Why would Greg Rikaart be called out for bashing Melissa Reeves when she spoke out in support of an organization that donates to organizations that advocate the killing of gays?

So that makes it ok?

It IS business.... and if you drive viewers away from NBC, CBS is all too happy to lap them up. So why would TPTB be upset at that? I'm sure Corday was pooping his pants, but Rikaart's bosses? Hell no.

So Rikaart is a "hero" for publicly slamming another actor in a genre that is dying for doing what she wanted with her own money?

Oh, please. I am so over the Rikkart/Reeves feud. In fact, I'm over everything Chik-Fil-A-related. Never in my life have I seen so many individuals get so worked up over a fast-food joint that sells mediocre chicken sandwiches at ridiculously high prices.

I like to call the whole Chik-Fil-A thing a 'clustercluck' Or, should I say the great cockfight of 2012. Ha.

Talk about ruffling feathers...

Okay, I'll quit.

Aren't pimps annoying, greasy white men on every soap?

Alot of dayplayer characters like nannies, maids, cops, etc could be showcased more. I'm more interested in them than all the rich business men eating up the shows. Why is everyone rich and suburban who gets focus on soaps now? Well except when they are the criminal child from the wrong side of the tracks. Like working class people can't just be families of good people struggling.

Khan I agree about Chick Fil A.

I'd like to see more of the dayplayers showcased more as well.

The only pimps I can think of right now who were white are Billy Clyde Tuggle and Fletcher. (Billy Clyde was a pimp right?)

Why do I laugh everytime I read/write the word "pimp" It's a funny word. Not so funny profession.

that's bull!!! How the heck she suppose to know who they donate their money to? I can't chik-fil-a myself.

To hell with whole spitting Issue and get.Drucilla Barber-Winters back on Y&R in the form of Victoria Rowell. The Character is need, and has been needed for some time, Just glad she didn't have to suffer through working with Eddie Winslow.

Anybody who wants to buy MS' passive/agressive bullchit is free to do so as long as we all agree, Victoria Rowell is needed on YR! Let's get this done!

And here's Jill, from an interview with Michael Logan:

TV Guide Magazine: It seems from your new casting calls that you intend to amp up the African-American contingent, which was a huge ratings draw back in [Y&R creator] Bill Bell's heyday.

Phelps: There isn't enough diversity on this show and we want to strengthen that. There is so much potential. Kristoff St. John [Neil] would do well in a really hot love story.

TV Guide Magazine: On that topic, a lot of people want Victoria Rowell [Drucilla] back on the show, including Miss Vicki herself. Are you aware of all the drama that went on with her? Will you overlook that and bring her back?

Phelps: I only know it's a hot-button issue but I don't know the full history. I'm not going to make any comment.

TV Guide Magazine: Are the two new African-American characters you're looking to cast, Tyler and Sally, really, truly new? Because there's buzz that these are actually recasts of Devon and Lily, the parts now played by Bryton James and Christel Khalil. And that brings us to all the Khalil hoo-hah. Word is, she chose to leave and now she wants back in. Is she in or out?

Phelps: The male role we are casting is definitely a new character but, yes, the female role is a recast for Christel's role. However, since we sent out that casting breakdown, negotiations with Christel have resumed. I don't yet know how that's going to work out.

I consider Jill a soapkiller - she decimated my show - but she does have some skills, and this is probably the most candid interview she's ever given.
