Mal Young is to be blamed and fired for not letting her work at Days thus violating a long held agreement between both shows.

Eileen has been with YR for over 30 years. If Sony cared and respected her, they would have no challenge giving her what she wants and loaning her to Days. Looks like they are taking cost cutting where ever they can get it and don't see ED the way some of you do.

YR will just hire 5 newbies as her replAcement

Sony did this in 2013 

This is 100% Sony - they control both shows and ED contract. Failure to reach terms is between Sony and ED - it's call show BUSINESS for a reason. 

Sigh.

 

I wish Eileen were playing this upcoming storyline.
