June 24, 201114 yr Member People tuned into DAYS because of the CC/Branco drama No - it was probably just some random thing, moreso than the news of the returns or regime change. Either way I hope they don't just lose it all again next week. I'd like to believe, naive or not, that if soaps try to make efforts to improve, viewers may come back.

It could simply be because Thurs and Fri were not counted. If there were no preemptions who's to say the demo would have bumped by 2 points I don;t think a bump of one week is anything other than a random fluctuation.

June 24, 201114 yr Member I'm really enjoying DAYS right now, this is their best month of June in years. The summer is usually such a throw away for them but it looks like they'll be worth watching this summer.
June 24, 201114 yr Member No surpise that Friday's GH was the highest for them. It was because there's finally movement in the Rafe/Dimera storyline. Now that people are starting to figure things out, its been really good. Edited June 24, 201114 yr by Cheap21

June 25, 201114 yr Member AMC Friday: 1.5/2,108,000 Ouch! That's not as bad as GH last week- it didn't even hit 2 million on Friday! I find it quite amazing that OLTL has sustained such ratings over the rest of ABC for this long. I hope they keep it up... if for nothing else than to embarrass ABC for making a poor decision...

And they've been beating GH in women 18-34 for almost two months now....the very demo Frons called "elusive" and said he was hoping to find with his new shows.
