too much credit…
Kirkland: You don’t get enough credit. If I hadn’t told you before, I have no ill will toward you for that accident.
    Paulina’s eyes well up…
Paulina: You don’t know how much it means to me to hear you say that.
Kirkland: I hope it means that you will come to my wedding.
    Paulina (smiling): Of course honey.
The two share a warm embrace.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Toni: Allen what are you doing here?
Allen: I suppose I could ask you the same thing.
Etta Mae: That ain’t none of your business.
Toni: Mom it’s okay. We’re here on police business.
Allen: Etta Mae when did you start working for the BCPD?
    Etta Mae: Toni let’s go.
Allen: No why don’t you go, because I want to speak to Toni alone.
    Etta Mae: Toni..
Toni: Mom go to the car. I’ll be right there.
    Etta Mae leaves.
Allen: You care to tell me what’s going here?
Toni: I told you. Police business.
Allen: Are you really gonna stand there and lie to me? I heard what you and Etta Mae were talking about?
Toni folds her arms with exasperation and curiosity.
Toni: Detective Snyder is inside and I came with him to tell Michael and Donna…
Toni stops herself, realizing what this conversation might lead to. Allen flashes back to throwing the gun that Donna used to shoot Reginald into the river.
    Allen: Tell them what?
Toni: Well you know I can’t tell you that. It’s police business.
Allen: If it’s a family matter, then it involves me. Whatever it is, maybe I can help.
Toni: The police is handling it. If you’ll excuse me, I have to get to the station.
Toni walks away and Allen looks at her wondering what Toni knows, then Donna comes out of the mansion.
Donna: Hi nephew. I’m glad you came by.
Allen: I just saw Toni leave. What’s going on?
    Donna: She didn’t tell you?
    Allen: Tell me what?
Allen lowers his voice a bit.
Allen: Was it about the gun?
Donna: No. It’s much worse. He’s the one taunting me.
Allen: So they found out who’s stalking you?
    Donna: Yes...it’s my father.
    Allen: Reginald? He’s dead.
Donna: No. He’s very much alive.
Allen: I heard Toni and Etta Mae talking about K.C.
    Donna: K.C.? Isn’t she Toni’s sister?
Allen: She said that KC is his great-granddaughter.
Donna: K.C. Burrell is Reginald’s great-granddaughter? Peter and Etta Mae had an affair? They don’t even know each other.
Allen: Not that we know of. Toni and Etta Mae were saying something about giving him what he wants, and he would never hurt her. Oh no. I’m...I’m going to the police station to see if I can help.
Donna: Do you think Reginald has K.C.?
Allen: Sounds like it, and I’m gonna find out why.

MENTAL INSTITUTION - Sharlene has asked John to tell her about the tension between John and Gregory.
Sharlene: For God’s sake John stop trying to protect me! You’re not leaving here until you tell me what’s going on between you and our son.
    Gregory walks in…
Gregory: Yeah dad, tell mom the truth.
John: Gregory this isn’t the time. We want your mom to get well.
Sharlene: I’m stronger than I’ve ever been.
Gregory: So when is it gonna be the right time? You owe mom the truth.
John: Leave your mom and I alone so we can talk.
Gregory: So yo can lie to her! I’m not gonna let you.
Sharlene walks past John and up to Gregory.
Sharlene: Honey you look hungry. Go get yourself something to eat.
Gregory: I love you mom. I’m not leaving you. I’m not gonna let him hurt you again.
Sharlene: Your father’s not gonna hurt me, and I would like to speak to him alone. I’ll be fine. Go ahead.
Gregory shoots a mean look to John over Sharlene’s shoulder, and looks back at Sharlene, and kisses her on her left cheek.
    Gregory: I’ll be back.
    Sharlene: Thank you.
Gregory shuts the door. Sharlene turns toward John, sighs, and folds her arms.
John: He thinks I’m going to hurt you and that’s the last thing I wanna do.
    Sharlene: I know.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LOVE MANSION - Jack and Toni are at the front door, and Michael opens it.
    Michael: Jack, Toni.
    Jack: May we come in?
Donna meets them in the foyer.
Donna: Detective Snyder. Lieutenant Burrell. Have you found out who burned my club down?
    Toni: We’re working on that.
Michael: Why not? You must have some leads.
Donna: I worked hard to get that club back up and running, and someone just set it on fire.
Jack: We’re not here about that.
Michael: Well I know this can’t be a social call, so what other police business could you have?
Someone rings the doorbell, and Michael answers it.
Michael: Etta Mae. What are you doing here?
Etta Mae: I’m sorry, but they told me I could find my daughter here.
Toni approaches them. Michael goes back to Donna’s side.
    Toni: Mom?
Etta Mae: I need to talk to you...in private.
Toni: I’m here on police business.
Etta Mae: Toni please. This is serious.
Toni: Alright. Alright. Jack I’ll be right outside.
Toni walks outside and Jack continues his talk with Michael and Donna.
    Jack: We discovered something.
    Donna: About what?
    Jack: Your father.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, outside of the Love Mansion, Toni wonders why Etta Mae tracked her down.
    Toni: What is going on?
Etta Mae: I wouldn’t come to Bay City unless it was important.
    Toni: Mom...what is it?
Etta Mae: Keneisha didn’t come home last night.
    Toni: Did you guys fight?
Etta Mae: We argued about her coming to school here. She left the house in a tizzy but she never came back.
Toni: She’s not at a friend’s house or anything.
Etta Mae: I called her cell phone and it goes to voicemail.
    Toni: Give her some time.
Etta Mae: Something’s wrong Toni! Something happened to her. I can feel it.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LIMOUSINE - Rachel and Carl are in the backseat.
    Carl: You’ve been awfully quiet.
    Rachel: Thinking about our son.
Carl: It’s for his own protection that he didn’t know where you took me.
Rachel: I didn’t want to lie to him Carl, but I’m not sure if he’s going to understand that.
Carl: We’ll make him understand. He couldn’t know that I was in Monticello.
The driver suddenly stops the car and they hear a banging on the passenger’s side window.
    Rachel: What is that?
Carl presses the button to let the window down and they both get a big shock. It’s Michele, but they don’t know that she’s recovered her memories.
    Rachel: Oh my God.
Carl: The girl from the clinic.
Michele: Mr. and Mrs. Hutchins please. You gotta help me! We’ve been in an accident.

    PART 2
John: Everything I’ve done is because I love you.
Sharlene: But you can’t protect me from everything. You can’t keep the truth from your wife. Isn’t that what destroyed our marriage twenty years ago?
John: I remember that every single day; how Gregory and I tried to move on when we thought you died in that explosion on the lake; how you fought your way back to us, and I threw it all away by having an affair.
    John moves closer to Sharlene.
John: You, Gregory, Josie, you all mean the world to me. I never wanna lose you again. After Kelsey, and even Felicia, you are the only woman I love.
Sharlene: If that’s true, John, you will tell me why Gregory is so angry at you. It hurts me to see you guys at each other’s throats.
John: You wanna know why Gregory’s mad? I’ll tell you. We were looking for Michael.
    Sharlene: We? Michael? What?
John: I saw one of my mother’s diaries when Gregory and I went to see her, and it said something about twins.
Sharlene (listening intently and curiously): Go on.
John: She had letters dated 1996.
    Sharlene: Letters from whom? Michael?
John: No...Martin. Michael’s identical twin brother.
Sharlene: What? So the guy that was here; the guy I dated...wasn’t Michael? Oh my God.
John: He was the one who died in the car crash with Shane Roberts.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gregory is outside of Sharlene’s room as if he’s standing guard, and Mitch approaches him.
    Gregory: Mitch.
    Mitch: Gregory. Where’s your mother?
    Gregory: She’s in here.
Mitch: I just wanted to see how she was doing.
Gregory: I’m glad you came, but she wanted to talk my dad alone.
Mitch: Well then I’ll come back later.
Gregory: No. I think it’s the perfect time for you to stay.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sharlene: So if Martin was the one who died, where’s Michael?
    John: He’s alive.
Sharlene: And who was helping you look for him? No…that’s why Gregory is angry. That’s why he keeps saying that he doesn’t you to hurt me.
Gregory and Mitch open the door.
Sharlene: Felicia was helping you wasn’t she?
Mitch walks right up to John, and Gregory follows.
    Mitch: Helping you? Do what?
John: I’m having a private conversation with my wife.
Mitch: But my wife’s name came up, so now it’s my business.
John: What the hell are you even doing here Mitch?
Mitch: I came to see Sharlene.
John: You came to see Sharlene? Why?
    Mitch: She’s a friend.
John: A friend? Sharlene you care to explain?
Gregory: Are you serious right now dad? Don’t try to turn this around! After all the times I’ve seen you and Felicia together?
    Sharlene: What?
Gregory: Yeah mom it’s true. Every time I turned around, I see dad and Felicia together.
John: We were looking for Michael.
Gregory: So what was that at the apartment? Mitch they were at your apartment...hugging.
Mitch and Sharlene are shocked, and Mitch turns to his attention to John.
Mitch: What the hell? You’re having an affair with my wife again?
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Donna: Why did you come all the way over here to talk to me about daddy?
Jack takes out a picture of Karen, the nurse working for Reginald, shows Donna, and Michael takes a look.
    Donna: Who is this?
Jack: Karen Pierce, at least that’s the name she goes by.
Michael: What does she have to do with Reginald?
Jack: Her real name is Margaret Allen. She worked for Jordan Stark.
Donna: Jordan Stark? You mean that guy who was the head of the Lumina Foundation. He cured me of my aphasia when I couldn’t talk.
Michael: I still don’t get the connection between Reginald and this woman.
    Jack: This woman...works for him.
Donna: Works for him? You talk as if he’s still...
Jack: That’s what I came to tell you. The Lumina Foundation saved his life, and your father took over the organization.
Michael: What are you saying? That my family’s in danger?
Jack: We’re doing everything we can get Reginald. The key to getting him is getting Margaret.
Michael: Well you better pray I don’t get him first. I’m not gonna let the people I love live in fear of Reginald Love.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OUTSIDE - It’s dark and a white mist is evaporating from the grass as Rachel, Carl, and Michele come to the spot where Lisa’s car crashed. Michele looks inside…
Michele: No. No she was…she was...she was right here. Mrs. Hutchins she was right there.
    Rachel: You’re talking about Lisa?
    Carl: I’ll call 9-1-1.
Michele: She was right here on the driver’s side. She’s gone. She wasn’t even conscious. Where is she?
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ROOM - Lisa is lying unconscious in a bed when Karen walks up to her, and leans over to Lisa’s face.
Karen: I told him you wouldn’t get far.
Suddenly someone bangs on the door and yells "Open up, Monticello Police!"
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Toni: I think you’re overreacting. Maybe she needs some time to cool off.
Etta Mae: Well you know she can’t come here because….
Toni: I know, but what more can we really do?
Etta Mae: First we gotta get her back home.
Toni’s gets and reads a text, and it has a picture of K.C. Burrell tied up and a message that reads: “If you want to see your daughter again, you will do as I ask.”.
    Toni: Oh my God.
    Etta Mae: Was that Keneisha?
Toni shows Etta Mae the text.
    Etta Mae: Oh no!
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile at the CAVANAUGH CLINIC/LUMINA FOUNDATION, Reginald takes the battery out of his cell phone, and looks at his tied up KC Burrell, who is struggling to free herself.
Reginald: This texting thing actually works.

