Members 2shane8
General Hospital will win Drama Series. It's a given. They win all the time. It wouldn't matter if OLTL submitted an episode like today's extravaganza, if they are up against GH, they are going to lose. This is not a commentary on the quality of General Hospital, which like any other soap has had glory years and bad periods. Some of their many Emmys are well-deserved. But regardless of quality, they seem to have a way of winning the Emmy for Drama Series, and I think the trend will continue this year. I do, however, think OLTL has a shot at Writing and Direction. Members JackPeyton
GH wins the emmy because it aubmits the ebst stuff, now if it were that good al year it woukd be awesome. but to be honest, the emmy is based on a select few episodes, on based on that GH deserves it IMHO. Members brimike
I would love One Life to win Writing... but then Dena gets her Emmy. Can't we just hold off one more year?
Members TC
It's only June and already I think OLTL's biggest problem for next year's Emmys will be selecting a reel for best show. Too much to choose from.
Members Laurie
The Emmy wouldn't go to Ron? If that is the case, yeah let's hold off one more year. Want Ron to get his Emmy
Members TC
They'd have to share it as HWs since she was there part of the year it qualified. I can wait til 2009.
