And another thing, the dialogue is SO repetitive. Hope being more specific would at least offer some variation. We didn’t need three or four scenes of Steffy saying the same thing today, which is also the same thing she’s been saying for more than a week. 

Part of my annoyance is that Thomas and Steffy are adults with children why do they care so much about their parents reuniting? Steffy as an addict while having major issues with Brooke should understand and well we cannot have that.

Lord, Steffy was being annoying, but I cannot say that scene of her reading Brooke was not good. I expected Brooke to slap to be honest. 

 

Honorable mention to the camera work of Sheila talking to herself, smirking, and then the scene transitioned into Brooke and Ridge talking. Old school. Liked it.

It was annoying AF. I loathe that writing. 

I wish this show really delved into how broken and stunted as adults Steffy and Thomas are to be that invested in their parents’ relationships. So much time is wasted in all the repetition. They need Patrick Mulcahey on staff again.

Thinking about it, if they could recast Ridge and Taylor, you think recasting Brooke would ever happen should the day come?They knew Stephanie could never be replaced though! 

If KKL were to leave B&B, Bradley Bell wouldn't recast Brooke.  He'd just set fire to the sets.

Someone clearly was having a ball with the dialogue. Every word/quip out of Sheila's mouth. Brooke telling Ridge the truth when he already knew. KA getting ready to show angry Taylor. And then that punch. Friday cliffhanger material indeed.

 

I rolled my eyes at Steffy and Thomas, but their scenes were well acted (and Thomas's imitation of Brooke was a hoot), but ugh. 

 

 

Must be easy for JMW to remember her lines when she has the same ones over and over again. Curious what will lead her off screen for maternity leave.

Do we think Steffy is the likely center of that HUUUUUGE shocking game-changing upcoming "twist" they are... making... sure... to...tease...and...overtease and announce and publicize and hint at and that they really really really want us to know about?

 

For JMW's maternity leave, my guess is Steffy will just disappear for a little while with no explanation, like half of the cast does 😂

I still find it hard to believe that Quinn hasn't tracked down Sheila or Deacon and confronted them yet. Didn't they both try to kill her before?

It makes no sense for Quinn to be AWOL right now when she’s intimately tied to both the A (Sheila/Deacon/Brooke/Ridge) and B (Paris/Carter) stories. Bradley is such a clunky, simplistic, unsubtle storyteller.
