Tyrion was hilarious in the episode! I absolutely loved the scene with the rearranging of chairs, and later with Pod being so good at sex the prostitutes didn't want payment. You know it's GoT when there's both male and female rape almost happening. I was really surprised at Dany's offer to give one of her dragons away. However, I suspect that the dragon will remain faithful to her and hope that it somehow comes back to her. And the ending! Damn. That was terrifying.

Saw "The Christmas Invasion," Tennant's first full episode. Everything clicked in a way that has never happened before. Is it possible to be in love with Tennant after only one episode? Cos I seriously swooned every time he smiled. He is terrific at the part! And he has amazing chemistry with Piper. Sad about what happened with Harriet Jones, though.

Making my way through Season 7. I'm about halfway through--the show is still very good but, unfortunately, I find it boring (which is worse than it being bad, a lot of the times). I expected so much more from David Paulsen. While I liked Gary blowing up Empire Valley (and it seems like little else could be done to resolve the storyline), I can't help but feel it's not a very big payoff. I have a feeling Peter Dunne would have made this bigger. It's a shame they never brought him back. I'm also not enjoying the slight de-clawing that Abby has suffered, all in the name of giving the men a bigger presence. The few episodes that Abby had very little to do were the worst--that's when you could really, really see her impact on the show.

My God, I love this show soooo much! There is not a single thing that I didn't enjoy. From the terror of what's happening up North to the magic and disgustingness of Dany's travels. Maergery took me by surprise; her move with the orphans is not what I expected at all and I cannot tell for sure whether she truly means it or if it is a part of a plan. I can tell that the bitchfest between Cersei and Maergery will be thrilling to watch. Meanwhile, Tyrion vs Tywin was also great. You gotta love a show that can do gore, fantasy, action AND conflicting personal drama well. The nipple moment was horrifying--and I would have never expected less! Loved the whole thing with that magical spider (whatever that is), even though the CGI was a little dodgy. And, of course, the dragons! Nice twist at the end, too. Welcome back Game of Thrones!

^ That does sound stupid of CBS. Perhaps they thought that KL would be strong enough to provide competition for CHEERS but it obviously put them in severe danger. That's a funny promo though! They might as well have said, "we screwed up, please start watching again!" lol

I think she's really taking her time recording it... the only reason Woman's World is out is because it was leaked and it forced Warner to put it on YouTube. But, yes, I would love for it to come out already. I'm really surprised that your favorite album is Living Proof! I loved it but I suspect it's not a very popular opinion... and they took the over the top autotuning way waaaay too far! I'm glad to see this album is looking different.

Not sure if anyone here cares but "Woman's World," the first single off of Cher's upcoming 26th album, has been out for over a month now (and I had no idea). Not officially released yet. Love having CORRIE on Hulu but am annoyed by the two random, extra breaks they have added and their removal of the title cards before and after the commercials (minor, I know, but hey!)

Sadly, even when they bother using the older cues, it falls flat. The music is only epic when the writing is good and it supports it; otherwise, I tune out the dialogue and pay more attention to the music lol That being said, I rather the classic cues, even if they fall flat, than "modern" sh*t.