ALLEN’S SUITE - Allen is looking at the mirror, tying up his tie on his shirt, and Amanda watches him as she lies in the bed.
Amanda: Did I tell you how sexy you look in that suit?
Allen: Which one? This, or my birthday?
Amanda (smiling): Well you know how much I love your...natural look.
Amanda gets out of bed, walks up behind him, and rubs her hand on his shoulders and chest. She looks in the mirror along Allen’s side.
Allen: You mean the same one that Adam had after Eve bit the apple in the…
Amanda: Garden? Don’t kill the mood.
Allen: Oh I’m not gonna let nobody take you away into some time machine portal.
Amanda: You'd better not. I’d go kicking and screaming.
Allen: So weird when you told me about that guy Jordan Stark and what he tried to do.
Amanda: He wreaked havoc on my family. He left my daughter to die.
Allen: I hope to meet Alli one day.
    Allen stops all freshening up…
Amanda: You will. She’s a great girl.
    Allen: Makes me think of…
    Amanda: Your own daughter?
Allen: I always wonder how things would have turned out for me if I was able to be a father to her. Well I’m gonna be late for work.
Amanda: Okay. Have a great day babe.
Amanda gets a phone call as Allen leaves.
Amanda: Amanda Cory. Yes. You’re gonna email it to me?

    Grant: Yes. Okay.
Grant walks to the door, opens it, and there’s Christy Carson with a baseball cap on.
Grant: Why are you wearing that ridiculous cap on your head?
Christy: Duh. I didn’t want anyone to see me...not yet anyway.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CORY PRODUCTIONS...Iris is packing her things in her office as she gets a surprise visitor...Cory, who knocks on the door.
    Iris: Cory. Come in.
Cory: Guess you’re not gonna be here anymore huh?
    Iris (sighs): Nope.
Cory: You seem a little bummed about it.
Iris puts a book in a box, stops and looks around the office…
    Iris: Yeah a lil bit.
Cory: I’m a little surprised that you would be sad about leaving here. Didn’t you just inherit a fortune?
Iris begins to get a little choked up.
Iris: I did, and don’t get me wrong I’m VERY happy about that. I may be a Spaulding by blood, but Mac Cory is the man I consider my father. This was the company he built, and I wanted so badly to run it, but I don’t need it.
Cory: You can start your own company with your Spaulding money right?
    Iris: Thinking about it.
Cory: You know I’m...I just wanted…to be here for you on your last day, just like you were there for me when we were looking for my dad.
Iris: That’s...that’s real sweet of you. Have you heard from your mother yet?
    Cory shakes his head...
    Cory: No. Nothing.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CAVANAUGH CLINIC - Rachel faces Reginald in his office. Reginald has revealed to Rachel that he is the head of the Lumina Foundation.
Rachel: Did I hear you right? You knew Jordan Stark?
Reginald: Yes I did. I knew what he was doing.
Rachel: He caused a great deal of pain for my family, and you stood by and watched him do it! How could you?

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Grant: You act like the paparazzi is after you.
Christy: I can’t take any chances.
Grant: You were in a limousine with tinted windows. I’m quite sure nobody saw you.
Christy: Come on Grant. I thought you’d be happy to see me. After all, I plan to live up to my end of the bargain.
    Christy gives him an envelope.
Christy: I need a fresh shower before I go to the next place. You did set up my appointment didn’t you?
Grant: Yes I did. What is this?
Christy: This should help you get Jack Snyder out of the way, and you can get your beloved Paulina back.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Paulina walks up the door of Iris’s office and listens...
Iris: I can’t believe that. When is the last time you heard from her?
    Cory: A few days ago.
Iris: I’m sorry Cory. I know she is your mother, but she is unbelievable. How could she keep your own father from you? I mean you must be worried sick about it.
Cory: I am. I called Lizzie and she says she doesn’t know anything either.
Iris: Well when she gets back to Bay City I’m gonna let her know how irresponsible she is.
    Paulina walks in.
Paulina: That’s enough Iris! I’m not let you bad mouth Rachel in front of Cory.
    Iris: Were you eavesdropping?
Paulina: Cory, honey, can you leave us alone for a minute?
Cory: Um I guess...I’ll talk to you soon.
    Iris: Sure.
Cory leaves and Paulina turns to Iris.
Paulina: So you’re trying to poison Cory’s mind against Rachel again?
Iris: Oh you all hold that crow up on this pedestal! Oh dear old Rachel can do no wrong! It’s sickening! She is not telling him where she took Carl, and you think that’s right? You’re just as crazy and irrational as she is.
Paulina: Why don’t you just finish packing your things and get the hell out of here!
    Amanda walks in.
    Amanda: Not so fast.
Iris: Oh goodness. Is this a tag team effort?
Amanda: I’m gonna give you a chance to answer.
Iris: What are you talking about?
Amanda: Tucker McCall and Operation Loco.
Iris hides her shock, and she wonders what Amanda might really know about it.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reginald: Surely you know why Rachel.
Rachel: He had my granddaughter Jasmine hanging from a tree when she was an infant. He tried to take Amanda away from us, and he left my other granddaughter Alli to die, so forgive me if I don’t quite understand why you stood by and did nothing about it. Please enlighten me.
Reginald: I couldn’t risk being exposed. I had to lay low.
Rachel: Why doesn’t that surprise me after everything you’ve done to your own family?
Reginald: Touche. Everyone had to continue to think that I was dead in order for me to take over.
Rachel: He had to be stopped.
Reginald: Of course he did, but why should we continue to rehash the past?
Rachel: Does anyone else know you’re alive?
Reginald: No, and that’s the way it has to stay. I’m sure you’ll comply with that directive.
Rachel: A directive? I don’t work for you Mr. Love.
Reginald: But you do love your family.
Rachel: I know the deal we made, and I fully intend to stick to it, but if I find out that you come after any member of my family, I will take you down, just like I did to Jordan Stark.
Reginald: Safe travel home with your husband Rachel. You’ll need it to deal with your son.
Rachel leaves and Reginald gets a phone call.
    Reginald: Bring them in.
Two orderlies bring a girl into Reginald’s office. One is holding her left arm, and the other is holding her right as she struggles to free herself...to no avail.
    Girl: Let me go!
    Reginald: Thank you fellas.
The orderlies leave, and the girl runs to the door trying to open it, but it’s locked.
Reginald: Thank you fellas. Hello there. I’ve been expecting you.
Girl: Who are you? What do you want?
Reginald: Oh you should calm yourself. After all, we’re family.
    The girl is K.C. Burrell.

ANOTHER WORLD 169 - Steven receives shocking news

KIRKLAND’S SUITE - Kirkland and Charlie are in bed as Charlie lies in Kirkland’s arms.
Charlie: You know this is our last time together.
    Kirkland: Before the wedding?
    Charlie: Yeah duh?
Kirkland: Oh you believe in that bad luck thing do you?
Charlie sits up and looks at Kirkland…
    Charlie: Yes it’s true.
    Kirkland: It’s just a myth.
Charlie: You’re making fun of me aren’t you?
Kirkland: I mean...Charlie...what if I wanted to give you a great big kiss before you put on your wedding dress?
Charlie: Well you’re not supposed to do that.
    Kirkland: Says who?
    Charlie: Says...me.
Kirkland: Because we agreed not to have a rehearsal dinner.
Charlie: You know I gotta go to my dad’s right to finalize our plans.
Kirkland: Well since this is the last time I’m gonna see you before we’re married, we’d better make the most of it huh?
Charlie looks at Kirkland with a smirk, smiles and joins him back underneath the sheets as they make love.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WINTHROPS HOUSE - Cass answers the door and Felicia walks in.
    Cass: Hey.
    Felicia: Hi there darling.
Cass greets her with a kiss on her left cheek.
Cass: What are you doing here?
Felicia: Wedding stuff with the ladies.
Cass: Oooh that’s right. I forgot.
    Felicia: Yeah Charlie’s getting married.
    Cass: Not funny.
Felicia: Something on your mind? Or should I say...someone?
Frankie walks in the door and she and Cass stare at each other.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
HOSPITAL - Lindsay is getting a cup of water at the bubbler, and Gregory taps her on her left shoulder. She turns around and sees him with a bouquet of red roses, which pleases Lindsay.
Lindsay (smiles): Well who are those beautiful flowers for?
Gregory: They’re for Bay City’s prettiest, hard working, physical therapist, who also happens to be my awesome girlfriend.
    Lindsay: Thank you babe.
    Gregory: Of course.
    They kiss.
Gregory: Why don’t we go to the Center and grab a bite?
Lindsay: I got a few minutes.
Gregory: That’s all? Aren’t you off?
Lindsay: Yeah but I got the wedding stuff. We’re meeting at my uncle’s house.
Gregory: Cool. I’d ask to come with you but…
Lindsay: Youuuu don’t wanna deal with all the…
    Gregory: Chick stuff?
Lindsay: Yeah. What are your plans?
Gregory: I’m gonna go visit my mom.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MENTAL INSTITUTION - Steven comes out of Sharlene’s room and John walks up to him.
    John: Steven.
    Steven: Uncle John.
John: I came to see my wife.
Steven: You might wanna wait. We had a bit of an intense session.
Steven grabs his jacket while Sharlene opens her room door.
    John: Where are you headed?
Steven: Downtown. I’ll be back, but I think you should probably come back tomorrow. Aunt Sharlene needs to rest.
Sharlene: No. I’ll talk to John.

