I'm shocked tbh. Given that she's married to a high-ranking Sony exec.

 

Don't think she is a perfect fit anymore on Y&R, and her voice/acting are just a little too redolent of the ABCfication of Y&R (which JFP spearheaded -- although I know MCE was a MAB hire). Nevertheless, there is something... kind about this actress and the way she interacts with other characters. It's nice to have a speck of that warmth on the show. Sharon Case has it too -- the ability to exude empathetic qualities.

Another JM pairing down the tubes?

Can't say I'm surprised, or upset.  The character isn't needed.

I agree. 

Chelsea is NOTHING to this canvas to find her an Adam!  It's easiest to just get rid of her instead of another "Adam is alive" SL so soon. 

 

Chadam would do nothing but fvck 6 times/eppy and blame Victor for every bad thing that happens to them in between romps. That rapist can go, STAT!

I had heard this was going to be the case for some time now so I am not shocked. Also heard it was her choice...kinda sorta.

OMG let this be true! She doesn't fit the canvas, I hate her acting style and her character's name is so non-Y&R lol

Was there any doubt it wasn't going to work? It really wasn't even a pairing. Sally did nothing with them and Mal just dropped them completely. I don't understand why Joshua Morrow is still on the canvas. He hasn't been relevant in 24 years.

MCE is good, but Chelsea is pointless and the Chelsea/Nick pairing was so hated.

They should have wrote her off with Adam. Just go on the run.
