  1. Vivica A. Fox met up with Regina King over the weekend and talks about it on Cocktails with Queens (says she’s “doing ok”). Whew, this is emotional:
  2. Oof. Same age as Regina’s son.
  3. Worse than what we currently have, or just a different kind of pain?
  4. Graziano from Italy 🇮🇹
  5. Stuck in my head all day…
  6. All that grey concrete makes the red dress pop.
  7. Nice guys get fired every day for being sh!tty at their jobs. When they don’t get fired, time to look at the boss. Whatever JG’s doing is getting approved/supported on high or at least tolerated/ignored. I’m trying to imagine what JG’s Y&R would look like paired with Michael Malone.
  8. Aaron from New Jersey 🇺🇸
  9. Thick thighs save lives.
  10. Where is Finn? His whole relationship with Sheila has been dropped. I’ve already mentioned Quinn not being around to watch Brooke’s unraveling and Paris/Carter.
  11. That’s hysterical. And so spot on. Like whyyyyy? Make it make sense.
  12. Murray Bartlett stays booked and busy.
  13. Ok, they are playing this story in a very goofy way. So B&B.
  14. Sometimes I feel like B&B uses one breakdown for several days and asks their daily scriptwriters to do their own interpretation of it.
  15. Now Phyllis is talking about leaving Genoa City to take a job working with her daughter at Marchetti in Milan. C’mon, writers, don’t threaten us with a good time.
  16. It was the natural progression from Sally’s feud with Phyllis. And it was laying there on a plate. And it’s not like Nick has anything better to do right now.
  17. LJ from London 🇬🇧 Mudassir from Mumbai 🇮🇳
  18. We know it was just a kiss. Ridge does not and would have every reason to doubt it, given how out of it Brooke was that night. And he’d been such an @sshole regarding having Deacon even show up at their house. I dunno. I have issues with the way the story is being told, but I buy Brooke’s dilemma. (Especially combined with falling off the wagon—the idea that Deacon’s presence in her life contributed to that, when unbeknownst to her, her drink was spiked. Again, there’s a lot there that makes me go uhhh, but the emotional drama I don’t have a problem with, aside from the repetitive nature of the scenes, which is a global problem on B&B.)
  19. Used every blue moon. I think Courtney Hope (Y&R) is very pretty. And Brook Kerr (GH) continues to defy age (beyond mere “black don’t crack”—she looks like a contemporary of her onscreen daughter).
  20. Holly Gagnier looks good. She’s sorta morphing into Julianna Margulies.
  21. I thought that was how they were going to place Sally from the jump. But nope, Jack, Adam, and playing high school mean girl to Summer and Kyle. It *seems* as if they are planting seeds to use Chelsea as a spoiler for Sharon and Rey, but that’s a big “Who cares?”
  22. I think these soaps are being relatively more careful about sexual situations than could be construed as rape (like Nina and Sonny not doing the do on GH while he had amnesia). I do understand her concern considering how over the top Ridge had recently been about Deacon. It’s a hard situation to explain away, and he probably wouldn’t believe it was just a kiss. But I agree somewhat. Lots of stories being dragged out with filler. I get that it’s likely a budget thing.