    PART 2
WINTHROPS HOUSE - Frankie has just arrived at Cass’s house, moments after Felicia got there. Felicia looks back and forth at both of them.
Felicia: I’m gonna give you two a moment alone.
Felicia walks to the back. Frankie then walks past Cass and puts her purse on the coffee table.
Frankie: I’m...here for Charlie. We’re putting the finishing touches on her wedding day.
Cass: I thought it was a good decision for them not to have a rehearsal dinner.
Frankie: I didn’t agree with that but, it’s her wedding.
    Cass: Right.
Frankie: I promised myself that I wasn’t gonna meddle like my mother did.
Cass: Emma really put her five cents in it didn’t she?
Frankie: Yeah I know mama meant well. I bet she’s looking down and smiling.
Cass: And Charlie’s gonna be wearing her dress.
Frankie: Mama’s gotta be very proud.
Cass: Well I’m...gonna leave so you all can do your wedding things.
Cass walks toward the door, but Frankie isn’t done.
    Frankie: Cass...don’t leave yet.
Cass turns around and faces her…
    Cass: Something else you need?
    Frankie: I need you.
    Cass: Frankie…
Frankie: I need you in my life Cass.
Cass: We are in each other’s lives. We’re always gonna be there for Charlie.
    Frankie: I’m not talking about a co-parent.
Frankie walks up to him and kisses him and Cass kisses her back. Felicia then walks in the living room with a smile. Cass and Frankie are stopped as they hear clapping at the door from Charlie, Stacey, and Lindsay, which causes Cass and Frankie to smile.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------
    John: How are you feeling?
Sharlene: I’m getting better every day.
John: Good. This is what I was hoping.
Sharlene: I’m glad you called Steven. He’s been great.
John: There was no doubt in my mind that he would. We’re missing you at the house...Gregory and I.
    Sharlene turns away from John…
Sharlene: I’ll be home before you know it.
    John: Is something wrong?
Sharlene turns back around to face John now….
    Sharlene: Something is very off.
John: Is there anything I can do to help?
Sharlene: I’ve been very worried about you and Gregory.
John: Sharlene I told you there’s nothing going between us.
Sharlene: In the hospital; the last time you both were here. The butter of tension could have had a hot knife slide right through it.
John: I want you to focus on coming back home to us.
Sharlene: For God’s sake John stop trying to protect me! You’re not leaving here until you tell me what’s going on between you and our son.
    Gregory walks in…
Gregory: Yeah dad, tell mom the truth.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
POLICE STATION - Jack Snyder is sitting at his desk in his office when he gets a visitor.
    Jack: Dr. Frame.
    Steven: Detective.
    Jack: How’s your aunt?
Steven: We’ve made a breakthrough. In fact that’s why I’m here. I have to report a crime.
Jack: I’ve read up on D.I.D. As long as Sharlene gets therapy she’s not held responsible for poisoning Reginald.
Steven: Even though he’s dead, I still feel obligated to report it.
Jack: Are you talking about your great grandfather?
Steven: Yes. He killed Evan Frame. I know there’s nothing you can do about it.
Jack: I guess we can add that to list of his charges.
Steven: Yeah he kidnapped my sister Bridget, but you can’t charge a dead man right?
Jack: We went to the morgue, and the body that was on the slab was fake. Listen you can’t say anything to anyone about this.
    Steven: About what?
Jack: We have reason to believe that Reginald’s still alive, and as long as he’s out there, your family’s in danger.

    BAY CITY CENTER...The Coffee Shop…
K.C. (Saleisha Stowers) walks in, and notices Eric (Jason Shane Scott) , who is wearing his green smock, working behind the counter. K.C. smiles and walks up to it, and Eric approaches the register.
    Eric: May I help you?
K.C.: You sure can. May I have a hot chocolate please?
    Eric: Sure.
    Eric rings it up…
    Eric: 2.45
K.C. looks inside her purse, which has no money in it.
K.C.: Oh I...I’m a little short. Can you put it on the house...handsome?
    Eric smiles.
Eric: Is that how cute girls like you get over?
Suddenly, Allen (Sean Blakemore) comes from behind K.C., puts a five dollar bill on the counter, and slides it to Eric.
    Allen: Keep the change.
Allen then takes K.C. by her arm and escorts her to a table off to the side.
    K.C.: Let go of me!
K.C. angrily tries to free herself, but doesn’t get free until Allen releases her, and when he does, K.C. slaps him.
K.C.: What the hell do you think you’re doing? You embarrassed me!
Allen: Look I know we’ve been father and daughter for two minutes, but I gotta tell you, don’t think about getting involved with that guy!
    K.C.: What?
Allen: He crashed Kirkland and Charlie’s wedding reception; he and his crazy ass mother. You’d do good to stay away from him.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GRANT’S HOUSE - Christy (Robin Mattson) picks up the house phone and makes a call.
Christy: I was wondering if we could meet.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MCKINNONS HOUSE - Out front, Donna (Anna Stuart) and Michael (Kale Browne) approach the door, and Michael puts his arms around Donna’s waist.
    Michael: Wait a minute.
He kisses the mother of two of his children and the woman he married four times, and makes her smile for a moment.
Donna: I know what you’re trying to do, and it’s not gonna work.
Michael: Come on we wanna bring...some cheer to Victoria. You don’t want her to know that you’re worried.
Donna: I can’t help it Michael. I saw this all happen sixteen years ago with Marley and Victoria, and it’s like I’m watching history repeat itself with our granddaughters. I’ve got to warn her.
Vicky (Jensen Buchanan) opens the door and walks up to her parents.
Vicky: Warn me about who? Michele?
Michael: Donna thinks there might be a problem.
Donna: That’s because there is a problem Michael. Is she here?
    Vicky: No.
Jake (Tom Eplin) walks up to them.
Donna: Well where did she go?
Jake: That’s what I’d like to know.
Vicky: Are you here to get some of your things?
    Jake: I’m looking for Michele.
    Donna: You, too?
Jake: I gotta talk to her.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HOSPITAL - Lindsay (Kate Mansi) walks up to the nurse’s station, looks on the computer, and calls Gregory (Adam Gregory) .
Lindsay: Hey there. Yeah I’m looking on my list of appointments and I don’t have another one for two and half hours, and since you don’t have football practice, I was thinking maybe we could...make the most of our time. Sounds good. I’ll wait here.
Lindsay hangs up and starts walking toward the water cooler, then she stops and grabs her stomach because she starts having pains. As she winces, Michele (DENYSE TONTZ) approaches her.
Michele: Oh my. Are you okay? You look like you’re in some kind of pain.

    PART 2
K.C.: Who do you think you are? You think you’re gonna tell me who I can and cannot talk to?
Allen: You know what...I suppose you’re right. I have no business telling you what to do.
K.C.: I’m glad you understand that.
Allen: But it’s not my fault that we didn’t get a chance to have a relationship.
K.C.: Oh no, don’t you put this on Toni and Etta Mae. Seems like everyone played their part. You left while Toni was pregnant.
Allen: I can’t change the past. I want a chance to be a father to you.
K.C.: So is this how you’re gonna do it? You’re gonna manhandle and tell me I can’t talk to certain people.
Allen: Eric Stenbeck is not certain people. He and his mother showed up at your cousin’s wedding unannounced.
K.C.: Is there a point you’re trying to make? Party crashers are everywhere.
Allen: I don’t get a good vibe about him, or his mother. I’m just sayin’ be careful.
Allen walks away from K.C. and out of the coffee shop.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Christy walks in and up to the counter. Eric approaches Christy.
Christy: Hi son. How are you?
    Eric: Working.
He turns his back and starts wiping down the counter.
Christy: Why do I sense a little attitude from you?
Eric: Because I’m public enemy number one now because we went to Kirkland and Charlie’s wedding reception.
Christy: Honey I thought you understood why we did that.
Eric: I don’t wanna make enemies. I don’t wanna be like my father.
Christy: You are not James Stenbeck. You’re your own person.
Eric: I’m not so sure mom, and I think someone’s here to meet you.
Christy turns around and sees Frankie (Alice Barrett) .
Christy: Mary Frances. Thank you for coming. Mind if we sit down?
Frankie: I don’t have a lot of time Christy.
Christy: Okay. Listen I...I understand that you’d be angry with me.
Frankie: Why did you do it? Why did you crash my daughter’s wedding reception?
Christy: I should’ve...used better judgment in showing everyone I was here.
Frankie: Is that what you wanted to do? Make a splash! How could you do that? I thought you we were friends.
Christy: We are friends. I apologize. I hope you forgive me.
Felicia (Linda Dano) walks up to them.
Felicia: I can’t believe this! How could you even be talking to this woman Frankie?
Christy: I don’t have leprosy Felicia.
Felicia: No you don’t. You have something far worse.
Frankie: Felicia we’re having a conversation.
Felicia: You shouldn’t be having anything with this woman! What are you thinking?
    Christy: I think I’ll leave.
Felicia: Leaving Bay City? That would be great.
Christy walks away as Felicia continues with Frankie. Eric tries to listen to their conversation as he sneaks over to wipe down a nearby table.
    Frankie: What are you doing?
Felicia: I need to talk some sense into you. Doesn’t it occur to you that she might up something? I mean, she interrupted Charlie’s wedding reception.
Frankie: I know exactly what she did, and she apologized.
Felicia: My God! Frankie don’t tell me you’re falling for her act!
Frankie: I’ve known Christy since we went to college together.
Felicia: It wouldn’t be the first time she’s put on a performance.
Frankie: I’m not gonna hear this right now.
Felicia: You need to hear it Frankie. Christy is not the woman you went to school with. She is not the person she was before she met Cass. She’s a snake, and if you don’t keep an eye on her, she will bite you.
K.C. walks up to Eric, inadvertently interrupting his attempt to eavesdrop, as Frankie walks out, and Felicia follows.
    K.C.: Hey there.
    Eric: Umm...hi.
    K.C.: I’m sorry about that my father interrupting. I think I was…
Eric gives her his cell phone.
Eric: Here. Put your number in it.
    K.C. smiles.
Eric: So that guy is your father?
K.C.: Yeah. He thinks he gonna play daddy after all these years.
Eric (focused, not hearing what KC just said): He’s uh...cousins with Kirkland’s mom right?
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Vicky: Why is everyone so concerned about her?
Donna: Did it even occur to you why Michele tore up the living room and smashed Bridget’s picture?
Vicky: Whatever Michele has done, Reginald is responsible. He kept her away from us, God only knows what he did to her.
Jake: I don’t think your grandfather has anything to do with this.
Michael: They think Michele is harboring some type of anger.
    Vicky: Anger? Toward whom?
Donna: Bridget is the object of Michele’s anger. Come on Victoria. Wake up! We’ve gotta do something! Do you want Michele to lock Bridget in a cold basement like Marley did to you?
Jake: I think you should listen to her. Something is off about Michele.
Vicky: Donna’s wrong! And you’re wrong, too Jake. If Michele’s angry, it’s because Reginald brainwashed her!
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HOSPITAL EXAM ROOM - Lindsay, is sitting on a cushioned bench as Michele brings her a cup of water.
Michele: Here take this. I hope it helps.
    Lindsay: Thank you.
Michele: You looked like you were in a lot of pain. Are you alright?
    Lindsay: I’m fine...just some gas that’s all.
Michele: For some reason I don’t believe you.
Lindsay: Thanks for your concern but I’ve got it handled.
Michele: I’m sorry. It just looked like you were in a lot of pain. Maybe you should see a doctor. My uncle John…
Michele turns away from Lindsay realizing she might have slipped up.
Lindsay: ...is a doctor. Dr. Hudson is your uncle?
Michele: Well...you know...in the figurative sense.
Lindsay: Where do you know John from?
Michele: He’s...a friend of the family.
    Lindsay: Oh…
Gregory walks in and Michele nervously notices her cousin who hit her with his car.
Gregory: There you are. I was told I could find you here.
    They kiss.
    Lindsay: Hi…
Gregory: What are you doing in an exam room?
Lindsay: You know...the gas was bothering my stomach again.
Gregory: The antacids must not have helped. Maybe you can talk to my dad.
Lindsay: I really don’t think it’s that serious. Besides, I feel better, and this girl helped me.
Gregory and Lindsay turn and face Michele, but they don’t know who she is.
    Gregory: Thank you.
Michele: She looked she was in a lot of pain. I’m just glad I was here for you.
Lindsay: And it was really sweet of you to stay with me. Thank you.
    Gregory: Hey I’m Greg.
Lindsay: And my name’s Lindsay. It’s nice to meet you...uh…
Lindsay extends her right hand to Michele, not knowing she’s met her half sister for the first time...

