Probably the video section, but a mod will most likely move it. I remember it as if it were yesterday. Everytime I watch I get all tingly. Awesome night.

It was nice to see Lucci finally win, but really, that wasn't even my favorite win of that night. I think I was more happy for Stuart Damon winning that night than for Lucci, who I've always considered a pretty mediocre actress. She gave a great speech though.

We need something like this again to be interested in the Emmys.

No, we need more of this!

That was the kiss of death for the emmys. They needed to rig the results so she never won because that was the only reason apparently people were tuning in.

Lucci had an embarrassing track record when it came to submitting her Emmy reels. It's often said that the Blue Ribbon panel always considered her reels as comedic relief. She submitted stuff like Erika yelling at the bear in Canada, and Erika throwing herself on Mona's casket and telling them not to burry her. It's no wonder if took her forever to finally win an Emmy.

That's quite all right. Lucci's laughing herself all the way to the bank thanks to that embarrassing track record :P

Oh, that losing streak sure helped her Lucci's public and thus financial profile, I'm not doubting that. But her submissions on the other hand are legendary for all the wrong reasons.

That was a great moment, I cry everytime I watch it, Susan's speech was great and I loved Shamar's "The streak is over" he was the perfect person to announce Lucci the winner IMO

Probably one of the best moments ever in award show history. A wonderful speech and I'm sure she had been practicing that very speech for over a decade before she finally got to use it.

True. It just goes to show, though, that the Emmys might have needed Lucci, but Lucci never really needed the Emmy.
