This is literally not relevant, but I remember when RJ's Lexie was presumed dead and came out of a tunnel or cave ninja kicking or something and it was amazingly bad. She still sold it.

It was sometime around like 2006-2007, I think.

Andre had made her and Tek disappear, but then she was found locked away in an underground tunnel. Which was the place where she inhaled the toxic fumes that gave her the brain tumor that "killed" her.

I can't see NC coming out like that though 😂

Idk why I remember the scene so vividly. I assume it was a stunt double but she was like cartwheeling out of that tunnel.

NC's Lexie thinks sexy time is her in lululemon leggings after a spot of tea. At least RJ's Lexie was a known bored cheater on the regular lol.

Well, that's too bad. I barely remember him, but I do recall Lexie was into him and cheating on Abe with him a few different times. Honestly, Lexie is lowkey a horrible wife and shouldn't shame Paulina and Abe. She was dead for a million years. Did she just want Abe to stare at her picture or something forever?

Exactly.

All the more reason why this storyline didn't need to happen. I can't even believe that it was approved. Corday basically gives his head writer's free reign, but I wish Noel Maxam or somebody had stepped in and tried to get it rejected.

Today's episode started off kinda slow, but got better as it went on.

Xander and Sarah, and the interactions they had with other characters were the best part of today. I like the way that he continues to be there for her. And even though I'm not a fan of all this focus on EJ and the Dimeras, I also like that the two of them and their drama is being tied to the Coriseal storyline and Holly's illness. Things always work a lot better when individual storylines are tied together under one big umbrella, IMO. And now that Sarah found Johnny's clue, and Brady and Xander suspect that EJ was the one responsible for all of this, I'm looking forward to seeing what happens.

But yeah, they're still missing the mark with Johnny. Turning him into EJ's lapdog is not the right move, and I really hope that there's a twist coming at some point, especially with Johnny's declaration at the end.

As for Kristen vs. Gwen, like I've said before lol I would've enjoyed those scenes a lot more if they had involved any characters other than the two of them, and Leo. Gwen did have a lot of good points though.

Steve and Kayla were really sweet too. I'm glad that they're a stable couple.

F*ck off, Lexie. You should've stayed dead.

And honestly, f*ck off, EJ too.

It's too bad because she did bring up a lot of good points in her scenes with him today, but I just don't care. I feel absolutely nothing every time this storyline gets featured. And surprisingly, I didn't think Dan's acting was all that good today either. It's like he was trying too hard today, and as a result, just came off like such a blubbering mess. There's been so much focus on EJ lately, but maybe it really is time to write him off.

I also didn't have much of an interest in Chanel's scenes at first either, but they got better as the episode went on. I liked that Theo had someone to talk to about everything that happened with Gabi and I wish those scenes had gone on longer. The pacing has been off with the whole Theo/Gabi/Philip situation and I'd like to see it get picked up again. There's still plenty of meat left in that story. And I would much rather have seen Theo and Chanel talk more about that, rather than her history with Joy.

Speaking of Joy, Stephanie's such a douche 😂

But I don't mind it. It all makes sense based on the storyline and everything that's happened to her lately. She got a lot nicer during her talk with Chanel though. I like this friendship that the two of them have been having lately. Hopefully, Stephanie will need it sooner or later lol she needs an alternative to Alex.

I don't know why Lexie isn't using her medical background. Looking at Rolf's research, drugs, experiments, etc. She's a Dr. She could possibly work with Rolf to figure this out or get better grasp on what's happening. Maybe get a second opinion from her friend Kayla or meet Mark or something? You think Lexie would be a little more proactive even if there is only a small hope. Instead, she fights with EJ and wastes time.

I actually really liked Tek. And didn’t Lexie basically cheat on Abe for sport and he just always eventually forgave her 😂

@AbcNbc247 informed me a few days ago they did not find Tek lol. I don't recall if they even mentioned him or just ignored it because the actor was gone.

Besides NC being an awful recast the show is writing Lexie like she was some sort of saint and she, Abe, and Theo were one big happy family for years. They are completely ignoring the fact she cheated on Abe every other year because she'd get bored and was a ho. That's legitimately part of her personality and character.

There were a lot of showdowns and encounters today. Some were good, some had me rolling my eyes.

I particularly enjoyed Alex and Stephanie's scenes. Alex is a little dumb and Stephanie is still a little douchy lol but they finally have some good, classic soap conflict. I don't find them boring anymore and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next for the two of them. And I'm glad that they each had someone to talk to about the mess that they're in. Philip comforting Stephanie was really nice. And although I'd still rather Stephanie turn to Xander, I wouldn't mind something happening between her and Philip. The last time they were paired, it was very rushed and too biased in favor of Alex. It would be nice to see how different writers would write for them. And I'd rather Philip move on with Stephanie than Gwen.

Speaking of Gwen, I didn't expect her to spend most of the episode getting trained by Tate. As nice as it is to see him working lol, I really, really hope that their scenes today aren't going to end up meaning something. And again, the music in Tate's gym 😂😂😂

And while Theo was a complete dick today, I did see some chemistry between him and Gabi. Nothing really explosive lol but there's something there. I'm interested in seeing what happens for the two of them, and if it's going to be tied to what Kristen revealed to him at the end.

But despite that, Kristen was one of the people who had me rolling my eyes today. It's time for her to go. She bitched so much about Stefano and EJ, yet she acts just like them. OK 😂