    LOVE MANSION
Michael, Donna, and the McKinnons walk in. Jake walks in carrying about five suitcases. Michael is carrying two.
Jake: Come on Michael you could have grabbed a couple of these.
Michael: Jake I’m too old to be carrying heavy bags.
Donna: Girls you can all go upstairs and get comfortable in your rooms.
Bridget: We know where they are Grandma Donna.
Bridget goes upstairs while Michele walks past everyone and looks around the living room. Vicky, Jake, Donna and Michael follow her slowly.
Michele: Wow. It’s been such a long time since I’ve been in here. I forgot how big this place is.
Vicky: Yes honey, and if these walls had mouths.
Donna: The stories they’d tell us.
    Michael: Right...uh...where’s Bridget?
Vicky: She probably went upstairs with Jake.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ROOM - Jake brings in a suitcase for Bridget as she sits on the bed. Jake sits beside her with their backs to the open bedroom door.
Jake: My goodness you’re only gonna be here a couple days. What did you put in there?
Bridget: A gal has to always be prepared dad. I’m sure you know this dealing with mom.
Jake: What is a guy supposed to do? Carry your bags?
Bridget: Well certainly I couldn’t lift that heavy thing.
Jake: And I wouldn’t let you, or your sisters.
    Bridget: I still can’t believe Michele’s back.
Jake: I got all...three of my daughters.
Michele walks up to the door unseen by Jake and Bridget.
Bridget: Come on dad. Are you gonna mention Lindsay and that whole situation now?
Jake: Kiddo, whether you like it or not, Lindsay is your sister. I talked to her at the wedding, and....
Bridget: No, dad no tell me you didn’t…
Jake: I told Lindsay that I wanted us to be close, and I want you and Michele to get to know her, too.
Bridget: I don’t wanna be friends with that lying bitch.
    Jake: Hey...
Bridget: And you shouldn’t wanna be either, after what she, Stacey, and mom did to you.
    Michele walks in.
    Michele: Dad?
    Jake: Hi honey.
Michele: What is Bridget talking about? Who’s Lindsay?
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IN THE LIVING ROOM - Donna and Michael talk to Vicky, as Vicky plops onto the couch.
    Vicky: Wow! What a day!
    Michael: Like a rollercoaster ride.
Donna: I still can’t believe...that Michele was the one who ransacked the living room. She did a lot of damage.
Michael: From what you all tell me, Michele was never a violent person.
Vicky: I wonder what Reginald did to her while he was nursing her to health.
Donna flashes back to the shattered glass on Bridget’s picture frame, and Donna begins to secretly wonder about Michele.
Michael: What’s on your mind honey?
Donna: I was...thinking about what Vicky was saying. We all forgot that my grandson got married today.

TOPS - All the guests are shocked, but Cass, Frankie and Felicia are horrified to see Christy, who has just stepped off the elevator with her son, Eric Stenbeck. Grant is nervously quiet, hoping that Christy does not tell everyone that he assisted in her release. Christy slowly makes her way toward Charlie and Kirkland, who are both staring at Eric.
Charlie: My God you...work at the coffee shop.
Kirkland: I knew something about him was creepy.
Christy: Charlie, you look so beautiful. Congratulations.
Cass quickly jumps in front of Charlie to shield her from Christy.
Cass: Don’t you ever go near my daughter!

    PART 2…
    Jake: Um…
Bridget: Lindsay came to Bay City and lied to all of us. She tried to be my friend, knowing all the while that she was my sister.
    Michele: Our sister?
Jake: It’s a long story honey, but it turns out that Lindsay Winthrop is my daughter.
    Michele: My goodness.
Bridget: And she’s a deceitful lying little bitch, and I want nothing to do with her.
Michele looks at Bridget, then looks at Jake.
Michele: Well...I’d like to meet her.
Bridget: Why? After everything she’s done?
Michele: Everybody’s lied one time or another...right Bridget?
Jake: Michele honey why don’t we go in your room and...get you settled.
Michele: Dad I’m a big girl. I may have had a brain injury, but I still know how to get a room together.
Jake: Are you sure you’re gonna be okay?
    Michele: I’m gonna be fine.
Jake: If you girls need anything I’ll be right downstairs.
    Michele: Thanks dad.
    Bridget: Thanks dad.
Jake: Michele, I’m so glad you’re back. I love you both...so much.
Bridget: We love you, too dad.
Jake walks out and Michele follows him. Bridget, also sensing something, quickly shuts the door behind them.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
LIVING ROOM...Donna is with Michael. Michael is sitting on the couch and Donna is pacing back and forth in front of him.
Michael: Okay Donna what’s on your mind?
Donna: Nothing. Whatever would give you that idea?
Michael: I’ve only known you most of my adult life. I think I know when something’s bothering you.
Michael gets up, stops Donna’s pacing, and rubs her shoulders.
Michael: What’s going on my love?
Donna: You...weren’t around when this happened.
    Michael: When what happened?
Donna: Marley was disfigured in a fire, and they had to do plastic surgery on her face.
Michael: You told me about that.
Donna: I didn’t...tell you what happened after that.
Michael: Well let’s sit down and talk about it.
Donna: I’m afraid Michael. It’s happening again, just like it did between Marley and Victoria.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DOWNSTAIRS...Jake approaches the foyer and Vicky meets him there. Vicky folds her arms as if she’s a bit nervous.
    Vicky: Umm...how are the girls?
Jake: They seem fine. It’s been a full day. Kirkland got married, and our daughter came back in our lives.
    Vicky: Yeah it’s...it’s a miracle.
    Jake: I’m gonna….go.
Vicky: So you...you’re not gonna stay.
Jake: You gave me an ultimatum before we went to the wedding, remember?
Vicky: Yeah I know, and you’re deciding to not fight. We watched Kirkland begin his marriage today, and you’re ending ours.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    TOPS
Christy: Oh Cass, don’t you know I would never hurt Charlie.
    Cass: You’re capable of anything.
    Frankie approaches Christy.
Frankie: Christy. How could you do this? Today of all days. It’s my daughter’s wedding day. And who is this guy with you?
Frankie has a flashback as she sees Eric.
(Episode 164 at Bay City Center)
    Eric approaches Frankie…
Eric: Hi. Your name’s Mary Frances right?
Frankie becomes a bit concerned and stands up to face him.
Frankie: Yes, but I don’t believe we’ve met.
Eric: I’ve heard so much about you.
Frankie: Is that right? From whom?
Frankie flashes back to the present, and focuses on Eric.
Frankie: You said you...heard so much about me? Christy told you. How do you know each other?
Christy: That’s...really why I came. I...wanted everyone to know.
    Felicia: Know what?
Christy: This is my son. Eric Stenbeck.
    Jack Snyder quickly approaches them.
Jack: Did you say...Stenbeck? As in…
Eric: Yes. James Stenbeck. I am his youngest child.
Frankie: My God. A son? You never mentioned…
Christy: Douglas forced me to give him up when he was a baby.
Felicia: I believe I asked you a question. What the hell are you doing here Christy?
Christy: As if I owe you any explanation. I came to see Mary Frances. She’s the only friend I’ve got.
Felicia: Now you’re really crazy. Jack, throw this lunatic in jail!
    Cass: She’s obviously escaped!
Jack: I called the station. She’s a free woman.
    Cass: That’s impossible!
Jack: She was released. She’s been free for a while now.
Felicia: So what were you doing all this time? Planning to crash Charlie and Kirkland’s wedding?
Christy: Again, Felicia, what is it that I borrowed from you, that I owe you anything?
Cass: Listen I think you need to get outta here. Now!
    Christy: Come on son.
Christy then makes eye contact with Grant as the elevator doors open. Kirkland notices the exchange between Christy and Grant as the elevator doors shut on Christy and Eric.
Eric: Mom. We shouldn’t have done that.
Christy: There was a purpose to that. Bay City now knows that we’re here.

