August 25, 201015 yr Member I think what bothers me most is that she was the longest remaining contract cast member. I mean, I guess GH has never treated her like royalty like they do with Lucci at AMC or even Slezak at OLTL but that's still a huge deal and it's being disrespected hardcore. and there was a time when Rachel Ames was the longest remaining contract cast member and they dropped her to recurring. As they also did to Jackie Zeman, Stuart Damon, etc.... Leslie is lucky she lasted as long as she did and didnt get dropped years ago like they did
August 25, 201015 yr Member Tell me again, why is this show titled "General Hospital"? Because whenever someone gets shot or blown up by someone in the mob, that is usually where they go ... and it happens about once a week.
August 25, 201015 yr Member and there was a time when Rachel Ames was the longest remaining contract cast member and they dropped her to recurring. Yes, GH has a history of demoting talented vets while those who have driven their ratings to all time lows go nowhere.
August 25, 201015 yr Member i think she would be great on Days of Our lives as what not sure? but they seem to be taking in alot of vets from other soaps... She was my dream Laura Horton cause Jamie Lyn Bauer was never it for me.
August 25, 201015 yr Member If I am nor mistaken she has been on even less this year than the last few years.
August 26, 201015 yr Member That's no surprise. Look how GH treats Genie. What's Genie got to do with it - she whines to the press and we're supposed to feel sorry for her lack of self-respect? Totally different situation. and there was a time when Rachel Ames was the longest remaining contract cast member and they dropped her to recurring. As they also did to Jackie Zeman, Stuart Damon, etc.... Leslie is lucky she lasted as long as she did and didnt get dropped years ago like they did Rachel Ames retired on her own, she wasn't dropped to the best of my understanding. Much like John Clarke on Days. GH can't be blamed for the choices the actors make themselves.
August 26, 201015 yr Member Rachel Ames was dropped to recurring in 2003 before she officially retired in 2007. Edited August 26, 201015 yr by Y&RWorldTurner

Real nice So talking to the press is whining? LMAO. I bet if it were anyone else it wouldn't be............... How is it different? It's not that different, I won't be shocked if Monica is next to die. Guza hates Q's.

I dont get all the GF worship, it isnt as if she has been loyal to gh. Sure, she us a huge reason it became a hit, but at the same time it is the reason she became a soap star. They owe her nothing, she owes them nothing. The diff is no other soap wants her now and she wants back on GH but they dont want/need her. Welcome to hollywood.
