An AMC rep confirms that Christina Bennett Lind has been hired to succeed Eden Riegel (Heather, Y&R) as Bianca Montgomery. The daytime newcomer will first air on June 14. In confirming the show's intention to recast, Co-Head Writer Donna Swajeski told Digest, "She is Erica's daughter and she is the moral compass of the show. We are very sad not to have [Riegel], but that character will live on and will be a part of show."

This Actress looks a lot like ER, and even more like Britanny Allen (Marissa), i REALLY hope she doesn't have the same drab personality as her, though. i really don't get why they would bring Bianca back at this time so early, though. What about Kendall? Won't she want to rush to PV once she finds out about Erica's plane crashing, to? How will they explain that? But I guess we will see, and I hope Reese comes back at some point, to. Love TB, I could see her coming back to AMC...JHC said she got in contact with her, so who knows..

This is more spite than anything. They're not going to give Bianca any major story of her own involving a love interest. It will be all more babies or sexual violence.

She has an "old" look to me. I definitely like her hair shorter, it makes her look younger.