    KIRKLAND/CHARLIE
Kirkland is on his landline phone in his suite with Charlie, who is at Stacey’s apartment on her cell phone. Kirkland is lying down with the phone to his left ear, looking up at the ceiling, while Charlie is lying down on Stacey’s couch also looking up at the ceiling.
Kirkland: I can’t believe this is actually happening.
Charlie: I can’t either. After everything we went through to get here. This time tomorrow we’re going to be married.
Kirkland: And we’ll be on our way to our honeymoon. Are you sure you wanna spend the rest of your life with me?
Charlie: Why do you ask that?
Kirkland: After all, I’m Grant Harrison’s son.
Charlie: Well that’s a deal breaker. Guess we can’t get married.
    Kirkland: Don’t kid like that.
Charlie: Come on babe. You’re nothing like your father.
Kirkland: Sometimes I wonder how much like my dad I really am.
    --------------------------
    GRANT/CHRISTY
Grant walks into his living room and Christy is sitting on the couch wearing a sweatsuit with her feet up on the coffee table holding a glass of wine.
Grant: Put your feet down! That table is an antique.
    Christy: Wow. Sorry.
As she is about to put her glass on the table, Grant gives her a coaster to put the glass on.
Christy: My God. Take the broomstick out of your ass.
Grant: If you’re going to live in my house you’re gonna follow my rules.
Christy: What am I? Sixteen? Stop treating me like a lazy teenager. Need I remind you that I’m helping you get Paulina back. I would appreciate some gratitude.
Grant: So why hasn’t she come running to my door yet?
Christy: These things take time. You need to be patient.
    -----------------------
    JACK/PAULINA
At Bay City Center, Paulina is sitting at a table with a couple of shopping bags on the ground while she answers her cell phone.
Paulina: Hey honey what’s going on? I’m fine, just went shopping for Kirkland’s wedding tomorrow. A little retail therapy you know? When are you coming to visit? We’d love to see you. Oh Remy I’m not lonely, I have family here. We’ve been over this, and I know I’m not being unfaithful to Joe if I meet someone else.
Paulina looks up and there is Jack with a cup of coffee.
Paulina: Honey I gotta go I’ll speak to you later love you.
    Jack: Anybody sitting here?
    Paulina: No...no sit down.
Jack: Nice to see a friendly face.
Paulina: You look like you just lost your best friend or something.
    Jack: Just hard at work.
    Paulina: Long evening?
    Jack: And unsuccessful.
    Paulina: What do you mean?
Jack: Reginald Love is gonna get away with his crimes again.
    --------
    DONNA/REGINALD/MICHAEL/ALLEN
On Cecile’s plane, Donna, Michael and Allen have confronted Reginald, who is waiting to be taken to Tanquir.
Michael: You’re not gonna get a straight answer from Reginald. Why don’t we just pound it out of him?
Reginald: What the hell do you think you’re gonna do? You’re always gonna be the stable boy that my daughter made the terrible mistake of marrying.
Michael: You better not show your ugly face in Bay City again.
Allen: Because you’ll be leaving in a body bag.
Reginald: Donna do you feel the same way?
Donna: Allen and Michael I want you two to leave.
Michael: I’m not leaving you alone with…
Donna: No. I wanna have a word with my father.
    Allen: We’ll be right outside.
Donna: I’ll be fine, nephew. This has been long overdue, besides, nobody’s going anywhere until Cecile gets back.
    -----
    CECILE/CASS
At Cass’s house, Cecile is outside the front door with Cass inside, shocked at Cecile’s arrival.
Cecile: Aren’t you gonna let me in? It’s gettin’ windy out.
Cass: Not if it’s gonna blow you away.
Cecile walks in anyway and Cass shuts the door behind her.
Cecile: Well what I have to tell you is too important for me to just turn back around and leave.
Cass: Put all your love potions on the table.
Cecile: Oooh this is way more lasting than a concoction. You really need to hear this.
CAMERA PAN ON CASS...SLOW FADE TO THEME SONG

    -----------------------PART 2-----------------------
Jack: You know I can’t go into details about police business, but we had him. We had him and we couldn’t hold him. He slipped right through our fingers, just like James Stenbeck used to.
Paulina: I heard about him, especially what he did to Carly years ago.
Jack: Turning her old was just the start. Stenbeck was a worldwide criminal who mostly got away with all the crap he did.
Paulina: Well they all pay one way or the other.
Jack: Enough about me. How are you?
Paulina: Well...I had a breakthrough type of talk with Kirkland the other night.
Jack: Were you and he not speaking or something?
Paulina: He came to the house, and he brought up the accident that happened sixteen years ago. I...I was high and I got behind the wheel...and I hit him. I nearly killed him.
Jack: Did he hate you for it?
Paulina: Not at all. In fact it was just the opposite.
    Jack: Wow.
Paulina: You see if I hadn’t hit him, the doctors would never have found the aneurysm that was in his brain. So he thanked me for saving his life. He says if I didn’t hit him, he wouldn’t be here to marry Charlie tomorrow. He actually invited me to the wedding.
Jack: Oh. Who are you going with?
    Paulina: Nobody.
Jack: I’m not busy. I’ll go with you.
Paulina: Wow..um...maybe that’s not a good idea. I don’t wanna cause any more trouble between you and Carly.
Jack: Paulina I will pick you up at eleven.
    Paulina: Um...okay.
    -------
Charlie: You’ve changed a lot since you came back home.
Kirkland: So you’re saying that I was like my father.
Charlie: You were angry with your dad when you returned to Bay City, and you forgave him.
Kirkland: I have you to thank for that. You helped me to be a better man.
Charlie: I love you so much. There’s no doubt in my mind that I wanna marry you.
Kirkland sits up and sees a text on his cell phone from Scott Granger that says “I’m coming to Bay City.”
Kirkland: You really have no idea how much you’ve changed my life.
Charlie: We’ve overcome a lot of obstacles to get here. My dad being one of them.
Kirkland: He was dead set against our engagement.
Charlie: But old stubborn Cass Winthrop came around eventually.
    -------------
Cass: Oh you’re gonna apologize for everything you’ve done.
Cecile: For what? I haven’t done anything wrong. This is so right.
Cecile gives Cass an envelope and Cass smells it.
Cecile: Oh don’t be silly. There’s no love potion in it.
Cass finally opens it and is shocked at what the contents say.
    Cass: This...this isn’t possible.
Cecile: Oh it’s not only possible, it’s the truth.
Cass: No it’s not. It’s another one of your schemes.
Cecile: Why would I fly all the way to Bay City for a lie?
Cass just gives her a disbelieving look.
Cecile: It can’t be for money. I’m the Queen of Tanquir, and no I don’t want you to be my love slave again, although the thought of that is pretty nice.
Frankie walks in as she wraps and ties her robe.
Frankie: Cass I heard voices. Is everything…Cecile?
Cass: I said the same thing.
Frankie: What are you doing here?
    Cass: This.
Cass gives Frankie the paper that he took out of the envelope that Cecile gave him, and she reads it also. Frankie shakes her head in disbelief.
Frankie: No...no this can’t be true. I had a DNA test run.
Cecile: Behind Cass’s back no less.
Frankie: If this is one of your hare-brained schemes, you can forget it.
Cecile: What you found, Frankie, was a rigged test result, thanks to Reginald Love. It looked like Maggie was Sandy Cory’s daughter.
Frankie: I’m sure you had something to gain out of that.
Cecile: I sure did. I needed Maggie’s trust fund money so I could become the queen again.
Frankie: How could you keep this from Cass all these years? Why did you decide to tell him now? I bet it all has something to do with you right?
Cecile: I don’t give a rat’s tush what you think about me Frankie. The important thing is, is that Cass knows the truth now. Maggie is Cass’s biological daughter. Not to mention she hates me now, and she changed her last name to Winthrop. Now if you’ll excuse me, my plane is waiting to take me back...to my kingdom.
    ----
Grant: It isn’t happening fast enough?
Christy: Boy this really has become an instant gratification society hasn’t it?
Grant: Time for me to take things into my own hands.
Christy: You really want Paulina to hate you huh? You can’t go to her with that evidence. You know food tastes better when it’s marinated, and cooked slowly.
Grant: I’m talking about Paulina, not meal preparation.
Meanwhile, Paulina sits on her couch and smiles as she flashes back to Jack telling her he’s going to pick her up at eleven to go to Kirkland’s wedding.
Christy (Voiceover): The point is, you have to let things take their course. You can’t just go to her with guns-a-blazing. You have to let Paulina need you, and eventually she will.
    ----------------------
Donna: You had that gun sent to me didn’t you? You had the Harbor Club burned down, too right? Why?
Reginald: Because I had to remind you, dear daughter of mine, that I am your father, and you’ll never be rid of me. Although I have to say, you gave it your best effort.
Donna: What kind of father are you? All you’ve ever done was try to control our lives. Mine, Nicole’s and Peter’s.
Reginald: Believe it or not, everything I’ve done for you is out of love. Michael was, and is, still wrong for you. Nicole got pregnant when she was sixteen, and Peter needed to learn how to be a man. I had to step in as their parent.
Donna: And you ruined our lives. You tried to stop my wedding to Michael at the courthouse; Nicole turned to drugs after you made her think that her baby was dead, and you kept her locked up in a mental institution after she killed Jason Frame; Peter spent a good part of his life trying to earn your favor, and you never gave it to him.
Reginald: Everything I’ve done, and will continue to do, was, and will be, for the good of the family.
Donna: What do you mean ‘will do’?
Reginald: Wouldn’t you like to know? You’ll just have to wait and see.
Cecile enters the plane with two uniformed men.
Cecile: Please escort this woman off of the plane please.
    Donna: What is it?
The men grab her and begin to take Donna off the plane.
Donna: You’re not gonna get away with it daddy!
    Reginald watches and smiles.

