There are two major Pilot encyclopedias around that I know of. Vincent Terrace doesn't have it listed as a pilot, but the other Pilot encyclopedia by Lee Goldberg (which lists a lot more pilots than the Terrace book) does have The Quinns listed as a pilot. So I consider anything listed in either of those two books officially as a pilot.

Thanks for the write-up! The NBC Saturday Night Movie (Spanish Affair) ended at 1050PM, Ken Murray filled the slot from 1050-11PM. NBC aired one-hour programs on Sunday nights in the mid-1960s from 630-730PM, so those began out of primetime. For this week it was NBC White Paper: Count Down to Zero. The primetime portion quarterly-hour ratings were 5.2 and 6.1 so whatever it got from 630 to 7PM, looks like it would have ranked 95th, 96th or 97th with something in the low-mid 5 range most likely in last place.
