If this show was smart, which they're not, they'd actually execute Ben. He is literally the worst part of the show.

You're joking right?  Ben is going to be there till the end. Ron loves glorying killers. Ben and Clara have been more in contact now than when he was free. All these calls from prison are ridiculous.

I just don't get the Ben fascination.

I cannot believe Marlena is literally CRYING over the man that strangled her beloved grandson. This is the type of sh.it that makes me stop watching.

Just out of curiosity, wouldn't Marlena have faced an investigation by the medical board or something since she said Ben the serial killer was able to be released back into society, but then he "killed" again?

 

And if they're trying to go for Jesus imagery with Ben's execution, I'm gonna be very upset lol

LOL. Horrible. I'd rather watch Sami's execution written by Sally Sussman.

What kills me even more is Will cutting his reunion with his husband short to go be with Ben. Like what in the actual @#$%. The Ben and Ciara stuff is so horrible that it's making me dread watching the show any time they're on. It's just too much.

It's like they'll destroy every other single character on the show just to prop Ben. Why???? Does the character really get that great of feedback from viewers?

One minute, this show is writing Ben into the worst possible corner as the Necktie Killer.  The next, they're writing him into another impossible corner as Salem's Patron Saint of Vewy Vewy Sowwy Psychopaths.  There is just no damn happy medium with this guy.

@AbcNbc247 Dr. Marlena Evans should’ve had her license revoked years ago. I’ve never understood how multiple regimes continued to make Marlena so inept. It’s one thing to make her a weak victim in her personal life, but I never understood the logic behind making her so bad at her job.
