I agree all Im saying is IF Burton gets Vaxxed, I bet ABC would be open to him playing Jason again

As for Ingo, stick a fork in him, he's done

If we ever see Jax again itll be a recast

Carolyn Hennesy is on today. Any news on her? Is she out or did she vaccinate

Quoting SOD: "Though GH is not commenting on the contract status of several actors rumored to be exiting imminently, Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) seemingly confirmed that Ingo Rademacher is out"

--

"Several" ?

Carolyn Hennesy is recurring so it's hard to say. You can't "fire" a recurring actor. You just stop using them.

In any case you have to admire the skill it takes to manage to tweet something so abhorrent  that all his colleagues, including many he had good relations with, are overshadowing the "bittersweet" news of his exit by dumping on him for being an ass.
Couldn't have faked it being about principle long enough for his long-foreshadowed victimhood PR plan to work.

I really missed something here, it seems. I thought everyone loved her!

I think since this is fairly sudden, Jax will just leave the country rather than be killed. But maybe not, maybe we get one more chance for Carly and Joss to grieve and then yell at Nina about it (somehow it will be her fault).

I guess we get to see soon if it was more than Ingo and Steve. Really the only people we know for certain are vaxxed are the ones who have told us and the three college kids (since their schools required it)

I think you’re an absolute talent and you’re very beautiful as well. I don’t think a transphobic man would say that. I think you’re absolutely gorgeous, I really do.”

He seems to think by telling her she's attractive in his eyes is some sort of validation for her and proof of his sincerity.

Super weird comment.

    • yes. today Monday's episode started with words displayed "part 1" and ended with "to be continued"
    • I find Missy Reeve's views offensive and I don't want to defend her, but I don't think she ever said anything publicly about Days "gay content".   In fact, I don't think she's ever said anything negative about Days at all.  There's no indication Missy is difficult or unprofessional on set-except for the whole affair thing years ago lol-but that's a whole different topic. I can dislike Missy as a person and still think she's the perfect fit for Jen.  Cady tried and it didn't work for me.  Whenever Missy steps into the role it works.  It's a two things can be true situation.  Missy has some bad opinions, but she's great at playing Jennifer.
    • Doesn't the funeral go into Tuesday
    • Christian Streaty wrote her second freelance script today on Days. Surprised they gave the first funeral episode to a newbie.
    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?
    • This is the coldest early June in my life. It's like it's January.
