Oh, this is not going to end well. I am calling it now. It looks like Ted is going to be using Monica to his benefit where Shanice is concerned. Nice to see that Dr. Mercer has not changed their ways all of this time later. Threats never end well, do they? Lia is buckling and feeling the pressure. I can tell. Her tongue is not as sharp as it has been in the past. Vanessa is hilarious and I love it. Such a free spirit and I know that Nicole appreciates it, likely more than she would if it were Dani saying the same things. So, is this Tyrell confirming he has had sex before? Brave of him and Martin is handling this news like a genuine trooper. Naomi, smart of you for interrupting Ashley's discussion with Grayson. It is way too risky to be caught together. It is about time that Elon becomes more involved in Jacob's undercover work. I just hope that it does not backfire on him or that Elon is not double-crossing him. Samantha coming home looks like Goldie Hawn's Elise Elliot in The First Wives Club. Ridiculous. I love that Eva is the one to give Samantha this pep talk; she understands what is happening right now, and she is the one to rightfully remind her as to why she is doing this and exactly who she is. It is very sweet of Martin to invite Eva to the cotillion. Very sweet and love the relationship they are building. Not Marcel uncovering the happenings of the hospital. He is going to find out things Lia does not want him to find out. Well, Vanessa, your sexy bestie is a grandma (not Gaga). Hilarious. Grandmothers can be vivacious and gorgeous and youthful. What an unfortunate time for Ted to walk up on Nicole's and Vanessa's conversation. I love that Monica is opening up to Shanice about her own past in the hopes that it can and will help Shanice where her feelings for Ted are concerned. Promising on your life, Jacob? Those do seem like the definition of 'famous last words'. Ashley is playing Lia and she is doing so effectively well. I just hope that Lia continues to buy into it. Uh-oh. Nicole is thinking more and more about her public rendezvous with Ted. Something is bound to happen soon. So cute seeing Samantha and Tyrell getting along, and I do love seeing Bradley and Martin being the stereotypical proud parents witnessing it. Notes: This is Lucente's third script as a breakdown writer and it is not for him. He worked better with his singular script as a scriptwriter and I am hoping that he somehow transitions back to that position sometime soon. His role as a continuity producer and researcher should benefit him in that role, as well. Paige did outstandingly with today's dialogue. Overall, a decently moving episode. Better than yesterday's for sure. A makeshift clinic set. Probably will not be enough to make people happy, but for the scene it was used in, it worked effectively well!

Such an iconic reveal! I love that no one knew what was going to happen until it happened, except for Jessie, Michelle, and Clive.
