Frankly, I welcome JFP to Y&R. Even if she destroys it, there is nothing left to gut.

Jess Walton could have a resurgence...for the 'Jill' name and the fact that she's a 60ish brunette...just like JFP herself.

Honestly, I could care less about what happens to the stories, characters, and actors at this point. This show is impossible to make watchable again.

I'm more interested in seeing how Jill visually produces the show. She always brings the best out of her directors and production staff.

Years of overrated and unwatchable acting, which is especially bad from what I've seen on Y&R.

She liked the Grant's on GL, but maybe that was more Curlee/Demorest and PGP.

You watch the show, since when Oh and she's far from the only one who's got overrated and unwatchable acting, but she's the only one being singled out

When I did watch her (usually via TouTube clips), she was beyond terrible and over the top.

She only works when she's playing a victim.

She's tanked in every soap role she's had except Laura for a reason. She's being singled out because she was hyped beyond belief by the show and by own self in interviews, while most of their stunt casting wasn't to the same extent.
