Hilarious that Victor made it right back to Genoa City immediately as the tornado was hitting. He was not becoming Dorothy. Despite everything, Eva really is the purest part of Dana. Truly and that truth is coming out. I am so glad that Martin is not dead! I just hope his injuries are not too severe right now. Before it is too late? Katherine, maybe if you had not been so self-centred earlier, you could have helped Eva out even sooner. This, my dear, falls onto you. Oh no. Miss Anita, you are not looking so hot! You need to be careful, but yes, you better spot Hayley putting the damn moves on Kyle Abbott. Do not worry, Andre; Dani is more than okay, making love to Bill in the elevator. Get it, Dani! GET IT! Abby, why are you so surprised Victor contacted all of those individuals? He is Victor Newman. That is right, Ms Anita, warn Kyle about just who Hayley Lawson Hamilton is. DAMN, NICOLE! For once, I might be on Dana's side on this. But yes, Dana, give the walkie-talkie back to an actual adult, and understand that every single person is going through this right now, and not just you. I lie that Bradley and Martin gave fair warning to Jack about Joey and loosely about his dealings. Not Bill and Dani coming up with some kind of plan about what happened, then getting shocked by the aftermath of the tornado. Not Dani just ignoring all of the warnings about the hallways and booking it to the ballroom. 🤣 Her tryst with Bill just gave her some energising boost, like the Energizer bunny. And now reality is slowly setting in about what's been going on while she has been... intimate with her ex-husband. Hayley, do not even act like you were searching for Bill or that you were not getting comfy cosy with Kyle Abbott. You are not the innocent one in this. Oh God. It is not looking good for Eva right now. Oop. Hayley, you might want to watch out, because now you have Anita's eyes firmly on you, watching you like an absolute hawk. Kat puts those gloves on quicker than you could imagine. 🤣 That is right, Bill, put those dots together. Dot 'em, and cut her loose! You know it is what you need to do. That guilt is going to just hit Dani like a tonne of bricks. Sweetheart, it is okay. You should be with Bill anyway, who feels just the same way. Martin being a true political person, wanting to donate the funds to a tornado relief fund. OH NO! NOT THE COLLAPSE! MARTIN, YOU BETTER BE OKAY! DO YOU HEAR ME?! Notes: Ending this week off right with a script from Slater, who had the most extension history at The Young and the Restless, and today's episode flows so effortlessly. Following Sara A. Bibel and Teresa Zimmerman, she polished this week off right. Plus, she understands how scenes are meant to flow. And Sandifer did a fine job with the scriptwriting to cap the week off. Pomarico's point of view was very apparent today. It did give All My Children vibes. They did a beautiful job with today's episode. Please, Michele Van Jean and Sheila Ducksworth, do not allow your cast to play in Genoa City so long as Josh Griffith is head writer. Do not torture your actors like that. PLEASE! Applause to everyone who was a part of this week's episode, both in front of and behind the cameras. This was riveting and absolutely compelling and I could not bear to take my eyes off of my screen for even a second.

Love seeing Chad with his kiddos. It feels like Conner Floyd has built a real connection with both Alexander Elijah Bond (Thomas) and Autumn Gendron (Charlotte), and it shows. And I like the potential in Belle and Chad; I could not have imagined this with Billy Flynn in the role of Chad, but with Floyd? He has palpable chemistry with Martha Madison's Belle. I am so over this Stephanie storyline. It is not hitting, and it is showing how weak Abigail Klein is as an actor. She cannot handle emotional storylines like this. And Alex immediately going to Joy was dumb. He does not care about his wife. And not Stephanie slightly overdosing on her sleeping medication. I understand why Joy feels the way she does, but because it is Joy, I am annoyed by it. At this point, pair Alex and Joy and let them leave Salem with their baby. And then reset Stephanie with a returned Jeremy. Dan Feuerriegel and AnnaLynne McCord have actor chemistry, but they do not have character chemistry, if that makes sense? I do not buy EJ and Cat as a couple. I would be more inclined to believe Cat and Rafe as a potential pairing. This feels like a fast-move, slow-burn, if that makes sense. But I am not buying it. At all. Jada and Shawn-Douglas are another couple I do not see clicking. At all. It's definitely a more palpable pairing than Jada and Theo, but I just do not see them working out. Especially when Shawn-Douglas sees Chad and Belle's kiss on television, and it makes him immediately kiss whom he's with. Yeah. That felt... so genuine. As @AbcNbc247 said, today's theme was "potential couples". However, only one works for me. The rest I can do without.

