  1. I didn't look up the pictures, but I believe Angie and Jesse train station reunion was a redo of Nina and Cliff's reunion. Agreed! Iconic! 🤩
  2. I am gagging. Porsha said last night she would welcome Mia to Atlanta. Come on in Mia, let's cause a scene. Cynthia is the closest thing to a real friend in this franchise. Ain't nobody forgot the stuff Kenya pulled on Ultimate Girls Trip. Her friendships with Nene and Kenya lasted much longer than they should have. Now that I think about it, maybe it is karma she is the last one standing!
  3. People always compare Leslie to Shiela but she actually reminds me of MCE as Annie(AMC), especially with episodes like today.
  4. Anita was seen shading Bill in her very first scenes of the Pilot! But how cool would it have been if Anita actually was more conflicted over her feelings about Bill? What if she was one of his big supporters, or saw something great in him? Maybe she related to him in some way? I find it interesting that Anita does not have a strong relationship with either of her Son in-law's considering she does not have a Son of her own. I think MVJ should have played with that element more. Another component is Anita the superstar Diva, who owns whatever room she walks in. Why not have one of the Son in-laws be secretly in love with her? Seeing Mona sit next to Ted made me wish she was playing his sister. I figured they hadn't mentioned it. Thanks. Yeah that worries me.
  5. Anybody remember what year Anita was supposed to have retired? With her being so successful (EGOT), I expected them to have it she missed pivotal moments in her children's lives, and at least one of them has resentment over it.
  6. You're right. It was probably for security.
  7. I wouldn't say Cynthia was the only one I genuinely liked. I personally enjoy all the ladies, too enjoyed that scene between Porsha and Cynthia, especially when Porsha said ain't no place like home. I am enjoying the show for what it is but it doesn't compare to their golden era. Atlanta thrived off friendships and comedic moments, whether intentional or not; sadly nobody is filling that void. Things didn't get dark until S9.
  8. @Liberty City Dana listening to Anita & The Girls.
  9. So Leslie didn't really love Alan, why marry him? Did she just decide to blow up Ted’s life because she was bored with her own?
  10. It's giving late-night wig commercial. @Cheap21 Why I thought of The Braxtons when I read Towanda?
  11. I am so shocked That Brandon and Mike Manning haven't done any LGBT press.
  12. Leslie tickles me. That miroor scene with the soul train music 🤣. Really? Ashley was giving a little more attitude today.
  13. Mona is finally back at work lol. I need her PTO. Hmmm. I think it's a good look. Hopefully, it holds well for the show. 🤣
  14. Enters Tracy and Sharon.
  15. Now, Chelsea knows damn well Martin is too straight-laced to do have a threesome. @MontyBWair, I thought P&G did own a part of this show. I thought I read that early on.
  16. Angela is bringing the mess, stirring the pot but I am not sold just yet; she swerving just a bit too much. I believe Brit had every right to question them Drew/Angela about the brunch. I personally felt the say way; it's fine that they was worried about Kenya, but to not check on her wasn't cool. Glad, Cynthia stood up for her. Porsha is having an odd season. Hope she can pull it together soon. She's handing out wins to Angela and Drew because she refuses to engage with them. I can tell her feelings are true though.
  17. My girl carrying this show on her back.
  18. I wish Martin had opened up to Naomi about his marital troubles, I would have liked to see them have a real conversation about it. Naomi has shaped up to become a strong character. She is up there with Nicole and Eva. Bill is still a horrible person to me, but I like him. Very eager to learn more about his backstory and family. Surprisingly, I do not believe TPTB have played Anita to her full potential; she should have a more layered relationship with her children and in-laws. Ooh-wee, that second trailer looks fire! I think it is a great idea time for Keith and Us viewers; we should know pretty early on if he is working out.
  19. Rest In Peace Lar Park Lincoln! Great actress. Linda definitely had the potential to fill in the Abby void.
  20. Not Drew becoming the new Kenya LOL. Chile…
  21. So Bill does know about Ted's affair. Nicole looks loving in her gold gown. I agree. They have to get that under control. I thought it was a great episode, especially for Bill.
  22. This lady at the Police Station: “Then Get Gone!” Bill’s trembling hands.
