Either that or, as smart as she is, is (for whatever reason) DELIBERATELY making racist, elitist, off-color remarks just to garner the buzz those stupid remarks gain from TMZ.com and other celebirty gossip outlets. (Word spreads, of course). So yeah, the View has become a joke. Starting first with SUCH a respected news personality sinking to the bottom of hte gutter for buzz, as Babs has. (Again, if she hasn't gone nuts). I disagree with Bree. Broadway + Rosie O'Donnell = ratings gold!! ** ** minus Butch !@#$%^&*] Rosie with that awful hair do, of course. It will fail miserably if there aren't newsworthy topics and celebrity gossip to balance that stuff out. And I could always say THE VIEW was a joke WHILE Meredith was on, but she's my homegirl.
