maybe its time for her to pull a Samantha Jones and start licking carpet!

That's still chasing someone - how about a period where Brooke decides to a business woman or go back to the lab to create the next best thing and then let her meet someone. Perhaps, the story we've been promised will surprise us, but going after Widge to block Caroline 2.0 was not at all what I was expecting. It really makes Brooke seem petty and juvenile. Good grief, at least Myrabella has loved Rick from the coffeehouse and admits she didn't think she was good enough because of her background, but realized that she had every right to enter that world. We've seen growth there and it's all based on the character's journey. Brooke going after Ridge is just bizarre.

JMcW has always been inspired casting as HT's daughter but DAMN... when you put them side by side like that (or top to bottom :P) she's even closer to her onscreen mother, even in gestures. LOVE it!

I don't see why, she's been doing it for 28 years. I'd find it more bizarre if she didn't. Not to say I wouldn't welcome a change, but going after Ridge is who she's always been.

It really is juvenile and does the character no favors, plus Brooke is hung up on Bill still as we saw a week or so ago, she looked like she wanted to blow chunks when she saw Katie's engagement ring.

I think they'd have been better off doing a story about breast cancer, or even heaven forbid menopause or something like that for Brooke, KKL could do it justice

Exactly. I would be STUNNED if she didn't want/go after Ridge sooner or later.

The issue with this is that we've been there, done that a MILLION times already.

....After a heated discussion over their son and daughter's marriage, Karen and Brooke argue....Karen reaches into her drawer and pulls out...The Stallion...her ahem favorite piece of Equipment

"Oh Karen, after all these years...I'd like to ride the Stallion with you...It's DESTINY..."

HAHA!

Brooke needs to be diagnosed with a sickness already. She has some type of mental disorder that has stunted her development. She is forever acting like a sex obsessed college student. She's past 50 now. She is too old for all of this

That was my point - we were promised this deep, game-changing S/L for KKL and we're served with this immediately. If we hadn't been promised that, I would've fully expected it. Just disappointing.

It seems they're setting up that storyline ;) We always complain that B&B just throws characters into the stories with no build up or anything so now they're actually doing that ;)

Brooke could take the time to get a decent hairdo!!!! That blonde stringy hair has gotten on my last nerve.

Oh, yeah, she needs to do something about that deflated mess.