MONTGOMERYS HOUSE - Tyrone opens the door and it’s Vicky.
    Vicky: Hey Tyrone.
    Tyrone: What’s going on Vicky?
    Vicky: Where’s my sister?
Tyrone: Right there on the couch.
Vicky: Looks like you’re headed out.
Tyrone: Marley wants pickles and vanilla ice cream.
Vicky: Cravings. I know what that’s like.
    Tyrone: Yeahhhh. I’ll be back.
Tyrone leaves and Vicky goes to sit next to Marley on the couch.
    Vicky: How’s my nephew?
Marley: He’s giving me a sore stomach. Did your babies do that?
Vicky: Kirkland was a frequent kicker.
    Marley: What about the twins?
Vicky: I think my boys gave me good practice so I knew what to do when I got pregnant with the girls. You know Steven’s back.
Marley: Oh wow, and I know Kirkland’s about to get married.
    Vicky: Yes he sure is.
Marley: Dad’s back with Donna. I mean everything seems to be falling into place for the family, although I haven’t heard from Allen in a few days. I wonder what he’s up to.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BAY CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT - Toni has just made a shocking revelation to Allen about K.C.
    Toni: Yes.
Allen: You...kept my daughter from me? Out of spite?
Toni: I couldn’t take care of her by myself.
Allen: So you gave her to Etta Mae to raise. If K.C. thinks that Etta Mae is her mother, and you her sister, then you lied to her, too. I wonder what she’s gonna think of you when she finds out.
    Toni: She’s not gonna!
Toni’s cell phone rings and she answers.
Toni: Oh my God. You found her? Alright.
Allen: Who was that? They found my daughter?
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BAY CITY CENTER - Joy sits a table sipping a coffee, but she can’t get something off of her mind as she flashes back to her encounter with Reginald.
    (EPISODE 165)
CAVANAUGH CLINIC - Joy faces Reginald in his office.
Joy: Does your word mean anything?
Reginald: Just because you did me a couple of favors doesn’t mean anything.
Joy: What are you talking about? I dove into the river and retrieved the gun that Donna shot you with. I burned down the Harbor Club. What more could you possibly want?
Reginald: Oh, there is something else.
Joy: What did Thomasina Todd ever do to you? She’s one of the sweetest, kindest people I know, and you made her sick. Who do you think you are? What makes you think you can play God with people’s lives?
Joy flashes back to the present and her flashback prompts her to make a phone call.
Joy: Thomasina it’s Joy. You sound a lot better. What did they give you? Well that’s...that’s almost miraculous. You just made my day. Thank you.
Joy hangs up and looks up and utters “thank you”. She then gets an alert on her phone and it reads “Breaking News: Reginald Love captured in Monticello.”
Joy: Wow. They got him. I gotta see this for myself.
Then Tyrone walks up behind her with a brown bag, and she turns around to face him.
    Tyrone: See what?
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
MONTICELLO POLICE STATION - Two officers escort K.C Burrell into the precinct, and then right after her, a handcuffed Reginald Love is brought in by two more officers. Reginald has a seemingly confident smirk on his face as Margaret, Cecile, Jack, and the other officers look at him.

    PART 2
Vicky: He just got a job at KBAY.
Marley: See I didn’t know that. I thought we were close.
Vicky: Maybe he’s just busy. I’m sure he’ll call you.
Marley: I wonder if he’s met dad.
    Vicky: I’m not too sure.
Marley: Did you get these cravings?
Vicky: Of course I did. I remember when Jake…
Vicky stops and gets up and takes a few a few steps away from the couch. Marley immediately picks up on Vicky’s mood.
    Marley: Vicky?
    Vicky: Marley?
Marley: Something’s wrong with you and Jake isn’t it?
Vicky: Whatever would give you that idea?
Marley: We’re twins remember? I feel it.
Vicky: Just like I felt it when you were gonna leave town, and I convinced you to stay.
Marley: I remember that, so now let me help you. Talk to me. What’s going on?
Vicky turns around and faces her sister again.
Vicky: Everything’s wrong. Jake and I are in trouble.
    Marley: What kind of trouble?
Vicky: I hope you and Tyrone’s marriage stays strong; something for me to look to, because I don’t know if Jake and I are gonna make it.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Joy: Now that isn’t any of your business now is it?
Tyrone: No, but if you’re up to something, I wanna know about it. Enemies gotta stay close.
Joy: I wasn’t your foe when we were sleeping together was I?
Tyrone laughs and shakes his head.
Joy: Listen you’re fine and sexy and all, but this has nothing to do with you...not directly anyway.
Tyrone: Just like I thought. I’m gonna be watching you.
Joy gets face to face with Tyrone, and leans over to Tyrone’s left ear...
Joy (whispering): Careful, I might like that.
Joy looks at Tyrone seductively, smiles, and walks away.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MONTICELLO POLICE PRECINCT...Jack approaches K.C. whose arms are folded, and looking down at the floor.
Jack: We’re gonna need to take your statement Ms. Burrell.
    K.C.: Okay.
At that moment, Toni and Etta Mae walk in and run to K.C.
Etta Mae: Oh my God. My baby! Are you alright?
    Toni: Did Reginald hurt you?
    KC: No he didn’t.
Etta Mae hugs KC, but KC does not hug Etta Mae back, and Toni picks up on KC’s lack of response.
Etta Mae: I was so worried about you! When you didn't come home…
    KC: That’s...real sweet of you.
    Toni: We both were worried.
KC: I’m not coming back home. I’m not goin’ anywhere until you tell me the truth.
    Toni: Tell you what?
    Allen walks in.
KC: Reginald said that he and I were family. Is that true? Where’s my father?
    Allen: I’m right here.
KC, Etta Mae and Toni are shocked as Allen approaches KC…
Allen: My God. It’s really you. My daughter.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INTERROGATION ROOM...Cecile confers with her client Reginald.
Reginald: Toni wanted to see her daughter again.
Cecile: Yes I got on the jet as soon as she called.
Reginald: I’m glad you’re coming through for me.
Cecile: Yes I am. If it weren’t for you I wouldn’t be where I am.
    Reginald: You’d still be broke.
Cecile: Maggie’s trust fund money helped me become Queen of Tanquir again.
Reginald: So when are we getting outta here?
Cecile: Should be any minute now.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Casey approaches Jack outside the interrogation room with a paper and shows Jack.
    Casey: I got this fax.
    Jack: No. This can’t be.
Casey: I called them and spoke to a contact there. I had to do a double take my self.
Jack: After everything he has done, you mean to tell me we can’t hold him?
Casey: There’s only one thing we can do.
    Cecile approaches the disappointed detectives.
Cecile: Gentlemen, should I call my pilot?
Meanwhile, Joy sneaks past everyone and gets into the interrogation room to face Reginald, and shuts the door.
    Reginald: Joy Joy Joy.
    Joy: Did you do it?
    Reginald: The antidote?
Joy: Thomasina said she’s feeling better.
Reginald: Yes I called and they gave her the antidote.
    Joy: Then we’re even.
Reginald: No we’re not. I can get to her whenever I want.
Joy: So what does that mean? What else do you want me to do?
Reginald: I don’t have to tell you. I want to raise the next patriarch of my family, and you’re going to get him.
Joy: Where the hell am I supposed to get...no. You can’t make me do that.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, at the Montgomery’s, Tyrone walks in with his brown bag.
Tyrone: Hey babe I got your pickles and ice cream.
    Marley: Thank ya hun.
Vicky: I’ll give you two some privacy.
Tyrone: No it’s okay I got some work to do. I just wanna see how my little guy’s doing.
Tyrone sits next to Marley and rubs her stomach.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Back at the Monticello Police Station Interrogation Room, Reginald gives instructions to Joy...
Reginald: You don’t want Thomasina to get sick again do you? Get me my great grandson.

Special Appearance by Don Hastings as Dr. Bob Hughes and Walter Fauntleroy as Detective Casey Stoner
OAKDALE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL - Dr. Bob Hughes and Michele walks up to Rachel and Carl.
Rachel: Dr. Hughes thank you for doing this.
Bob: Mac was a good friend of mine. It’s my pleasure to help.
Carl: So what did you find?
    Bob gives them a paper.
Bob: I made some phone calls to my colleagues at Bay City General. Here it is.
Rachel and Carl look at the paper as Bob walks away.
    Carl: It’s true.
    Michele: What’s true?
    Rachel: You are really Michele.
Michele: Now can you take me home?
    Rachel straddles Michele’s hair.
Rachel: I think we’ve all had a long night. Let’s get a couple of rooms at the Lakeview and we’ll head to Bay City in the morning.
Michele: What if my great-grandfather finds us?
Rachel: He’s not gonna do anything. I won’t let him.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MONTICELLO POLICE STATION - Detective Jack Snyder walks in the precinct and Detective Casey Stoner greets him.
    Jack: Detective?
    Casey: We got her.
    Jack: Where is Margaret?
Casey turns around and shows Jack where she is. Margaret is sitting handcuffed to a desk.
Casey: She was about to inject Lisa McCleary with a strong sedative when we stopped her.
    Jack: Where is Lisa?
Casey: She’s unconscious. She can’t answer any questions, but she’s in a safe place now.
The detectives turn their attention to Margaret Allen.
Casey: You can question her if you want.
Jack: I don’t want to intrude on your jurisdiction.
Casey: It’s no problem. The suspect hasn’t been too cooperative.
Margaret: Don’t I get a phone call? I get one phone call.
Jack: You’re gonna call your boss?
Margaret: I hope you don’t think I’m gonna give him up because I’m not. I’m not saying a word without my attorney present.
Jack: Go ahead . Make your call.
The three stare at each other.
Margaret: May I have some privacy please?
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BAY CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT - Toni is on the phone with her back turned to the door with Etta Mae next to her.
Toni: He told me to call you. How fast can you get there? Okay. You can’t tell anyone that about this. Thank you.
    Etta Mae: Who was that?
Toni: Ma we’re gonna get KC out of there.
Etta Mae: You can’t guarantee that.
Toni: Nothing in life is mama, but I’m doing everything I can.
Etta Mae: Get my granddaughter back.
Toni: And she’s my daughter. We’re gonna get her back. I promise.
Toni takes a key off of her key ring.
Toni: Go to my house and get some rest. I will be in touch as soon as I hear something. I’ll walk you out.
Toni walks Etta Mae to the front, and Allen walks in.
Allen: Toni we gotta talk right now. Please.
Etta Mae: Baby you ain’t gotta say nothing…
Toni: No mama. We have to talk. It’s long overdue.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CAVANAUGH CLINIC - Reginald comes up to KC, who is still bound and gagged. He takes the gag off, and unties her. Reginald walks back to his desk, sits down, and watches as KC makes a run for the door, but can’t get out.

