Season 2 was literally THE BEST. Game Night. Brandi. Twenny-Five Thousand. We Don't Say That He Hits You! Kyle's White Party and the Armstrongs banished from the social circle. Hawaii! Adrienne and Kyle's plot to bring down LVP at reunion completely backfiring!

And I don't know why this gif makes me LOL because it is awful. But Kim was literally living her best life that night.

RHOD:

Damn, Mama Dee is such a mean bitch! Don't get me wrong: a bitch is exactly what Dallas needs. And even though D'Andra is doing some Poor Little Rich Girl whining, Mama Dee is cruel to raise a daughter so dependent on her and then delight in her failures. It was more than Mama Dee wanting D'Andra to go it alone. She was literally laughing in her daughter's face about losing the company and having no money. I wonder if she has run through D'Andra's trust yet.

It's kind of sad that D'Andra and Leeanne no longer have a friendship because as far as mothers go, they have a lot that they could bond over.

D'Andra in her VT said that her mother controls her trust until the day she dies. And for a moment, I thought RHOD was going to enter some Columbo murder mystery territory! And speaking of Columbo: Dee's house. I had to rewind 3 times to look at it again. That was some Fslcon Crest/Columbo-level Beverly Hills mansion circa 1988! I felt like Faye Dunaway would appear at any moment as a special guest star.

Kary was right to be pissed at Leeanne crashing her drinks. Kary and D'Andra are barred from Leeanne's bridal lunch, but Leeanne shows up demanding to be invited to her drinks party? Bye, girl. Looks to me like most of the cast are rebelling and don't really want to pretend to be chummy with Leeanne anymore. I still feel that Brandi is a sniper from the side in that regard.

That fight between Kam and Steph is some BH-level petty nonsense.

There definitely felt to me like there was a racial edge to that whole scene. Especially the Don't Touch Me stuff from Dr Deb who claimed the guy manhandled her. We saw none of that in the footage. And the thirst was coming off Braunwyn and her mom in waves. It felt like they were looking to cause a scene on camera.

    • After watching today's episode, I don't like how Dante came down on Gio for Rocco drinking. It is so contrived to have this sudden conflict just as the reveal of Gio's paternity is about to be revealed. It's just sloppy and lazy writing IMO.
    • Don't forget, ”I want to struggle, but I also want to live in this huge, fabulous loft, in a town with one art gallery, and allow my wife and child's fortune to be controlled by her wicked stepsister!” wa wa wa Besides, what was Sam going to do to protect her?  Throw crayons at the guy? The actual daughter of Rachel and Mac would've told him to go throw on his cutoff shorts, paint a masterpiece, and leave the business stuff to people who own at least two pairs of trousers.

Seriously, though, at what point does Iris learn that Evan is Janice's son?
    • Elliot is SOOOOO tasty in this period. He's so wicked. One of the reasons I stayed on with the show when I began watching.
    • I can get through another 10 to 20 episodes. April is such a compelling character. The actress just owns the screen. I think this is also why I'm annoyed by Draper. Margo and April are so fantastic that Draper is a wet blanket (except for one scene which I mention below).   Draper was bearable in his scenes with Logan because he was not whining about the house. If he has more scenes with Logan, I can tolerate him. As of now, he's just very one note. Everyone has had more to do.  Thank you for explaining about Raven's backstory and her connection to Draper. It clears things up. Logan explained things a bit in the convo with Draper, but there was still some things I was not sure of. Gabet and Kibbee are just sensational. I now see why people adore Sharon Gabet. How did AW squander her talents? SMH.  It's the way Draper is written. I'm drawn to Eliot who is a total cheating pig. The writing and the performance are first-rate. Draper is stomping around like a spoiled child and I don't have the benefit of seeing April and Draper's relationship from the beginning so this is my first intro to Draper. He's annoying as can be. ========== There's also an African-American police officer who's struggling to walk again. He's Steve's partner. He took his first steps. I can't tell if they are writing him off or if he's going to say. I hope he stays because the actor is quite charismatic.
    • Oh no!  Did you not like the Susan character? She intrigued me from that one episode I skimmed through. What didn't you like about her?
    • The eternal dream...him begging to get with her included.
    • On the other hand, I still find episodes of TV with people smoking in front of babies shocks me into nervous giggles.
    • Word of advice... you have to view the show without the 2025 lenses.. which means you need to 86 the misandry.
