Taylor....Is this BITCH for real? She was REALLY laying it thick for the cameras. She sure was playing the victim role and her meltdown was 100% calculated. She is such a phony. I cant stahd this ho

What the heck is obnoxious about a person having a screensaver of themselves and their dog? That line was downright ridiculous

Atlanta rules because it has HUMOR.

While I love OC, the series has declined greatly because the HoWives are way, way, wayyyy too bitter. Don't even get me started on NYC.

Kroy seems like a great guy. I never thought I'd see Kim be over Big Poppa.

I'm finally catching up on Atlanta. LOL at Phaedra and her funeral storyline. I busted out laughing when she brought out the prayer cloth! :D

Anyone else think it was strange for Kandi to go on a vacation with Nene? I know even Kandi said it was strange for her, but I'm just surprised she went with that small group.

Cynthia is boring when she's with the group. I did like her scenes with Miss Jay though.

I like Kroy and I think he's so good for Kim. I'm happy for them.

Bev Hills

I think we (and Dana) just saw the real Russell last night. The way he snapped about the timing of the party and bringing out the horse and singers... And then when they took the family picture, which was fake as hell... makes me sad for Taylor, but also she needed to stand up for herself and I really think she was staying in it for the money (which now, didn't turn out so well for her).

Now that I've seen two birthday parties for Kennedy - I'm convinced that poor girl is f'ed up in the head. Her attitude is odd - she never seems happy, and she's got a twinge of crazy in her face. I'm seriously concerned for that girl, and Taylor just seems to ignore it.

Oh - and LMAO at Kim and her man thinking the Golden Gate Bridge looked good over that mantle. Um, NO. Kim is crazy as hell, and I love it.

Atlanta

Phaedra's jabs at Peter Smurf was hilarious. I really cant stand his old ass. I wanted to see Apollo knock him out

Cynthia was on Wendy today all by herself. I guess she didnt find her too boring for that...lol. She did explain why she showed up so late to the shower with no gift and its bc Kim didnt bring a gift to her wedding last year and she was still upset with her.

Kandi's crazy mama returns next week. She behaved herself this week but it looks like she's gonna let the crazy back out soon.

I dont like how Nene is so isolated from the group. It feels like two different shows. The Real Housewives and a backdoor Nene pilot

If Peter is Papa Smurf, what would Nene's ex, Greg, be? Peepaw Smurf? Grandpappy Smurf? Grandmaster Smurf?

BH:

Kim: "I'm an Arabian horse. Ri-OWWWWWW."

Lisa: "I don't want to hang out with a bunch of 24-year olds. I don't really want to see the Chipmunks in action. I might never come back." laugh.pnglaugh.png @ Lisa calling the Chippendales "chipmunks."

Taylor: "Did you see Ace Young is here?"

Kyle: "Who?"

Did you all notice that after Camille called TayShana out on her [!@#$%^&*] and marched out, TayShana immediately made up with Lisa -- now that she's got a new person on whom to blame all her troubles.

Poor Kennedy is prob traumatized by her parents TBH. Crazy? No. But the poor child is probably neglected half the time and when her parents are around, they appear unable to adequately communicate any real feelings to each other or her other than violence, self-hatred and denial. sad.png

BH is one of my fave RH franchises because there is always this really seedy, dangerous dark side lurking around the edges of all that wealth and sunshine (kind of a metaphor for Hollywood in general, no?) -- but sometimes it is hard to watch the intense dysfunction of somebody like Russell and Taylor impact horribly on the people around them.

LMAO at Uncle Ben - I totally see it.

Why didn't Atlanta get an updated opening? There is nothing new, except the family in some of the backgrounds (right?) - but no new taglines or group shoot. Kandi's new hair this season is AMAZING - it's too bad they couldn't get that in the opening this year.

RHoBH. Aww HELL NO. Taylor's throwing shade on Camille? Girl either lied to all the housewives or lied like hell to Russell. Either way, she's a piece of trash.

Adrienne's showed her ass, in a big way, in her dealings with Lisa. Adrienne must be hard up for cash and publicity, she failed to realize how logical Lisa was being about Pandora's party at Planet Hollywood.

Kyle's an idiot. End of story.

Lisa is fabulous. Vanderfabulous. Vanderpumping Vanderfabulous. Love. Love. Love.

I understand where Lisa and Adrianne both were coming from. Adrianne should not have brought it up if they didnt have time to discuss it. lisa was so caught off guard and defensive that she didnt really make Adrianne understand it fully. But Kyle tried, and Adrianne just kind of refused it. So...

I feel bad for Kyle. It is hard to be friends with someone with like Taylor. You dont know whats true and whats a lie but you cant walk away because if the abuse is true and she is need of help, you dont want to leave her. What is clear to us may not be clear to her on the inside.

Camille and Brandy are MAKING this season.

As for ATL,

Cynthia is a basic bitch. Nene is the fakest fake to ever be in the RH series. Her acting offended with the stripper. Bitch, please. Sit down.

Kandi is the best. Needs her own show. is the only reason worth watching this [!@#$%^&*].

