September 26, 200619 yr Member So far it has been VERY interesting. (So much better than say, Windfall). It has a lot of potential for me. It looks like a "Real" show. Where have I seen the blonde before?! I know she was in another show or a movie... I love supernatural stuff...I'm definitely going to keep watching this.
September 26, 200619 yr Author Administrator Where have I seen the blonde before?! I know she was in another show or a movie... Which blonde? Ali Larter (mirror twin girl) or Hayden Panettiere (cheerleader)?
September 26, 200619 yr Author Administrator I think my favorite so far is Hiro, the Japanese fanboy. Loved how he reference Kitty Pryde and of course "Spock." LOL The previews for the next couple of episodes look amazing.
September 26, 200619 yr Member It was ok...it was GREAT - but it kept my interest enough to make me come back for more next week. Hopefully things start coming together though - I understand it was the first episode, but they could have totally made that 2 hours to explain more of what's going on. Anyway not bad....oh and I LOVE Ali Larter. She's hot. (Legally Blonde, Final Destination)
September 26, 200619 yr Member Great show. I really enjoyed it. The only thing is it may have been a little slow to pick up for the average viewer who doesn't know much about it and was tuning in for the hell of it. But it picked up and was great. I love this cast. The Japanese guy is also my favorite. He is SO LITTLE AND CUTE! I hope the ratings are good. This is one of those shows that really needs to be judged on its story arcs and not on the pilot. This show even more than others needs time to develope! NBC better give it time to do so! It's not like it has anything else amazing going on. I give it an A!!
September 26, 200619 yr Author Administrator Did anyone also notice how they gave a shout out to the Chinese Backstreet Boys at the Karaoke bar? The jerseys...bandana....and "I Want It That Way." LMAO
September 26, 200619 yr Member I caught that and laughed out loud. That karaoke scene was hilarious! I also liked the Spock references. I really hadn't seen anything beforehand about the show--other than that it was about supposedly random people who realize they have super-human powers--but I thought I would check it out anyway. It was really, really good!! I'd give it an A as well!
September 26, 200619 yr Member I totally picked up on the BSB Karaoke scene. I loved the Japanese guys! "Oh yeah - Super HIRO!!" LOL.
September 26, 200619 yr Member Wow..what an amazing show..i was smiling each time one of the characters realized or showed off their powers..I think my favorite characters are the japanesse boy and the cheerleader.. I was also really suprised with the ending when Adrian Pasder's character turned out to fly in order to save his brother..AWESOME..and i loved the twist with the cheerleaders father.. I really hope this show becomes a huge sucess for NBC...there really isn't that much competition now on mondays..
September 26, 200619 yr Member I still can't believe that little girl from Remember The Titans has turned out to be a full blown hotty! I very good show, and I'll tune in every week.
September 26, 200619 yr Member The show premiered to good ratings...it was the highest rated 18-49 show last night with a 6.0 rating..
September 27, 200619 yr Member LOVED it!!!! Cheerleader's Dad/CreepyTaxiCustomer is frightening. I hope he has a good backstory and isn't working for someone lame, like the government.
