-I'm glad something happened in BH's last episode and had good scenes with Carly, Parker and that lovely toast with the vets.

-I was hoping for a message from one of TPTB to tell the audience about BH's death instead of the In Memoriam. Oh well... *sigh*

********************************************************

-I am so sick of this Paul crap. It's the SAME DIALOGUE over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

I'm hoping the case holds up and we get a big juicy trial. I don't want some pathetic little hearing.

I wan't drama, drama, DRAMA!

-Bored by Casey and Maddie. Lia's coming back into the picture?

Wake me when it's over.

-Colleen Zenk Pinter for this week's Top Ten!

Today was a lot better than yesterday IMO. I'm so glad that they gave that island crap a rest. It made today so much more enjoyable. Also, we weren't stuck w/ Dusty all the time. Thank God!

--I loved, loved, loved the ending. It's so sad, though, that this is the last time we'll see Ben. :( I still can't believe it. I'm really glad that I started taping and saving all the episodes in Jan. now.

--Roger Howarth looks a lot better when he's in a suit, instead of in his scruffy-wear. Paul should wear a suit 24/7, and maybe I'd like him just a little bit more. As for Emily, this girl needs serious help. She was always a few fries short of a happy meal, but now she's borderline pathetic.

--The minute Paul's hair starts looking decent, Damian's hair looks like crap. Paolo needs to get his hair cut and get a better dye job. He must have been using Jon Hensley's high-lighting kit.

--I guess now Parker's going to use his psychic powers to try to reunite Carly and Jack. The kid who plays him, though, is really cute.

LOL! You are always on target with your ATWT posts!,Ms Walsh! I agree with what you said.

I loved the scene with Barbara giving Will his trust fund back and being so sweet to Gwen. How long is that going to last?

I loved Meg sticking up for Emily but Em did get on my nerves today.

I agree that Paolo Seganti needs help, especially if they are going to put him with Lucy!

NO Simon,Katie and Mike-that made it better for me.

The end scene with the toast was poignant since we know that is Ben H's last day. I sure hope they do right by him in a good tribute.

Did you know.......the actor who played the minister,Reathel Bean, was the voice of H.B.Lewis when Josh heard him speak to him on the Guiding Light's Josh ITL Wednesday?

Here's what they wrote at TVguide.com: (Sorry if this isn't allowed mods.)

I just finished watching [sniff... Sniff...]Jennifer Munson Donovan's memorial service and the reception afterward on As the World Turns.

Tears welled up in my eyes as grieving mother Barbara Ryan — the divine Colleen Zenk Pinter — did her best to hold it together with grace and compassion for her fellow mourners. When she lifted her champagne flute for that toast to Jennifer, Barbara choked up — and so did I!

(By now, I'm sure it's obvious to all that ATWT never intended to recast the role of Jen after Jennifer Ferrin's departure from the CBS soap. Any rumors you may have read elsewhere about other actresses auditioning for the part were pure hokum.)

The saddest part of today's ATWT was that we knew we were tuning in for the late Benjamin Hendrickson's final episode as Hal Munson. The last line Hal spoke on the air was, appropriately enough, to ex-wife Barbara: "I brought cider for the kids."

When I started watching ATWT back in the late '80s, Hal and Barbara's tumultuous marriage was a big draw for me. So it was very significant to me that Hal's last scene included Barbara and that they had come to a place of peace with one another. It's also great that longtime Oakdale residents like Margo, Tom, Kim, Nancy, Lisa, et al. were in that scene. Did my heart good.

By the way, I was also very touched by the outpouring of thoughtful, caring comments to my first and second Soaps News postings about Hendrickson's sudden passing. I've never been prouder to be part of this TVGuide.com Community.

:( :( :( That's really touching!

So yeah, I don't care what happens tomorrow and Friday. I'm joining the bandwagon for Ben and Colleen in the top 10 next week. :)

PS: Okay, so what sick mind started the rumor that Nancy St. Alban was going to be the new Jennifer?!? Anyone remember that one? I nearly fainted when I heard that one. :o

hahahahaha........I think I was the one who posted that little jewel! I had seen it on a "reliable" board.

Glad it wasn't that "reliable" :D:D:D:D:D

Forgive me ,Ms Walsh!!!!!

I will miss the character of Jennifer though!

LOL! Actually, I think SOD was the one that started the whole rumor. Go figure!:rolleyes: In one issue, they had a photo of someone who auditioned for the role of Jen. Meanwhile, all the spoilers were saying that she was dying.

Dear, it's been like that since May!

And the thing that annoys me is how Meg and Paul say things to each other that really just don't need to be seen. Last week, there were times when Bob or Lucy would say something regarding Jen's health, and Paul would go repeat it to Meg and that was it. WHY!?

PEM have been on repeat for months now. I could go weeks on end w/o watching their scenes, and the minute I start watching them again, nothing has changed! It's the same crap! And the worst part is that the only time we see Susan is when she's kissing up to Emily. Please give this woman a man or a career outside of the hospital! Honestly...Marie Masters deserves better than the crap they give her. But maybe I shouldn't complain...at least we see Susan once in a while.

They've been frontburner since before January when Emily shot Paul. Enough is enough. Put them on backburner isle alongside Katie, Mike, and Dusty. The little demon spawn isn't coming in a while. I predict Halloween...b/c that's an appropriate birthday for this child. But of course, we're going to get a long custody battle. I'm sure that is going to be longer than Emily's actual trial. Neither of those losers deserves that baby. I'd rather see Grandpa James raise the baby than either of those two losers at this point.

Can someone KILL Dusty please? Or make him mute? Cause he's pretty, but everytime he opens his mouth I wanna stuff a sock in it.

I don't even find Dusty attractive anymore. His hair bugs the hell out of me.
