  1. Fascinating. Based on what I see now, there is a big difference between them, but I wouldn't be surprised if by season 9 Theresa is drugging and "making love" to Ethan In fact, this being Reilly, it probably happens much sooner than season 9 lol

It's Sunday, March 06, 2016, and boy do I have some hotness for you!
  3. Go Thad! I hope there's many shots of that fabulous ass of his!
  4. Scratch that -- it took seven episodes for the fire to be put out! The day lasted 21 (!!!) episodes, 11 of which was one veeeery looooooooong night. And, yet, the show does surprise pleasantly every now and then. I love Ethan and Sheridan's relationship and Hank and Luis (of all people) have had a few really good, well-written and character-driven scenes (some of them upwards 5 or 6 minutes long) that are shockingly old school soap. It's like the show forgets to be stupid during some of their scenes. In fact, all of episode 54 was pretty good, with minimal stupidity, until towards the end. Refreshing. Somebody in the comments spoiled what happens with Beth later on. Grrrr. Also, I read a very interesting comment re: Theresa and Kay. Up until I read it, I thought of Theresa and Kay as both pathetic stalker bitches (which they are), only the show treats Theresa as good and Kay as evil. And I agreed with that but the comment pointed out that, while Theresa is stupid and only accidentally hurt Ethan, she doesn't want to destroy his family, everyone around him, or wishes death to his current loves, while Kay is actively wishing for it (and I presume will sell her soul to the devil soon since the writing heavily implied that). They may want the same thing but the way they are going about it is totally different. Hilariously stupid! It's so sad that Brett Hadley was out of Y&R and went on to play such a stupid, nothing role.
  5. Oh, that was wonderful!
  6. Good! Maybe DEVIOUS MAIDS will actually do something with him!

On this snowy Friday, March 04, 2016, a double hiking hotness!
  9. It's just too funny! The fire lasting almost a whole week in real time? Miguel waking up (because Charity was dreaming of him) and yelling out conversationally: "Did someone call my name?" made me laugh harder than I've laughed all day. Not to mention the stupidity of taking Hank and Sheridan to get to her cottage two whole episodes, but Tabitha as a dog went to a whole other town and came back within minutes. Jesus!
  10. If anything, those who are defending it so staunchly are the ones taking it too seriously and trying too hard to justify it all. I get that you disagree. I get that. Please don't try to start anything personal. You really couldn't be further off the mark. Overall, it's been fun watching the progress of the show and I'm not sure why someone like you would make that mistake, unless you're just throwing something out there in order to counter what I said.
  11. Ooooooh, sounds great. I like LuAnn (mostly) and have found her great so far in the first half of Season 6. I cannot wait for the legendary stuff! I wish I could join you all for season 8, believe me, I do. I don't do TV/Cable, so I watch through Hulu, whenever they post the episodes. They have yet to post season 7! However, maybe I can get the episodes online, as long as I don't have to download anything.
  12. Horrific, yes. The amount of jokes is irrelevant, nobody said it's a vicious dragfest, or that they're burning them in effigy and pissing on their graves. But are they pissed the twins turned them down? You bet your ass. Then there's wonderful little jokes like this one, which comedic genius John Stamos came up with, that somebody, somewhere had the great idea to cut. Exactly. It was almost as important as everything else about the show combined. It's all done now, and people are going to defend their nostalgia with everything they've got (which is understandable), but the show was just as preoccupied with them as the media.

It's Thursday, March 03, 2016. Are you thirsty? (I know you are!)
  14. lmao Not knowing any of the backstage issues, I find the show fun, crisp, with just the right amount of drama and pettiness. Of course, Aviva's constant absence did lead me to think she was causing trouble. If this is messy and inconsistent, I cannot wait for Season 7!!!
  15. @Skin That better as fυcking hell not be a spoiler!!!!!!!!!!!!! and only speculation. I swear to GOD....
  16. If the Olsens are the center of the narrative, despite their absence, it's the show's fault. They MADE it the narrative and even included horrific jokes IN the show about it. They got what they deserved.
  17. I wouldn't be so sure about that. The pitch he made back then is bound to have been different than the one he made for a show 8 years later. Also, Netflix spent a sh!tton of money promoting the show, which a network may or may not have done. Additionally, what constitutes success in terms of numbers on Netflix might have been a complete flop in terms of networks numbers (we don't know, unfortunately, what kind of numbers Netflix brings in).
  18. Too bad they were almost always horridly written! Yep -- there was nothing star-crossed or romantic between Adam and Kirby. He was a sadistic rapist sh!t to her.
  19. Y'all are freaking out over NYC Season 8 and I'm still working my way through Season 6... but I'm enjoying it so much! How hilarious that the girls went to the Berkshires for like 3-4 episodes and Aviva was in none of them and I didn't even notice It's sad that Aviva needs that disgusting pig of a father of hers to be even remotely interesting. Millou's funeral was a melodramatically shot thing of soapy beauty. It's the DALLAS effect. Dallas will always remain in many people's subconscious as cowboys and oil because of the show.
  20. In a smart move, HBO is not sending the press any advance copies for review. This more than likely is a move to increase (already high) anticipation and continue to guard a definitive answer to the Jon Snow mystery. Good.

I have always thought the same thing, too! Obviously the body and the face were beautiful, but that 80s/early 90s styling did not work. For me, he was at his absolute best when he came back in 1998. The way he looked in 1998 and after was beautiful. LOL No, not really. You just follow a couple of the right people on Twitter, and the hotness gets retweeted into your timeline. All I gotta do is choose one. Yay, welcome!

Here's the beautiful performance of When We Were Young at the BRITS. I LOVE the set!
  25. NCIS has been renewed for not one but two more seasons. The renewal will see the show through 2018/season 15.
