That's what Randy thought Doug meant, at first. Because Doug at first said "Murder". But Doug clarified, No I don't want you to murder Joey. What Doug wants Randy to do is to tell the police that Joey ordered a hit on on someone (the hit on Kenny but Doug doesn't know Kenny's name) -- Doug wants Randy to tell the police "Joey ordered me to kill someone, but I didn't go through with it." .... And Doug's idea is... "if you Randy didn't kill the person, then Joey must have hired someone else to be the hitman instead, and if you Randy tell the police this, then hopefully the police will put that together with any investigation of any corpse of a person who recently died in suspicious circumstances... And then Joey will be eventually caught and arrested for ordering the murder." So Doug doesn't want Randy to murder Joey. Doug wants Randy to implicate Joey as a murderer. Of course, Doug's idea is still unlikely to go well for either Randy or Doug.

Okay I just rewatched and saw part of the scene I had missed before. Naomi asked if the kids were around because they shouldn't hear. Martin or Smitty said "oh they're upstairs busy". And then Naomi began talking. She should have asked Martin and Smitty to make sure they couldn't come down and listen.

I thought of another thing. There was a time on Y&R when Mishael Morgan had to take a brief medical leave for an eye issue, and Karla Mosley appeared on Y&R as the temp substitute Amanda Sinclair for a total of seven episodes April-May 2021. Devon made love with Karla's Amanda.

Anita created a blind trust many years ago when Barbara died, to send money to Barbara's family. The legal condition was that the family would never know where the money came from. Anita just sent her share of the proceeds from this month's Articulettes reunion to the same blind trust. We can guess that the letters Leslie has been receiving are from the attorney handling the trust. That hasn't been said but it's a soapy likelyhood. Leslie thinks she has no wealthy family to inherit from, so she's not expecting an inheritance and assumes it's a scam.

The storyline was predictable and by itself would be uninteresting. What *I* liked was the acting. The acting today had *me* riveted.

Hayley is thorough in her plotting. Hayley tells Bill she wants to go to the hospital *NOW*, one day after her "miscarriage". She says she called the hospital and learned that her OB-GYN is on duty now, and Hayley wants to talk to Dr. Macy immediately, about when/if/how she can conceive again. Hayley cons Bill into going -- by saying she wants to go to the hospital to see Dr. Macy right now, then pretending to be somewhat ambivalent about going and not too eager -- trying to act like someone who is emotional from miscarrying. They arrive at the hospital and Dr. Macy gives her an exam offcamera with Bill in the exam room too. Then afterwards Dr. Macy says Hayley is fine but needs rest, and it's safe to try conceiving again in three months. She told Hayley it's okay to be all over the place emotionally due to hormones. This is so convoluted! Hayley's plot is to get Bill to have "doctor confirmation" at the hospital that the pregnancy and miscarriage happened. The corrupt Dr. Macy did what Hayley wanted. So now Bill can tell anyone that he spoke to Hayley's doctor at the hospital ... and if anyone questions whether Hayley lost a pregnancy, Bill will think he has proof that she did.

Samantha and Tyrell are not twins. It was stated in the dialogue the first week or two of the show that Tyrell is 17 and Samantha is 16. Doug and Vanessa's college-age kids Donnell and Deanna are supposedly twins.

I haven't read any recaps of this episode, but I don't know how anyone could convey it. You could say who did what and what each character said. But I don't know how anyone could convey the nuances of emotions in each scene. The acting by everyone was great. The spoiler description seemed like it might be C and D storylines on paper, but it didn't *feel* that way to me when I watched, hard to explain. I guess I could sum it up by saying I was drawn in and it felt like a movie or something ... The acting was great. Tomas didn't have much to say, which was good.

I really really loved the family pizza night. The set-up seemed like it might be a trite trope, but the evening wasn't at all. I loved all four of the family and how the arguments felt real and the fun felt real. Such a simple thing, but well-done. It drew me in.

Me too. Great episode! I really appreciate the longer scenes yesterday and today. I get pulled into the story instead of just watching it.

Maybe it's a nod to B&B and Y&R characters working in the same building at CBS Studios, which B&B has just moved out of. Certainly Karla and Bryton ran into each other all the time there when Karla was on B&B. Or maybe it's just Dani realizing that hmmm, there are handsome wealthy men out there, and I don't have to limit myself to Bill and Andre.

When Cady McClain's casting was first announced, she said on her ig that her character Pamela would be the Opal Gardner to Dani's Erica Kane. I thought that meant that Pamela would help ground Dani. It hasn't turned out that way! But maybe Cady was just speaking about the idea of two very different people being friends, and being her ride-or-die. After Erica Kane's mother Mona died, Myrtle Fargate took on that role of the older motherly confidante/friend to Erica, which Erica needed after the loss of Mona. Dani sort of has Nicole in that role, the big sister she confides in. Dani leans on Vernon but confides in Nicole.

I don't know if it appears this way on LibertyCity's screen, but this is how it appears *to my screen* . . . Screenshot: I don't think there's actually a missing image. This phenomenon displays this way whenever Liberty City uploads an instagram story. The video displays correctly, but there is a "ghost square" containing a camera outline, that is appearing above the video. This phenomenon happens almost every time they post an ig story video, so I think it's some technical glitch. Perhaps it doesn't appear that way on their screen after they post it. Or maybe it's just a posting thing that doesn't really matter. I think the bottom line is that it's likely nothing is actually missing?

Karla Mosley's scenes were great today. Dani was more introspective and honest.
