I can't see Thorne having much of a story no matter who his son is. B&B "stories" last about a week.

They truly have no idea what to do with Amber. If not for the Bells or someone at CBS liking Adrienne Frantz she would never have been brought back.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was Thorne. I thought it was odd when Thorne "happened" to pop his head in during the Ridge/Liam/Stephanie confrontation. Amber/Nick? Really? Amber has never gone for the older guy type. She's not Donna & Honey Bear. Amber would be better with Whip, Rick (again) or even Owen.

Liam as Thorne's son would be pretty cool because it'd tie it together. If I was writing it: Eric gives his new grandson a job. A rivalry with Liam and Thomas because of what he did to Steffy, along with him romancing Hope, the strains creating some Ridge/Thorne rivalry which gives Winsor a chance to outshine Moss, as usual, and puts Felicia in the middle between her brothers and gives her story, if they want to take the time they could involve almost all of the Forresters in this adjustment...

PLUS: An aged Alexandria.

and hell... I'll catch sh!t for saying this, but, in the spirit of enjoying B&B simply for its trainwreck value and seeing everyone flip out... I say put Amber with Eric. It'd piss off Brooke AND Stephanie and having Stephanie and Brooke team up against Amber would be pretty damn great... and Brooke would use it to see she's being a hypocrite by hating on Amber: being with Son/Father/Brother (Ridge/Eric/Thorne = Rick/Eric/Thomas) and then she'd screw Thomas just to get back at everyone :D

I don't know who I'd feel more sorry for with this pairing. Eric because he'd be so desperate to bump and grind with that walking venereal disease or Amber because she'd have to remind Eric on the daily to take his Viagra and testosterone injections since Stephanie has rendered him completely impotent in EVERY way possible?

If this is true, then good for Bradley & B&B for finally giving the ball to one of the guys who can actually hit a home run. Good for Winsor! EVERYTHING B&B has ever given that guy to do, he's nailed it. When you think about it, Thorne has been a part of many stories in the 2000s that were well-received (Brooke/Thorne, Darla's death, Thorne's rivalry with Ridge coming to a true boil, etc....) by both fans and critics since Winsor took over.

You wanna talk about underrated daytime actors........