Reginald: As you’ve just figured out, the door’s locked.
K.C.: Let me out of here….please.
Reginald: Why are you so quick to leave? Don’t you wanna get to know your great grandfather? K.C.: What the hell are you talking about?
Reginald: I suppose Toni and Etta Mae never told you. We’re family.
K.C. gives Reginald a puzzling look as Reginald shoots a smug smile back.

    PART 2
LAKEVIEW HOTEL - Rachel, dressed in a white nightgown, and Carl, wearing gray silk pajamas, are in their room. Rachel is at the vanity mirror brushing her hair while Carl lies across the bed, gazing at his wife.
Carl: Did I ever tell you?
    Rachel: Tell me what honey?
Carl: I absolutely adore the way you brush your hair.
    Rachel chuckles.
Rachel: After all these years you still make me blush.
Carl: I guess I always thought you were beautiful.
Rachel: Did you now? When did this begin?
Rachel puts the brush down, and walks to the bed. Carl moves over to the left side of the bed, and gets under the covers. Rachel gets under the covers on the right side. Carl wraps his arms around her, and Rachel snuggles comfortably in them.
    Carl: Uh I don’t know.
Rachel: Oh you know. You just don’t wanna tell me.
Carl: I’m not afraid to tell you. You know how beautiful you are.
Rachel: I know that, but it does help to hear it from my husband.
Carl: And you’re gonna hear it for the rest of your life.
Rachel: Why don’t you show me how beautiful you think I am?
As Carl gets ready to kiss Rachel, someone knocks on the door.
Rachel: Did you call room service honey?
    Carl: No.
Suddenly, they hear Michele as she knocks.
Michele: Mr. and Mrs. Hutchins it’s Michele!
Rachel and Carl look at each other with waiting for the other to get the door, and a bit frustrated as their attempt to make love is interrupted. Rachel puts on a terrycloth robe and opens the door.
Rachel: Michele honey are you okay?
Michele: No. I couldn’t sleep. Can I come in?
    Rachel: Um...uh...sure. Come on in.
Michele walks in and notices Carl, and then makes a realization.
    Michele: Oh...Oh I’m so sorry.
Carl: No my dear it’s okay.
Rachel: Carl’s right. You’ve been through a terrible ordeal. Of course you can stay honey.
    Michele: I’m afraid.
    Rachel: Of what?
Michele: That Reginald is gonn try to take me away again. I heard he tried to kidnap my sister.
Rachel and Carl look at each other wondering whether they should tell Michele what Reginald did.
Rachel: Hey are you hungry? I can call room service.
Michele: I’m not hungry. Did Reginald try to kidnap my sister?
    Rachel: Yes...yes he did.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MONTICELLO POLICE STATION - Jack walks up to Margaret.
    Jack: Are you done?
Margaret: Yes I’m done. My attorney should be showing up soon.
Jack: In the meantime we’re gonna hold you. I’m gonna call Casey.
Margaret: After my lawyer gets here, I’ll tell you where my boss is. Well, there she is.
A woman with red high heeled shoes, and a matching red sparkled dress, sashays into the precinct.
Margaret: Your highness. It’s a honor to be graced with your presence.
Jack: Are you an attorney or royalty?
Margaret: Both. She’s not only my attorney, she’s the queen. Pay your respects!
    The woman is Cecile DePouglinac.
Cecile: You don’t know who I am?
    Jack: Um...no.
Margaret: You must live under a rock detective.
Cecile: I am the Queen of Tanquir. It’s not too far from Montega. Sierra and I have fostered a great working relationship between our two countries.
    Jack: Sierra Montgomery?
    Cecile: Yeah duh.
Margaret: I will tell them where my boss is.
Cecile: No need for you to do that. I’ve already called the police, and they’ll be picking him up any minute now.
Jack: Not so fast. How am I gonna verify who you are?
    Casey walks up to them.
Casey: I’ve made all the phone calls. It checks out. She is who she says she is, and I’ve got men on the way to the Cavanaugh Clinic to pick up Reginald Love now.
    Cecile smiles with apparent victory.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Toni shuts her office door after Allen enters.
    Allen: Have you heard anything?
Toni: No, but we both know you’re not here to talk about the kidnapping.
Allen: I’m here to talk about K.C.
Toni: Why? You don’t know about anything about her!
Allen: Toni you dont’ have to be hostile toward me.
Toni: Yes I do! You left our marriage because you wanted to find your mother. I was devastated. I had to stay with my mother because of what you did!
Allen: I thought you understood. I thought I had a lead on Nicole.
Toni: Instead you found your bastard of a grandfather, and he made you his lackey just like he did to his own son.
Allen: He said he knew where my mother was.
Toni: Oh yeah the same woman he was keeping locked up at Pinehaven! He used it against you! You left your family behind, and I’m still mad as hell about it!
Toni’s eyes being to well up with anger.
Allen: Toni I am so sorry for hurting you, but you knew I grew up in boarding schools, and then in the Montgomery’s house with Priscilla. I needed a sense of family.
Toni: I was your family. We were your family.
Allen: We? Who else? You said you lost our baby.
    Toni: I lied.
    Allen: You what?
Toni: I lied Allen! I had our baby, and now your sadistic, crazy ass grandfather has her!
Allen is shell shocked and his eyes are welling up.
Allen: That girl...K.C. I saw you in the Center with..she’s our daughter?
Toni: And if we don’t find Reginald, we might never see her again.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
K.C.: What the hell are you talking about? I don’t know you.
Reginald: No you don’t know me.
K.C.: I’ve heard of you, here and there.
Reginald: Apparently, you haven’t heard the truth either.
    K.C.: The truth from whom?
    Reginald: Your mother.
K.C.: What would my mother lie to me about?
Reginald: You young people need everything spelled out for you huh. I often had to do that with your cousins Bridget and Michele.
K.C.: What is in this for you? Why are you all mysterious? Just ell me. What did my mother and my sister not tell me?
Reginald: You see that’s what they didn’t tell you. Your mother and your sister lied to you. They’re not your mother and your sister.
K.C.: What? You’re deranged. You’re crazy, now let me the hell out of here!
The Monticello police kick the door in with their guns drawn. Reginald stands up, puts his hands where the officers can see them, and smiles.
Reginald: Oh...Monticello Police. I’ve been expecting you.

PART 1 - AT THE PARK
Sebastian West walks into the park with his book bag and sits on the bench. He looks to the left, then to the right and is certain that nobody is there. He takes out a small bag of marijuana, then looks for something else while focused on the bag.
    Sebastian: Dammit.
Sydney offers him a lighter. This breaks his focus on the bag and he looks up at her.
Sydney: Looks like you need one of these.
    Sebastian: Thank you.
He reaches out for the lighter, but Sydney pulls it back.
Sydney: So are you gonna smoke that all by yourself?
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MICHAEL’S APARTMENT - Kiki walks in with a gift bag, smiles, and takes a red teddy out of it. She turns to the table, which is pristinely set with two candles, handkerchiefs, silverware, two champagne glasses, and a silver, ice filled bucket with a bottle of champagne in it. She then gets a call on her cell phone.
Kiki: Hmm if it isn’t my sexy fiance. Wait till you get home.
Michael is at ELQ sitting at his desk staring at his computer.
Michael: Hey babe. I’m...gonna be home a little late tonight.
    ---
    Kiki: Let me guess...ELQ stuff.
    ---
Michael: Yeah we just got word that they’re gonna announce the winning bid for the Waterfront Project. I’m sorry. I promise I’ll make it up to you.
    ---
Kiki (sighing): Okay. I can’t lie and say I’m not disappointed.
    ---
Michael: I know I know. I’ll see you later. Love you.
    ---
    Kiki: Love you, too.

    AT THE QUARTERMAINES..
Monica steps away from the living room door as she talks to Tracy.
Monica: I’m gonna do whatever it takes to keep Carly away from Jason.
Tracy: And how do you plan on doing that? It hasn’t worked all these years. What makes you think it’s gonna be effective now?
Monica: I brought down Sonny Corinthos didn’t I?
Monica flashes back to giving a recording of Sonny admitting that he shot A.J. to Anna Devane…
    Anna: What is this?
Monica: Listen to it. It’ll get you the fish you’ve been trying to catch for years.
Monica flashes back to the present.
Tracy: I don’t know how you managed to pull that off, but Carly isn’t gonna be that simple.
Monica: Trust me none of this is easy, but I’ll be damned if I let Carly destroy my other son.
Monica and Tracy turn around and there are Carly and Jason