She needed that tho, after how awful she came off last season. The one-two combo of her being on less and taylor taking over the most kated cast member have helped her greatly. She now speaks up when needed, and enjoys the crazy when shes not involved in it. I suspect her role will grow now.

I'm not saying she has it coming but... anybody else get the feeling that Taylor enjoys playing the victim?

Next week another blowout with somebody else in the wrong and Taylor all hurt and crying and "finally finding her voice." :rolleyes.gif

Kyle was shocked at Brandi's suggestion that she invite a porn star to a party to give BJ tips. Brandi should have known better. That is not the way prim Kyle and her posse roll. And while I would be shocked if a friend suggested we have a tupperware party built around sex tips, I would also secretly be intrigued. laugh.png

Adrienne *sigh* I love you but you are so chicken. And this shoe project -- I don't feel that La Maloof's heart is into it somehow. She was more passionate about the charity than about launching her hoof collection which she claims she's wanted to do since she was a child.

Camille. wub.png Keep fighting the good fight, girl!

    • I actually thought he came off as younger. It's so hard to buy Martin as Nicole and Ted's son unless they had him when they were 12.
    • @chrisml Isn't remarkable that, on a soap whose brand is built on twists and mysteries, that Raven's last straw was as simple as Logan saying that she was incapable of loving Jamey.  In the episode when Raven exit's and leaves Jamey with April, I can remember feeling the subtext that Raven is also trying to talk herself into leaving him behind.  There's so much in that little scene.  She's trying to stick it to Logan for saying she was a bad mother.  She's both granting April's wish, and damning her with the old adage of being careful what she wished for.  And, she's hinting to Draper that she's going to boff his father. It remains my favorite scene, and it still blows my mind that was not the end of that episode.
    • Oh lord not Drew just figured out it was both Nina and Portia that set him up. Willow WILL never leave this man.
    • And in addition to Patti being de-aged, she was no longer a nurse, divorced from Len(fair enough) and her two children were not seen and barely mentioned. So basically she was a totally new character. For newer viewers it didn't matter but any loyal viewers would have been wondering about all the changes with Patti. Sarah Whiting always puzzled me. The writers finally decide to acknowledge Jo's family and do so by making up a never mentioned adopted teen. Why not just bring in Tracey, Jo's actual grandaughter? As for Liza, perhaps it would have been wise to rest the character when Sherry left. They were big shoes to fill and her Liza was so identified with Travis. I don't recall what was going on in the story at that time but if they knew Sherry was leaving, write it so Liza would leave town to care for an ailing Janet and take a breather with the character for a few months.
    • Ahh interesting. Yeah, that's sad for A-M. I will say, he and Nick became fast friends when Susan started working at Spaulding. A-M/Lucy/Nick/Susan had a lot of double dates in those 7 months. A-M was Nick's best man at his wedding to Susan, which now that I think about it, is odd that he wouldn't have considered Fletcher. I remember those two were so close at the paper, and even living together with Ben. Once Tangie left SF, Nick left the paper, and Fletcher/Holly were rarely seen... so I guess they felt that friendship wasn't shown often enough anymore (which again, lazy writing).
    • I honestly don't think Alan-Michael ever really had a friend on the show. Maybe Cameron or Samantha, but otherwise... *Cameron was a high school friend who ended up dating teenage Dinah after she broke up with A-M. Samantha is Phillip's biological sister, who A-M treated like a sister. Interestingly enough, they were born the same week on the show in 1981, but A-M ends up being older than her when she returns to town in '89.
    • I thought he was very cute too, and a likeable presence even though on paper Cliff was a prick. I wonder if he was well-liked by viewers or someone at the show as there's a point in these episodes where he could have been written out and was not.
    • I'm not a Derek fan at all (and not even all that much of an Ashley fan, but man has she become awful in their relationship--like she's not even trying.  But also I admit, I don't think I'd ever live with someone, even someone I was married to (I know they're not married) in a bachelor apartment unless I had to.  Even just a one bedroom would make a big difference.  I'd probably end up hiding in the bathroom a lot

    • Going back to this, I'm even more confused why Amanda would say that only a year later (lazy writers), because I'm watching April 29, 1996 right now and literally all of the current on-air Spauldings (Alan, Alex, Amanda, A-M) and Coopers (Buzz, Lucy, Frank, Eleni) are on a plane together for Lucy/A-M's wedding. Along with Reva (which right now makes sense because she's married to Buzz), Dahlia (so out of place, but by default because they can't let a high school kid they just took in stay home alone), and a very random Rick (he's barely had any interaction with any of these characters all year haha).  It's like a madhouse on that plane, which is pretty comical because most of them don't get along... but they very much know each other. Still miffed that Bridget is totally forgotten here. And David. And Nick/Susan! Couldn't they have waited to fire them until after this wedding?  It was only like 2 months later. They had to make Alan be A-M's best man (which is wild to me) bc A-M doesn't even have any real friends on the show right now.
    • You're right and I do imagine many longtime viewers were put off. I suppose the show felt many of the longtime fans were gone, so in that sense I get it if the show had continued. They should have taken greater care with the generation below Patti. It's hard to remember she was meant to be mother to Sarah. I wonder if that is one of the reasons they killed Sarah before Patti arrived. Or were those different teams?
