AGREED.

I am not asking you do this @JAS0N47, but only 90 times in all those years?  I wonder how many times they showed Bo/Hope or John/Marlena in their bedrooms throughout the years.  Probably near 1000.  I know it's not the same thing at all and not comparable and times have changed, but the DH's were churning out full out love scenes in their 50's which is the same age FR was when she started.

To think there was a time when Dee Hall would let her hair look like that.

As long as we're going through with this "Sarenee" crap, it'd be nice if Ron Carlivati were to remember that Marlena and Renee were friends.

Now THERE's a plot that DAYS, even one being head-written by Ron Carlivati, could have revisited in some fashion.

Watching that clip again...

I realize Renee is not having an easy time of it right now, but does she have to SCREAM LIKE THAT!?!?!?

Oh, Linsey, if you're reading this, please don't feel compelled to do everything like Philece would've.

Marlena's hair is hideous and it looked so good before the cut.  I think someone on some board told me that Dee was going for the Princess Diana look, which I guess that is sorta of what it is, but DH looks like a 50 year old school teacher* with that hair.  That hair doesn't right itself for a long time either.

I would assume Marlena would be part of this Sarenee stuff.  There are truly only a handful of characters that even knew Renee, so there isn't much choice on that.

Could you imagine a revisit of the Salem strangler?  We would probably ended up with JT playing a duel role of Roman/Chris Kositcheck.

*apologies to any 50 year old school teachers-I am sure your hair looks better than what is happening on Marlena's head.

That's fair.  I agree.  I don't think anyone likes this new Possession and I didn't even like the original one.  I'd rather revisit Stefano's underground kingdom in Paris than this.  My only issue is that the Strangler story was so important to Roman/Marlena's story that unless we get Wayne back I don't want to see it.  I know John can play the Roman role, but Roman/Marlena fans have so few nice things, you know?

Again Roman/Marlena fans have so few good memories lol.  Do you remember when Marlena started her radio show again in the early 2000's and it seemed like they were possibly going there, but it ended up having something to do with Hattie instead?  And Nancy was her fill in host and super popular?

date: Monday, May 5 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Anthony Pascarelli Dana is certifiably insane. Beyond insane. And I oop... Anita is about to pop off on her, and this is where it gets good. Oh God, Deadbeat, stop while you're ahead. You are not one to talk with how you treat your husband and children. Settle. Go on, Nicole. Tell Theodore exactly who his busted ass is. Not Dana comparing herself to those she's compared herself to. Damn, Katherine is really putting Eva beyond the bottom of her shoe with her insults. Savage, but deserved, because she called out Eva the first day. She knew, and not a single person believed her. Oh, Theodore, how dare you try and play yourself on the same level as Nicole; it's completely different. Mama Anita is up to bat, and she's going to come out swinging. And she delivered it to Dana in the way only the matriarch of a family could. Nicole kicking Theodore out "day by day" is everything. She's not taking this anything but day by day. W H E W... Katherine telling Eva she's dead to her. Wow. That's got to cut. Dana locking Eva's ass out and drinking her wine in her robe is the ultimate villain. True villain. Notes: Anyone trying to sell that Brandon Claybon (Martin) has improved in his acting must be lying, because this is laughable and bad. Next up for recast: the role of Martin Richardson. Omg. It's so damn bad. This man cannot act. At all. He's got to GO! Daphnée Duplaix (Nicole) is showing how much she's been missed from daytime. Ambyr Michelle (Eva) once again gave an award-winning performance in her scenes. Outstanding, standout star! The montage with Tamara Tunie (Anita) singing "Amazing Grace" was a brilliant touch to wrap up the episode, and to allow us the ability of moving on on Thursday.
    • That ending was beautifully done. Anita took us to church.
    • Leslie is TRASH, locking poor Eva out
    • That !@#$%^&*]ed up for Leslie to lock Eva out
    • Haha - my bad

Beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace by Anita. Effective way to pull on our emotions, especially watching Nicole and Kat cuddle together on the couch.
    • The end of this montage would have been a good time to have an explosion inadvertently kill off Ashley and Derek in classic Guza style.

    • No it was the preview for this week lol
    • Wait, did I miss something - didn't last Friday's episode end with Eva arriving at a man's doorstep? But here she was with Kat the full time. Oh wait, was that the previews I'm thinking of? Haha, oops.  I can't believe Leslie locked Eva out of the damn house!
    • I'd crawl into a hole and die if Anita ever came for me the way she is Leslie lol