    PART 2
Sebastian and Sydney are sitting next to each other on the park bench, and they have just finished smoking a joint.
Sebastian: You better not tell anyone about this.
Sydney: Oh please. It’s not the end of the world if someone finds you smoke weed. Besides, can you tell me where I can get some more of this good stuff from?
Sebastian: How do I know you’re not a narc?
    Sydney immediately stands up.
Sydney: Don’t be ridiculous. Narcs normally don’t smoke joints!
Sebastian: Find your own weed guy.
    Sydney: You’re a total ass!
    Sebastian: Thank you.
    Sydney: I’m hungry.
Sebastian: Go get something to eat then.
    Sydney: Ugh!
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Morgan is outside of Kelly’s sitting on a bench, and Kiki walks up. Morgan notices her.
    Morgan: Hey Kiki.
    Kiki: Morgan what’s up?
Morgan: Just went for a run. What’s up with you?
Kiki: Nothing, just getting something to eat.
Morgan: Are you sure that’s it?
    Kiki sighs.
    Kiki: No it’s not.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Carly: I would never hurt Jason.
Monica: You...are poison. I lost one son because of you and Sonny and I won’t stand by and watch that happen again!
Carly: I’m sorry, Monica, for your loss. I wouldn’t know what to do if I lost Michael or Morgan, but A.J. made his own choices.
Monica: You’re a human tornado. You leave destruction in your wake.
    Jason: Mom that’s enough.
Monica: It’s true. You need to stay away from Carly before she destroys you.
Tracy: Jason we’ve gotta get to ELQ. The winning bids are gonna be announced soon.
Tracy walks out the door, and as she closes the front door, she walks and looks in her purse for something. Suddenly, Sydney bumps into her, and Tracy notices a lighter that falls out of Sydney’s purse.
Sydney: My God! Not only are you a bitch, you’re a clumsy bitch.
    Tracy picks up the lighter.
Tracy: Hmm what would this be for?
Sydney: What is it to you?
Sydney tries to walk past Tracy but Tracy stops her.
    Tracy: You wreak!
    Sydney: Wreaks of what?
Tracy: Are you really gonna try to play coy with me Syd?
Sydney: I don’t know what you’re talking about.
    Tracy: Pot!
Sydney: I can’t wait till Luke gets back. It’s been a long time for you hasn’t it? You really need to find a hobby.
Tracy: Does Maya know that you light up joints?
Sydney: She knows all about that.
Tracy: Maybe where you lived before, but not here in Port Charles.
Sydney: Is there a point you’re trying to make?
Tracy: I bet Maya would ship you to an iron clad, maximum security, prison-like rehab facility. In fact, why don’t we call her right now and let her know...
Sydney (grabbing Tracy’s phone): Please...don’t tell my sister.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jason: Mom can you watch Danny while I go to the office? Sam should be coming soon to get him.
Monica: Of course I’d watch my grandson.
Carly: I have to go to the MetroCourt.
Monica: On your way out of Port Charles I hope.
Monica walks into the living room and sits on the couch as she watches Danny continue to play with his toys.
Monica: Hey there my little grandson. Oh I just so wish Alan were here to see you. I’m gonna be in your life as much as possible.
Robin walks in with a suitcase, and Monica does not hear or see her immediately.
Monica: I never even got to know your brother Jake, but your big brother, Michael is thriving, and running ELQ.
Robin: Big brother Michael? Monica what are you talking about? The only brother Danny had was Jake.
Monica turns around and is shocked.

    PART 1
    AT MAXIE’S APARTMENT
    Maxie Jones (KIRSTEN STORMS)
    Felicia Scorpio (KRISTINA WAGNER)
Maxie walks out into the living room with a blouse and jeans on to answer the door. It’s Felicia.
    Felicia: Hiiii honey.
    Maxie: Hey mom.
Felicia (walking in and looking around): Where’s Levi?
Maxie: He took his yoga mat and went to the park.
    --------------------
    AT THE PARK…
    Levi Dunkleman (ZACHARY GARRED)
    Detective Nathan West (RYAN PEAVEY)
Levi is on his yoga mat stretching while a shirtless Nathan has decided to take a break from his run in the same area after he notices Levi. Levi notices Nathan and stops his routine. He takes a towel and wipes his face and faces Nathan.
    Levi: Hey mate!
Nathan: This is Port Charles not the outback.
Levi: Why are you being so hostile toward me?
Nathan: Because you’re up to no good. You made Maxie lose her child.
Levi: Are you projecting detective? As I recall, you were the one who lied on the stand.
Nathan: And you called the judge and told him.
Levi: Well as far as Maxie is concerned, you’re blowing a bunch of hot air.
Nathan: I’m not gonna stop until I prove to Maxie what kind of guy you really are.
Levi: And I suppose she’s gonna leave me and go running to your waiting arms. You really should move on.
    -----------
Felicia: Are you ready for your trip?
Maxie: Yess, so ready. I can’t wait to get away from here.
Felicia: Do you mean Port Charles...or Nathan?
    ----------
Nathan: You’re awfully sure of yourself aren’t you Dunkleman? Levi: I always am. That’s what Maxie loves about me. You on the other hand, blew the case against Silas Clay. You were so determined to pin your sister’s murder on him. Turns out Nina is alive and she’s not even your sister. So you see, a screw up like you doesn’t scare me at all.
Nathan: You think you’re squeaky clean. Nobody is squeaky clean. Especially not you.
Levi: I feel great when it comes to you looking for dirt to throw on me, because you won’t find any.
Nathan: I’ll be watching you like a hawk. Remember that.
Nathan turns around and goes to finish his run.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
    AT THE QUARTERMAINES...
    Jason Quartermaine (BILLY MILLER)
    Robin Scorpio (ELIZABETH HENDRICKSON)
    Carly Jacks (LAURA WRIGHT)
Robin walks into the living room, where Jason is with Danny. Danny is off at watchable short distance playing with his toys as Robin approaches Jason.
    Jason takes a deep breath.
Robin: I’m going over to Patrick’s.
    Jason: Oh yeah that’s right.
    Robin: He’s Emma’s father.
Jason: I wonder how he’s gonna take it when you tell him you’re going back to Africa.
    Robin: I gotta go.
She kisses Jason and on the way out, Carly walks in and she half-heartedly says hello to Robin, and Robin does the same to Carly and leaves. Carly mutters “bitch” under her breath and goes to hug Jason.
    Jason: Heeeyyy heyyy heyyyy.
Carly: How are you? We haven’t talked in a while.
Jason: I’m great. Never better. Look at my son.
Carly: Reminds me of Michael and Morgan when they used to play with their toys.
    Jason: I remember.
Carly: You know he’s looking more and more like you all the time.
Jason: I’m grateful. Robin saved my life.
Carly rolls her eyes at the mention of Robin.
Jason: Come on you guys should be over all that.
Carly: I don’t think I ever will. She had no right telling A.J. the truth. Everyone believed that you were Michael’s father, and that’s how it should have stayed, but that sanctimonious witch had to open her mouth. I wish you were Michael’s biological father.
    -----
MEANWHILE, OUTSIDE THE LIVING ROOM DOOR…
Monica (LESLIE CHARLESON) has heard what Carly just said to Jason.
Monica: That’s because he is, and you will never know the truth.
Tracy (JANE ELLIOT) is walking down the stairs and startles Monica.
    Tracy: Monica. Are you eavesdropping?

    ----------------------------------------PART 2-----------------------------------------
Maxie: Why is Nathan so suspicious of Levi all the time? Levi has done nothing wrong.
Felicia: Well you gotta admit some things are a little fishy.
Maxie: Are you talking about the courthouse stuff mom? Levi said he had nothing to do with the judge finding out that Nathan lied on my behalf so I could see my daughter. You sound like Mac now.
    Felicia: And the immigration?
Maxie: Nathan called the I.C.E. so Levi can get deported. Nathan clearly has it in for him, and I’m sick of it. It will do us good to get away.
Felicia: How well...do you really know him?
Maxie: Levi has been a positive influence on me. He’s taught me how to be healthy and to trust in the universe, and it’s helped for the most part. I’m so glad I met him while I was away finding myself.
Felicia: I just don’t want you to get hurt. You should get to know Levi better before you go any further. Look, I didn’t come all the way over here to argue with you about your boyfriend.
Maxie: Oh so you came to see your beautiful daughter.
    Felicia reaches into her purse.
Felicia: That and to give you this.
Maxie’s eyes widen with surprise as Felicia gives her the Aztec Artifact necklace.
Maxie: Wait wait wait mom. You’re gonna give that to me?
Felicia: Why not? It’s a family heirloom. Your grandmother wore it, and she passed it on to me, and now I’m passing it on to you.
Felicia goes behind Maxie and fastens the clasp so Maxie can wear it.
Felicia: It belongs to you know.
    Maxie: Wow mom. I...thank you.
    They hug.
Felicia: I’m gonna get down to the Floating Rib and see what Mac is up to. I love you.
Maxie: I love you, too mom.
Felicia opens the door and there is Levi.
    Felicia: Levi.
    Levi: Hello Felicia.
    Felicia: I was just leaving.
    Maxie: Hi. How was yoga?
Levi notices the necklace, but hides his shock. He flashes back to (Episode 9) when he first noticed the necklace on Felicia in front of Kelly’s.
    Levi: It...it was great...as always.
Maxie: Look what my mom gave me. It’s the necklace that you were fascinated.
Levi: That’s the prettiest necklace ever.
    -----------------
Jason: Look I know that you and Robin are never gonna be friends, but can you both try to get along at least for my sake.
Carly: We’ve made some headway over the years, but gosh every time I look at her, I remember the chain of events she set in motion when she told AJ that he was Michael’s father. I don’t even know what Patrick saw in her.
    ----------------
    AT THE DRAKE’S.
    Patrick Drake (JASON THOMPSON)
Robin knocks and a clean shaven Patrick opens the door, and he lets her in.
Robin: Wow. You look...this place looks…
Patrick: Clean? Yes I’ve decided that I need to get clean.
Robin: That’s...wonderful Patrick. That’s great news. Emma’s gonna need her dad, and so will Gabriel. Have you told Sabrina?
Patrick: No I haven’t called her yet.
Robin: Maybe she’ll soften her stance a bit and bring your son to Port Charles to see you. What made you decide to get help?
Patrick: Emma, Gabriel. I want my children in my life. I need my kids in my life.
Robin: And they need you. That’s what I came here to tell you. I’m leaving Port Charles.
Patrick: Who are you going to save this time?
Robin: AMFAR called me, so I’m going to Africa to help the children.
    Patrick: What about Emma?
Robin: She’s gonna live with my mom and Duke. I’ve given her instructions that you can still have your supervised visits with Emma, but if things change with you. If you get better, she has my proxy to go to the court and lift that provision.
    --------------------------
Jason: Don’t talk about Robin like that.
Carly: She’s still as high and mighty as she’s always been.
Jason: Can we change the subject?
Jason first looks over at Danny and then Carly follows suit.
Carly: A.J. might still be alive, if you turned out to be Michael’s father. Do you ever wonder how things may have turned out if that was the case?
    Jason: Yeah...I do.
    -------------------------
Monica: Don’t you have anything better to do Tracy? Go call Ned or Dillon. When was the last time you talked to your sons?
Tracy: As a matter of fact I am on my way to ELQ so we can watch the press conference. They’re gonna announce who they’re going to award the waterfront property to.
Monica: Hopefully it will be my grandson who wins.
Tracy: Wait a minute don’t try to change the subject. What are you doing eavesdropping on a private conversation?
Monica: It’s Carly and Jason, and Carly’s reminiscing.
    Tracy: About what?
Monica: I remember when Hurricane Carly blew into Port Charles and left a wake of destruction, and yet she’s sitting in my living room shooting the breeze with my son about what happened to A.J.
