He's all about using all of ABC daytime's history and twisting it into his twisted universe. I'm all for crossovers when they're necessary. I'm just waiting for the day he makes a reference to the P&G shows. Levi being a long lost son of Bob Hughes or Mike Karr. Oh no! Wait! He's a Bauer and his mother is a Cory.
