I realy do not remember if they had scene together. May be they did at the time Clark was Bou Rivage (do not know how it is spelt lol) and the Queen Mary story. Donna was model then. Do you know Carrie is a Cheff i read it somewhere. She works at some restaurant and may be travles a lot. Dan lives in Italy as Clayton Norcross does too.
In it's first week on air 'How to Survive a Marriage' averaged a 20 share in the 3.30 timeslot. That was one share under what Return to Peyton Place had been doing.
I guess NBC hoped for better but were probably realistic that a new show would take time to build. However HTSAM never seemed to gain momentum and was cancelled.
I do know that another blacklisted actor, Joseph Jullian, took roles on The Edge of Night, As the World Turns, and Dark Shadows.
He wrote a book about his being blacklisted. I cannot remember the name of it, but, when I do, I will post,
I hope that someone will be able to help me. I used to read (and read and read since it was a really thourgh website) about the beginnings of Dark Shadows. This told about things such as Mark Allen's sexual harrasment of the actresses, the firing of the original Matthew Morgan over his not being able to eat the eggs that the prop men gave him, etc.
I cannot locate that website any longer. I hope that someone here will be able to tell me how to find it. I have really tried!
For once, I think JER had the right idea never going on set and never interacting with the cast. It really does mess with your ability to centre the characters when all you see when you look at an actor is what a [email protected]$$ they are.
