The only ones I really liked were Blake and AJ. Chris was okay, but he needs to sing a different song. I Don't Wanna Be ust emphasized the fact that he might have a limited range and is more "one note" I guess.

Looking back on it, Rudy wasn't that bad.

Chris Richardson, Blake and Phil were the standouts. Sundance and Sanjaya are probably going to make the top 6, just because they "stand out" and are different, IMO.

I forgot to mention but Paul Kim is disgusting performing with no shoes on. Do you know how much bateria and germs you can pick up off the floor? I never go barefoot outside of my house. I get sick when I see him do that, thinking of the sweat under the hot lights and everything that crosses those floors.

Very very good. Amazing. Much better than I expected. I really am pulling for her.

Amy

She has potential but yeah, she was very boring. I totally agree with Simon, although he was a bit too harsh, as usual.

Leslie

I thought she was good! Adorable and endearing. She's funky and different. I think she did a good job with the song, although she wasn't outstanding, she was good.

Sabrina

Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Wow. I'm speechless by her.

Antonella

Meh. I felt bad for her but the song really was too big for her. She was up and down and I dunno.

Jordin

Another WOW. Very very good. She definitely surprised me. A complete and total natural. WOW.

Nicole

Um. What was THAT? LOL. She was all over the place. Not BAD, she was good, but ... I dunno. Very generic voice. Almost a bit grating :\ I'm just not that thrilled with her. Not sure why. Hmm. Randy was SPOT ON. I TOTALLY AGREE with him. Simon was also spot on.

Haley

She totally surprised me. I have to say, she's a dark horse, IMO. She just needs to be consistent and I think she can make the Top 12. Again, very very surprised! Not stellar but I think she has huge potential. She started off strong but ended up being meh ... I ended up agreeing with Randy though. He was spot on. Simon was too, actually.

Melinda

All kinds of awesome. I love her. So endearing and VERY VERY GOOD! <3 OMG. My favorite. I love Simon's critique!

Alaina

Very middle of the road ... average. Good but not great. Very very meh. And I KNEW Simon would use the song against her ...

Gina

Another HUGE surprise. Wow. I don't care what Simon said. She did nail the end. I was with Randy. The beginning was kinda like ... uh oh ... but then wow. Very surprised and I really hope she can make the Top 12. <3 her

Lakisha

The best for last baby! She better not be another Mandisa or I am done with American Idol! My god she rocks. I am rooting for her so bad! GO LAKISHA!!! <3

Overall .. it's a shame only six girls can move on. They are far better than the boys, by FAR. It's gonna suck to see any of them go. I think Antonella could be safe due to Simon totally trashing her. I think Amy's vulnerable. I have a very hard choice. Nicole has potential so I think she might move on but with so many good girls ... I dunno. It's very hard. There's a few clear cut REALLY good singers and then there are those that are good but just aren't quite stellar. Haley, Nicole, Leslie and Amy are the most vulnerable, IMO. If anyone else goes over them, I will be livid.

For the men? I'm guessing Paul and Jared. I don't even remember Jared. Paul was alright but I was disappointed. Heck. I just looked at the guys pictures and don't even remember AJ either so I guess he could go. Nick, Rudy and Brandon were very middle of the road, average and if one of them goes too ... I wouldn't be surprised. Sundance and Sanjaya have the sentimental "stand out" quality to them. Same for Phil and Blake. I guarantee those four are in the final Top 12 unless they suddenly start to really suck.

1. MELINDA DOOLITTLE

2. STEPHANIE

3. LaKISHA (she's a great singer but her rendition of AIATY doesn't hold up to Jennifer Hudson)

I think Antonella and that girl who butchered the Chaka Khan song need to pack their bags. They're going home tomorrow.

For the men, the only standout I can recall from Tuesday night is Blake. The men, collectively, SUCKED

I didn't do this for the men because they bored me overall but I will for the women because they were much better:

Stephanie: Very Good. Reminds a bit of Latoya London.

Amy: The singing was ok but the song was bland. The whole performance was bland. She is vulnerable I think, especially being in the beginning of the show. Makes it easy to forget her.

