I just read somewhere that, that clause is not in their contracts. They can sue each other, but at their own risk. Bravo can terminate their contracts of it--basically because Bravo would end up being subpoenaed most likely.

I do have to say that Kyle is great at taking the things around her and working it as a storyline for herself where she's the victim
