Alexis is alone at the diner with her meal and a book; when Fergus arrives. He asks if she is dining alone. She says obviously, by choice. She tells him to feel free to move on -- "my salad is getting cold". He wonders what are the odds that they would both have chosen the same diner? She thinks he is following her. He sits down in the booth with her, she says go away. He says "but I haven't even ordered yet, how's the food?" She says "Now Fergus, am I going to have to report you to your own disciplinary committee for harassment?" He said he'll leave her alone after she answers his question - "why now?" Alexis asks if that's a metaphysical question. Fergus says he wants to know why is she trying to have her law license reinstated now, after all this time. Wow they are amazing. One minute and 19 seconds, but great. I can't do the clip justice in my description. Watch the clip if you can (I gave a youtube link). The repartee is wonderful.