Leslie: Not horrible but still a bit of a mess. She looked like she wanted to do more then she did but kept hesistating and holding her back. Her movements on stage were awkward. Everything about her stage presence was awkward. Her singing was ok but it sounded like she cut off her voice in parts of the song.

Sabrina: Excellent. Very good. I knew she would be because I think she is a professional singer. Nevertheless, much better then anticipated.

Antonella: I felt bad because I did like her. Didn't like her friend but I thought she would do well. Her song choice was horrible and it was made worse by the fact that she sang one of my favorite songs. She just wasn't capable of singing that song. She is in trouble tomarrow but Simon trashing her and her looks could get her another week. Plus, she has been one of they hyped singers from day one so that gives her an edge over the ones that got less attention.

Jordin: She so doesn't look or sound 17. Nevertheless, she wowed me. She is going to have a huge moment very soon when she picks out the right song. She is definitely a major contender.

Nicole: Uh...no words. It was a very weird performance. All over the place and it almost made my ears bleed. It felt forced and rough. Again, her looks could help her but she is vulnerable.

Haley: Reminds me a bit of Katherine McPhee for some reason. I like her and she is definitely someone who could win. She has alot of ranger. I thought she did better then the judges said she did. She did well IMO.

Melinda: Again, I knew she would shine. She is a favorite and she was fantastic tonight but I get the feeling she may one of those yearly Idol upsets that starts an uproar. I don't know why. We'll see.

Alaina: I like her and it was a very up and down performance but her attitude bugged me. She acted like she could do know wrong and the audience applauding made her ego grow like 3 sizes. I still kind of like her but she lost points with me tonight. Below average performance. She is very good looking and I don't think she is as vulnerable as others.

Gina: I had a feeling she could surprise me. I like her. Great personality and she is unique. Her song choice stunned me and I think she did better then the judges said as well. Very good performance.

Lakisha: This year's Mandisa. I only hope we get a better result this year. I loved her. I also love her as a person. She is quiet and just very likeable. I just wish Idol would stop mentioning the fact she has a daughter and is a single mother. They did the same thing with Fantasia and both Fantasia and now Lakisha seem uncomfortable having it mentioned every time they appear. I hate Idol using things like that to prop people up. Let the voices prop them up. Lakisha is good enough on her own to get votes.

I think either Amy, Leslie, Antonella, Alaina, or Nicole will go home. If I had to pick two, I would send Leslie and Nicole. I just don't see as much potential there. For the boys, I think Paul and Jared will go home. Jared wasn't bad but he was very forgettable. AJ could also go too. I only wish we could take more then 6 girls because they put all but 2-3 guys to same tonight.

WOW to Lakisha! That was an amazing performance. I thought she did pretty much just as good a job as Jennifer Hudson in Dreamgirls. I mean she would have been even better probably if she had more experience and practice with that song like Jennifer.

She reminds me of this year's Mandisa too - I'll be rooting for her - but I hope she doesn't have this gay-hating secret come out or she'll be gone like Mandisa.

The others I enjoyed were Sabrina, Jordin, and Melinda.

Overall though, I enjoyed the guys more. Some of these girls are forgettable.

Worst guys ---- "Sundance" Head & Sanjaya Malakar, those 2 should go home, but my early fave, Brendon Rogers isn't too far from them IMHO, and neither is Phil Stacy (who needs to lose the bald look, it doesn't look good on him, he looks like he's got cancer).

Is anyone else VERY sick of Randy? He's tell people to take bigger risks, and then he tells them they've taken on too big of risks. He's just a big, fat moron who likes to hear himself talk. I really think there is some reverse-racism issues he has to work through. He always really dislikes white people. I will get jumped on for that, but I don't care. I'm not the only one who thinks it.

Dial Idol was pretty accurate last season so I just checked them (note time) and here are the rankings for those who are in the "predicted to go" levels.....this is really weird as for the girls Kelisha is No 1 and Antonella is No. 2 LOL and for the guys, Sundance is No. 1 and Sanjaya is No. 2.

I cant stand Gina and hope she gets eliminated before final 12. I just thought she was a biyatch durng Hollywood week and that has turned me off from her. She could be the best singer now and it wouldnt matter bc her personality stinks. I wish these singers would realize that public perception is what sells and if you piss off the fans, then you can kiss your chances goodbye
