THIS. I know I saw comments here and there, but watching it go down...no wonder. Make this make sense. Ava is not this stupid or desperate. And even if she was, as soon as she failed to get Laura on her side, I would at least expect Ava to start a scheme from the minute she found out Alexis was in charge of the money...especially given that SHE was the one responsible for Alexis almosts not getting her law license back.

Coming into January and... That NYE episode was good. And YES, that ending was flawless with Ian and Mariah finally coming face to face. I loved how everyone was dressed. Except for Nick. My favorite was Victor and Nikki. Victor just looked so cute in that sweater. And Nikki...as I've been saying...has been a clotheshorse. And they puffed up her hair which was perfect for that outfit. I think second best was Faith's for me. It was different and daring. I also loved the camera angle of Phyllis coming in with each of her kids on the side in the background to Chris turning and seeing her. It made me think of Sarah, Ryder, Daisy at the masquerade party. Speaking of that giggly heffa, oh how I loved Danny showing up to wipe that smug look off her face after she was coming for Christine. But it was cute to see everyone in Neil's lounge just like last year. But wow...it's been around for at least a year. I continue to love how Sharon has been coming across as an old school heroine. Right down to her being knocked out by Jordan. lol. And it's slight, but I liked how they explained where everyone who should have been around was not there and why. The little things.

Coming into January... Well, I gotta give credit where credit is due to Casting. That NuEmma does favor the OldEmma in the face and hair. Well done!! That said...Emma coming back a bad girl? Oooo. Watching the Ava story play out all I can say is WTF!!!! WHO????????? There aren't any Cassadines alive who could contest the divorce settlement. I mean is there anyone except Nik (who's in jail), Alexis (who didn't care less), and Valentin (who would do it as a way to keep his character on the canvas good one Frank out of spite). Did I miss a living Cassadine? Is Stefan finally coming back? I mean...*shrugs* And even if I didn't have that reaction...Ava has been a successful art gallery owner for a decade now. Ava broke just rings all kinds of false. Unless they need her in a scheme OR a way to get Ava/Ric to come together plot-wise...unneeded since they were coming together organically. Speaking of organically... @Antoyne...yeah that salon set has been used before. And YES, LOVED Ric riding to Liz's rescue. That lawyer was irking me so I love Ric giving it to her. But I loved that Sam's death so far has been a Liz story and appears to continue to be so. Ugh!!! How I glared seeing JS's face in the opening with Val back. FV made sure to put that face up with the quickness, didn't he? And all this is the first fumble in Lulu's storyline for me. My bad. Second because while I've loved all of her interactions with Tracy, just ONE (okay two) scenes of her with her actual mother and brother? Well, I got it so I loved it, but ugh. And yay at Brennan sending a gunman though does that mean that Val WAS the head of Pikeman? Is Lucas about to get a storyline? Because I loved him reading Willow and Drew down and that someone played the beat of his connection to Wiley. Sonny having a heart attack. Well... Okay than that, the designer keeps getting Isaiah less clothed and I don't mind at all.

It might be. It looks like I am off for it due to being postal adajcent. Honestly, you are not alone on that. Just found out and excuse me but WTF??? It would be one thing if they were going to actively recast, but hasn't everyone involved basically said it's a break and that the door is being left open? Given all the stories currently attached to Michael (feud with Drew, Sasha and the baby, the Willow relationship), this basically not only holds the show hostage, but around characters who could easily be written off. Heck, they were better off going Dark Michael than that. Especially since CD does not sound like he's coming back any time soon or even this year. If would have been nice if they pulled what DAYS used to do in the 90s and just written a good reason to have him off canvas to slide in a recast easily in 3 to 6 months from now. With Michael it could have been anything from fighting his Q impulses to a breakdown to just clear indecisiveness cuz he's really broken up about Willow/Drew and simply needed to clear his head.

I mean didn't she vanish in the middle of that dance marathon and never came back? Oooo I could have seen that.

Regardless of how she's been the last few episodes, yes Bob (as me and Third King on Twitter like to call her) has been having one of the best newbie seasons this year (Raquel on NY being another). A great addition, interesting backstory, and can do confrontation. And of course, RICH. I agree though that this season has been a great season...and I never thought it would happen after the great season before. They really don't need the Shah again unless Monica is brought back for extra messy drama. And see yass on Mary. But WAIT. There's MORE. Yeah, the Palm Springs trip was a good trip. And it made me think of old school RHOA and MARRIED 2 MEDICINE having the husbands involved in the mess. Not that the ladies need them...as the aforementioned SLC Dinner Party from Hell will reveal. But I look forward to you seeing it for yourself when you get time. Perhaps I'm be onto OC's current season as well. My Housewives withdrawal was been pretty bad. lol. PS. Honestly...I took it to be genuine re: Meredith/Seth. Perhaps because that has always been their issue. Well, that and Seth seem more in love with her rather than her in love with him. They seem in love again for real now so I figure it was a matter of Meredith being insecure for once. PPS. Oh, La Dame stay full of surprises. But I don't mind that in terms of BTG cuz it's more exposure for the show. And she still has the reunion to film next week.

Now look here...lol. I was just as shocked and tbh annoyed. It's been a shockingly good season. And that's with what they left in and didn't edit out (for ex. if I remember Britini vs Lisa and of course Lisa vs Mary over the kids). I thought we had them for at least five episodes at the most because Bravo usually films the reunion five episodes from the end of the season. So this just feels abrupt to me. Same. I really have been enjoying it and there does feel like there's still more to come. We still haven't gotten to the Lunch of Lisas where Lisa tries to snatch Little Girl's Lisa wig either. It makes me wonder if they shortened the season or something.

SLC Apparently there are only 2 episodes left and the reunion starts airing on the 22th. Wow.