Episodes S3 E200 – 235 The return of the Logan ladies was a much-welcomed story point. Definitely brought me back to the original episodes. Sure, I would prefer if Judith Baldwin had been brought back as Beth (the best Beth), but I do know Nancy Burnett was liked by the fandom and more associated with the role. I do enjoy seeing the blooming relationship between Macy and Sally; it felt like when Macy came in, they were establishing it in some ways but then kind of... forgot about it for a bit of time, and now we are really seeing that connection be re-established. And then, of course, we really revisited the inklings of Macy and Thorne as a pair. Bobbie Eakes and Jeff Trachta definitely had that immediate chemistry; however, I still do not buy Trachta as Thorne. Clayton Norcross was far superior and definitely my favourite Thorne. Eric immediately running to see Beth and kissing her really did show signs that Eric's marriage to Stephanie was not meant to last. And it does make me wonder why William J. Bell was not pulling the trigger on just pairing Beth and Eric, even if it were more temporary. But oh Lordy, the moment Eric leaves the Logan home and Beth is met with that cold stare from Stephanie from within the window was pure brilliance. That kind of production does not exist on Bell soaps anymore. It's such a Bell thing to do. Stephanie just letting herself into the Logan home was pure entitlement on her part and showed how she asserted and held herself. After what she just endured with Deveney, I bet the return of Beth Logan was a walk in the park for her. And with Ridge's impending marriage to Caroline and Beth ending things with Eric, here comes the next best thing: Brooke and Eric turning to each other. Oh, the beginning of complicated relations. However, the continued subtle hints of Brooke and Thorne still exist. They are not as strong as they were with Norcross, but they do exist. The very subtle instrumental change to the opening theme is nice. Gives it a new vibe but also feels familiar. Gosh. I remember this theme haunting me when I was little. Oh! The introduction of Felicia. I have seen very little of Colleen Dion. I am mostly familiar with Lesli Kay's portrayal of the role, so it is nice to [finally] see the introduction of the character. Dion is a fine actor and really leant into that wayward Forrester child. However, I hate that her introduction means the impending exit of Teri Ann Linn's Kristen, as I adore Kristen. Caroline's mother's headstone has to be one of the largest things I have seen and it is the most basic one, too. They couldn't do a bit more to make it... more personal? Brooke spying on the Forrester event should have been a glaring sign of miserable times to come for that family with that vulture. That wedding was very pretty. A bit dated, but it suited both Caroline and Ridge. I can see why people liked this couple (did they?), but I always preferred her with Thorne over Ridge. But yes, they had some good chemistry. Caroline and Ridge got married, and Brooke said, "Let me change the way in which I part my hair!" I love when Stephanie slaps Brooke; that's something she really needs TODAY! Seeing Carrie Mitchum and John McCook in scenes together feels weird, knowing that they end up married decades later. It feels predatory in scenes right now. Seeing Eric just fall back out of love with Stephanie and right immediately in love with Brooke... he was looking for any reason to not be with his wife. Kristen's darker hair was... also a choice. It's cute, but it also felt more actor vs. character. In fact, it feels like almost every single blonde got their hair dyed... darker, unless it's the episodes themselves. I do like Bill and Margo together, but it feels like the steam is just not there, which is unfortunate.

Who knows, but I don't like it. Tyler Joseph Andrews is a decent actor (huge improvement over Cameron Johnson, but he's still not Theo to me.
