I agree, the BET special would've been nice. I know it sucks but Hopefully, It forces MVJ and her team to get more creative with their cliffhangers and to do them more often.

I watched the whole thing. It wasn't horrible or all that great either; but has the potential to be great. Matt Bomer is the draw, so I hope they find stronger supporting players for him next season. I agree it feels dated in 2025. And I wish the guys were playing more interesting characters.

The next time we get a pre-emption MVJ should ask for a Prime-Time special. I think the show would do well actually!

This has been a problem for me since the beginning. Too many of her scenes are comical and come off like some variety sketch show. Even the scene with Vernon and Martin came off as kooky and not scary crazy. Where is the spooky music? Creepy camera angles? You're right. I know I'm on my own with this but I personally don't think character storytelling always mean entertainment if that makes sense. Some stories just aren't soapy enough! There needs to be a happy balance between the two.

Allison and Chelsea will make a stunning couple! I won't get too excited though, bc i do not know what direction they're taking the storyline.
