That's what I was wondering. Given that they never really have done anything with Carter since he has arrived, I'd assume they are about to write him off into the sunset too. Brad doesn't even try anymore.

I don't care for Marlo at this point either, BUT this show cannot swap at the characters it has at this point. I do feel like this group of women have a dynamic that almost matches group of Nene/Cynthia/Kenya/Porsha/Phaedra/Kandi. If anything, they need cast 1-2 more women next season. Dare I say it, I wanna see Monyetta with peach. She has a calming personality that has been missing since Cynthia left. You need that calming personality that is on the show and can provide neutrality for the most part. I'm also debating about that second woman being a returnee peach. It's a toss up between Lisa (Wu), Eva, or Porsha. Porsha would be the most logical and would garner the most press. Lisa/Eva would be good too as they both are immersed within the group and can bring it. Plus, both women have beef with various women in the current cast. We already saw Sanya and Lisa not meshing well from that one occurrence. And Eva still cannot stand Marlo. Personally, I say bring all 3 back. These shows literally need to throw caution to the wind and stack the cast because they are all running low on fumes.

I'm shocked that Frank's heart attack or Kim leaving the Dales after nearly bludgeoning Chris didn't make the list.

RIP, Anne. In whatever role I saw her in, she was always a powerful force--one who I felt should've gotten more praise from the mainstream media. Having gotten the honor to watch her on Another World (when Soapnet re-aired her stint) was a thing of beauty. I already loved Vicky/Marley when Jensen was in the role, but I grew to understand why fans touted that she was THE best version of the Hudson twins. Her stint in daytime is one that should be studied by all young actors. Sending positive energy to all her loved ones.

Kim was always problematic (and with malice) from the second we watched the venom ooze from her mouth that she didn't wan't to go to Deshawn's bbq and "eat fried chicken with Nene." I never saw good in Cigz-n-Wigz. Never. That's why I warmed my heart at the s10 reunion when she finally got her much needed comeuppance with Kenya/Nene/Kandi/Cynthia piling up on her lying, racist a**. The only thing I hated about that reunion is how Andy got off so scots-free when Nene tried to maneuver the conversation as to why Kim got a spinoff and others didn't (at the time). Kim should've never gotten a spinoff that lasted as long as it did. IMO, she was the least deserving. It bothered me how Kim got to prosper off the back of all co-stars, who elevated Bravo to the juggernaut it is.

That's what I am thinking also. We also need to remember that she said that dumb mess last year about "not seeing color" too. I like Kathy but she needs to do better. I think her primary issue is that she is surrounded by people that kiss her a** instead of calling stuff out. That was a total micro-aggression; she should've simply stated the safe answer, which was, "I don't know who that is." I don't think she's malicious but she needs to clean that sh*t up. Too many occurrences at this point.

If this is true, this is the most heinous thing a company could ever do. Why would you deliberately wipe out the remainder of American history of all those great shows? Why not just sell the rights to someone, so they can take the catalogue of all those shows and determine their future? This is just saddening.

Yes! Honestly, I wanted Eugene to uppercut Kiran at one point. I find it odd that they are have the energy to criticize Toya/Eugene for moving (which is common knowledge and beating a dead horse at this point), but they can't even take care of their own kids without the help of a nanny. It makes no sense.

I actually think all soaps need to either cut back in episode count or all resort back to 30 minutes. This would result in the storytelling becoming tighter and fat being trimmed. Days might need to do both on Peacock and be 3 days a week with them being 30 minute episodes. That might make it last longer on Peacock.

I hope this pans out well for DAYS. This could possibly lead for the genre to bounce back. *fingers crossed*

Stanbury might've gotten the cast initial press coverage but she's been a HUGE dud. They don't owe her anything. If anything, the women need to thank Ayan and Lesa for carrying them this season b/c the other four have been flops.

Phaedra is going to Dubai. That's written on the wall. The better not put Brandi back on BH. She doesn't fit in with vision of the show now. Send her ass to OC too if they are so desperate to have on her a show.

Tragic, touching, and triggering at the same time. Just brought up all the emotions I had when AW, ATWT, and GL were all axed. All that rich history being washed down the drain because these networks would prefer to allocate funds toward something that won't even have the same impact as a soap does. Yet another institution being tossed away. The most important thing to take away from this is how this show employed a lot of people and now that is going to be somewhat gone. I really hope all these actors and production members are able to bounce back and find work elsewhere. Thank you for sharing this @DRW50.

Not shocked. If the show really wants to reclaim some glory, I say bring back Vicki, Alexis, Gretchen, and Lizzie too.

Porsha and Gizelle are good friends, so I doubt they'll have bad blood starting off. If anything, I see Gizzy winding Porsha up to dig into Candi's a**. However, Candi ain't stupid b/c Porsha will do worse than what Monique (her good friend) previously did.

That's horrible. I know that H&A cast were probably thinking too that could be them one day too.

I was aghast with what the Logies did for Neighbours. At least they got a proper tribute at the British Soap Awards to bid them adieu. It always confuses me how these networks across the globe sh*t on soaps and do give them proper send offs when majority of these networks were built on the backs of these shows. But I need to get back into the show this week as I want to watch the final episodes of this show.

This episode...😭 God I miss Oakdale. I miss Kathy Hays/Kim. I miss Bob/Kim. However, I am glad that more episodes of the Kim/Bob/Susan arc are starting to come out more. How those 3 actors did not receive recognition (EMMYS) for this story is boggling. It is also painful that in a few years the Hughes family would be slashed tremendously with the loss of Frannie and Sabrina.
