I've missed out on some of the history. Did Daniel and Heather ever marry?  Did Heather adopt Lucy? Or does Heather have any rights as stepparent, adoptive parent, or guardian of Lucy?

WOW,  surprised that Vail Bloom is returning as Heather.  I had a feeling Y&R might bring back Heather & Lucy.  I wonder if the rumored killing off of Paul will happen now.  OR will Y&R bring back Doug Davidson(Paul) too?

Thanks!  I know Daniel said Lucy has been staying in Europe with Heather.  I guess Heather is sort of an unofficial mother figure then?

I know Lucy's biological mother was Daisy, but I was wondering about the current arrangement - because Errol said Lucy is Heather and Daniel's daughter.
