I would use the money to become a financial backer as long as they sign an agreement to use the money under my terms and I would also want to have some say in the production/management of these shows. I would definitely insist that they used a PR team with Daytime expedience.

It's Lee Phillip Bell's house. Actually all mansions are Bell properties: Brooke's house belongs to Brad & Colleen Bell, and the Bel Air mansion is Billy Jr. & Maria's house.
