December 29, 200916 yr Member I'm looking forward to Tad/Liza. I would love it if Lorraine Broderick brought back WRCW as a backdrop for those two. Bring back ratings-obsessed station-manager Liza!
December 29, 200916 yr Member There is a shocking death on DOOL? I can't believe they would kill anyone on that cover.
December 29, 200916 yr Member There is a shocking death on DOOL? I can't believe they would kill anyone on that cover. It's not. It's Mickey, aka a death affecting everyone on the cover. Thanks Angela Can someone tell me if it says Walt Willey signed a new contract of if "back on AMC" just means recurring?
December 29, 200916 yr Member Wow, when was the last time Suzanne Rogers or the Hayeses made the cover of SOD?
December 29, 200916 yr Member Can someone tell me if it says Walt Willey signed a new contract of if "back on AMC" just means recurring? No contract yet. He'll be taping a couple of episodes in January and Agnes Nixon and Susan Lucci are advocating for more. Edited December 29, 200916 yr by LeClerc
December 29, 200916 yr Member Yay for Suzanne Rogers on the cover! I know who dies, and I cannot WAIT to see the aftermath.
December 29, 200916 yr Member It's not. It's Mickey, aka a death affecting everyone on the cover. WOAH. Is it really Mickey ?!?!?!!? That's a tragedy! He has been on the show for so long (though the original actor left in 2004, i believe?) Do you know when it is going to happen? Edited December 29, 200916 yr by SoapBoy94
December 29, 200916 yr Member Can someone tell me if it says Walt Willey signed a new contract of if "back on AMC" just means recurring? I'm assuming he's just back for the 40th then he'll join Reggie at everlasting basketball camp. Which is apparently located in Dillon, TX. And football. Edited December 29, 200916 yr by marceline
December 30, 200916 yr Member I'm assuming he's just back for the 40th then he'll join Reggie at everlasting basketball camp. Which is apparently located in Dillon, TX. And football. I was at my parents for Christmas, and they have DirectTV. So I was watching Friday Night Lights and saw Michael B. Jordan. I was like, "Our Reggie is ALL grown-up!"
December 30, 200916 yr Member Wow, when was the last time Suzanne Rogers or the Hayeses made the cover of SOD? 2004, during the god-awful Captive Island/SSK crap. P.S. Looking forward to seeing *this* story play out!
December 30, 200916 yr I'm surprised Days got the cover this week. I knew this story was coming up and it was a possibility but I thought they might go with AMC to honor its 40th Anniversary. As sad as the Days death is I feel its the right time for this story. I just hope Days does it justice. I haven't heard anything about any returns for this storyline. There should be some Hortons coming back to Salem for this to really do it right.
December 30, 200916 yr Member yay for Days and Suzanne! I think last time she was on the cover was during the SSK/Island storyline. I am glad they are killing Mickey, its been past time for awhile now IMHO. I am more excited to see Suzanne play her storyline after his death and hope she gets good stuff. I am worried there are no funeral returns, because his funeral would be mid/late jan and we have not heard about any returns yet and Days tapes like 6 weeks ahead. but maybe its all secret like Anna's return.
December 30, 200916 yr Member I was at my parents for Christmas, and they have DirectTV. So I was watching Friday Night Lights and saw Michael B. Jordan. I was like, "Our Reggie is ALL grown-up!" He's doing wonderful work on FNL. His character is very much like Reggie but you can see how MBJ has grown as an actor and gives him more layers. He seems to be struggling with the accent a little, though. His scenes with Kyle Chandler make me very homesick for Reggie and Jack and Lily and the whole Kane/Montgomery blended family from the South side of Hell. I know a lot of people hated that period but it was one of the few times I could stand Kendall and Greenlee because occasionally they remembered they had siblings who weren't narcissists with borderline personality order. Anyway back to your regularly scheduled thread. Yay Days!
