I actually couldn't disagree more. We get to meet the new Cassandra through Jesse & Angie's reactions to what has happened to her. We'll care about whether or not she's saved because they do.

Exactly! Because of the "slow" days before, we were able to establish the importance of the Cassandra character to Angie and Jesse. We got to know why her disappearance is considered abnormal as well as understand why people care about her being gone. It has nothing to do with a "recast." The CHARACTER is what's important. I'm sure no one tuned in saying "OMG! Yaya DaCosta's not in the role?! Cassandra doesn't mean anything to Angie so they have to hurry this story up!" While I'm doing my best at falling back, however it really seems to be nitpicking right now after 3 damn episodes.

Zach Slater. I think he knocked someone else up before he came to town. He never had a daughter so this would be different. As far as her guardian, my first thought was Alexander Cambias. He was still alive and in jail when AMC left the air. Its possible he was released and got guardianship of his granddaughter, after her mother died and has kept that truth hidden from Zach

Maybe Angie's friendship with David will cost her relationship with her son Frankie. There is no love between David and Frankie. Frankie does not like David. Angie might lose out with Frankie this time around. Frankie will be fed up with his Mom.

nah I think she's related to Dimitri or his family, maybe she's a daughter of Edmund's

and who would be the mother. The only women he was with prior to Miranda's birth was Mia, Brooke, Alex and Anna. None of them got pregnant. Unless you are hoping they retcon some offscreen fling. Besides why would Dimitri be so damn mysterious about this. I think the guardian is potentially a former villain or shady character

I don't care for the Celia character so far. The show is boring....Brooke and Adam are just there...The Russian [!@#$%^&*] boring...oh and what is with all the s h it words in ever script...lol.....some shirtless men....but what happened to everyone...or what happened is still up in the air...um....not like we dont know but....really.....I dont care for many of the characters on screen......I still watch to support the genre but AMC is still one bad apple...
